Surprisingly not very many were nagging me to update them when I started minecraft up, so I'm going to give you the links and their version numbers. If you opt to install the most up to date version for minecraft 1.7.10 they should all still get along ok, having dug up the websites it looks like more of them have 1.8 versions available now too.

JourneyMap 5.1.0 A good map mod, also creates waypoints
Mantle 0.3.2a (dependency for tinkers construct and related mods)
MineTweaker 3 (used this to fix oredict entries from Plant Mega Pack)

Pams mods add many crops, foods, cooking items, and lots of pretty flowers and other plants, if you are feeling really masochistic one of them adds venus flytraps to swamps, they will damage you on contact. Her flowers work with forestry bees, also adds recipes for cactus armor/weapons, and some glass stuff.

Waila 1.5.10_1.7.10 What am I looking at
Wildcaves3-0.4.7(1.7.10) Adds mushrooms, stalactites, and stalagmites to caves
Witchery adds some witchy stuff, if you want to interact with villages I recommend you turn goblins off as they kill villagers, but also count as villagers so killing goblins in a village will lower you village reputation.

I used to use binnies mods (expands Forestry), but haven't been able to get any of binnies mods to run for a while.

I also used to have enviromine, but got kind of tired of it, especially the constant sweating. It's still rather neat though if you want to poke at it, and should work fine with the mods in the big list up there.

Hopefully that's helpful...and I linked everything to the correct page. It's always very time consuming hunting all those things down, especially when modders pass their mod on to a new person.
If you have Botania, you don't need ChickenShed. Botania has the same functionality baked in.
