Through the door, a tall figure, resembling a clawed human with a wolf's head, made of metal, possibly some sort of powersuit, though it could also be a robot, enters, looking around curiously.

The Clinic can probably tell that it's sending out shielded signals of some sort, and picking up a very faint broadcast from elsewhere in the Nexus, also heavily shielded.
