Once Yousuke has her 'secure' (as in, ready to strike in some way if she does something destructive, so hostage maneuvre I guess) and the civilian and injured are a good 30 feet back, she restores the Garou-nin.
I take 10 on treat injury to revive her from the poison if allowed, so I hit DC 17
