Q 56 Does Prone Shooter increase the AC gained from dropping prone as part of a Gunslinger Dodge?

Q 56b Is the bonus to AC vs. ranged attacks from being Prone stack with Gunslinger Dodge or are they same bonus and Ultimate Combat is just reprinting the Prone condition's bonuses?
