Hi, I'm not a regular but I'd like to contribute with a spell I had in my mind, I'm not sure if it is balanced:

Ciffo's bolster of physic
4th level Abjuration
Casting Time: Special OR 1 action
Components: V, S
Duration: 5 minutes

You take one law of the physic (that was in a corner crying) and make it stronger: any spell casted or that pass through an area of 30 feet from the caster that defy that particular law of physic has a 50% chance to fail. You have to state what law of physic you make stronger. It can't be casted with subtle spell feat. It works also for buff already active (example: fly)

At higher level: Ciffo's major bolster of physic: the same spell, only the change of the spell to fail is 90% (7th level?)

Example: enemy cast fireball, to avoid it you can make stronger "energy can't be created from nothing" or "thermal energy can't be created from nothing": in the first case any magic that create energy can fail, for example chain lightning: that same spell wouldn't be effected in the second case (because it isn't thermal energy)
