I think it's a fitting powerset. And you've hard-coded limits into it; she can't just flick a finger and disintegrate a city. Though with GIANT GOLDEN DRAGON, she could, presumably, use the Wind, then have the Dragon tear up and toss chunks of rock, which she then accelerates or whatnot?

Exactly. Large scale Kido, the dragon itself, or even just high powered winds themselves can all create large areas of destruction that immediately transition into large projectile barrages at minimum.

I almost want her and Masaru to be the ones to duel, now, despite earlier discussions of having him and strawbs's RG fight.

The duality between the Bankais is interesting. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how good the fight would be other than that, since the two have fighting styles that don't interact very interestingly.
