Are there other Promo cards? If so, how were they distributed and/or how can you get them?

Just the one, so far.

PROMO CARD?? Is there any way to get our hands on this card anymore? (Perhaps stuffed in the Origin of the PC's book I just ordered like 5 mins ago, lol)
