So "You may take either a Lost Talent, or a Lost Ability feat that you already have the Latent feat for" ?

Though I'm not sure about this, it seems quite restrictive as it forces you to spend one of your feats on a latent ability, but giving you both at once seems too good.
How about, the first time (level 5) requires the latent, but the second time (level 9) it doesn't?

I did consider this, but one of the requirements of Forced is you can't take it after 5th level, so if you're going to take it, you've already got it.
Hrm. Ok, how about this. Swap Forced to a pre-req rather than Multiweave, and have Improved Multiweave be "You gain Multiweave as a bonus feat. If you already have it, your number of simultaneous weaves is equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Also, regarding the IC post, should those of us not in the tower party just post where we are likely to be at this time, and what we're doing, or did you want us in specific places?
