Anyone who rerolls is virtually guaranteed to fail LUTAS membership, but will probably be more fleshed out and interesting as a superhero. If you are still bound to take the three it doesn't necessarily defy the point of a lottery, but it's certainly not nearly as 'all-or-nothing' as the one roll.
