al'Lan, for reference, this is the kind of thing that I was talking about re: a Wilder PrC.
I don't mind if you disallow it, I just had the idea get into my head and had to write it out :)

    Resurgent Wilder
The path of a Wilder is a varied and frankly dangerous one. Some never realise that they can Channel, some do and burn themselves out and some are killed when former friends realise what they can do.
Many manage to find a balance where they can wield the power safely and go on to live their lives, learning on their own or rarely collaborating with others to learn from each other.

However, Channeling organisations like the Aes Sedai are always on the lookout for Wilders, claiming them into their society, rigidly teaching them the 'right' way to channel and alternately belittling and berating any Wilder who claims that the can work on their own. Most Wilders claimed into such a society end up beaten into the shape that the organisation demands, or kicked out as a failure, their confidence shattered and their will beaten down.

A few however, reject the rigidity of such teachings. Some few Wilders believe that the path of the Windfinder, Asha'Man or Wise One is not the only way, that there is room in the Power for instinct, self-discovery and personal freedom.
These people aren't content to sit back and just learn enough to get by safely, they actively seek to learn the ways of the One Power, experimenting with weaves and pushing themselves to the limit. These Wilders believe they know the truth: The structured, rigid paths taught by Channeling organisations merely restrict what should be the natural growth of someone's talent. Resurgent Wilders are to Aes Sedai or similar individuals what a mighty Oak in a wild forest is to a carefully sculpted hedge in a noble's garden.

    Requirements:
Skills: Concentration 8 ranks. Weavesight 8 ranks
Class: Must have at least one level in Wilder, and must have more levels in Wilder than any other base class
    Feats: Forced, Skill Emphasis: Concentration
    Channeling: Two or more Affinities
Special: A Resurgent Wilder must reject any formalised, structured teaching. If they are an Initiate they must reject the organisation involved (such as running away from the Wise Ones, quitting the White Tower, etc). This tends to be public within the organisation, and typically cuts the person off from any benefits they had with that organisation.
A Resurgent Wilder may have an individual teacher that they learn from for a short time (no more than a couple of months), but the emphasis must be on self-discovery rather than rigid 'lessons'. Resurgent Wilders may learn weaves and other tricks from other channelers without restriction, as long as it isn't a teacher/student relationship.

Restriction: A Resurgent Wilder may not have any levels in a 'society' based Chanelling PrC such as Aes Sedai or Wise One (though they may have levels in classes such as Dragon Pairs, which do not require societal teachings)

    Class Features
Basic Statistics: A Resurgent Wilder's BaB, Saves, Defense Bonus, HD, Proficiencies, Skills and Reputation are all the same as the Wilder base class

Chanelling: A Resurgent Wilder adds their PrC level to their Wilder level when determining Weaves per Day, and continues to lean one additional Weave per level.

    Abilities:
    1) Euphoric Channeling: As the Wilder lets their emotions and instinct guide them, they form an emotional connection with the One Power. This results in a single, dominant emotion whenever they Channel. Usually (though not always) this emotion is linked to the emotion that formed their Block. Choose one positive emotion, feeling or similar effect (such as elation or 'adrenaline rush'), whenever you Channel that emotion is brought to the fore and overrides all others (if this would counter your Block, such as someone with a "Must be Afraid" block choosing "Courageous", this does not affect your ability to hold the Power, but you must still satisfy your Block conditions to embrace it).
You are immune to any Emotional effect while Channeling
    2) Iron Resolve: A Resurgent Wilder is used to always pushing their boundaries and becomes somewhat inured to the potential strain of such things. You gain a bonus equal to your Resurgent Wilder level on all Overchannel checks.
    3) Extra Affinity: You gain Extra Affinity as a bonus feat
    4) Flash of Insight: Your self experimentation leaves you free to discover things others thought gone. From now on every second Resurgent Wilder level (including this one) you may learn any one "Rare" weave.
    5) Insightful Discovery: Allowing the Power to guide your teaching yields many secrets. You may immediately select one "Lost" Talent or one "Lost Ability" feat that you already have the "Latent" feat for
    6) Unrestrained Channeling: A Resurgent Wilder's connection to the Power is difficult for another to keep shielded. You gain "Breaking a Shield" as a bonus feat.
    7) Improved Iron Resolve: Your gain your Iron Resolve bonus against all Overchannel Fortitude saves.
    8) Simultaneous Weaving: You gain Multiweave as a Bonus Feat. If you already have Multiweave, your number of simultaneous weaves is equal to your Wisdom modifier.
    9) Insightful Discovery: Allowing the Power to guide your teaching yields many secrets. You may immediately select one "Lost" Talent or one "Lost Ability" feat that you already have the "Latent" feat for
    10) Boundless Channeling: You are so adept at Channeling outside what others consider the 'restrictions' of the Power that even Talents themselves become less important. You may now learn powers outside your Talents of up to level Four. (If you have all the Affinities for the power in question, this allows you to learn a power that is normally level five).

I tried to keep it on a par with Aes Sedai. What do people think? :)
