The ad itself goes on how to get their "Blog Post Cheat Sheet," apparantly techniques to get more people to read your blog posts?

Not sure if this is not allowed, as there is no nudity, over-the-top violence or the usual no-nos, but it reads like a "Buy our Mailing Lists" how-to spam and scam.
