   While their previous attempt has been disappointing, the Melfynians remained undeterred. Giving the new influx of aquatics to Melfynus, they were given the grand tour and induction into greater Axiom. When the immigrants seemed convinced, a party comprising of representatives of both were sent back to their homeworld to persuade the populace.
3. [Dip]Press claim on J30 (Great!)
   With much preparations the gunrunners were invited once more to Melfynus with much ceremony and on their return, with Rundhrul with them to show the Melfynians sincerity and discuss more important matters of state.

   With the One's most recent intrusion near Melfynus, the Melfynians did not make it a secret that they were working to get closer to the only other organization which could rival the believers with no affiliation to them at all.

   While the Melfynians lack the resources to make good on promise to the region's issue, they have begun to make a visible effort on preparations and studies in anticipation of dealing with it.

• In a surprising turn of events, a diplomatic envoy in Melfynus' very own Ristoll was sent back to Ikhal to broker some sort of a deal and it was because the aquatics had the utmost confidence in the Harkan's ability to complete his mission successful- not with any other ulterior motives despite the rumors. The everyharkan doesn't know the full details but believe if the higher ups are happy with the arrangements, the warlike Minotaurs couldn't be as bad as the rest of Axiom has led them to believe.
• The activity of the Uplift Chorus in regions of space which have nothing to do with them thereby interfering with Melfynian interests have been noted. However as they appreciate it was done at the request of their neighbor, the Melfynians are willing to let the matter slide as it is possible in all the excitement of being able to spread their word to the unsuspecting, the Chorus has neglected to consider any ideal below their fine goal of telling only the truths they only want others to know; following their predecessor's example. It would be hard however to view any further attempts just as innocently.
• The now dubbed "Pan Galactic Bloodfest" has ended in the death of the Melfynian hero Borch who was given a great funeral to match and with the cherished Kimdt injured and stuck in recovery. While no one quite knows the identity of the formidable adversary who took down Borch, the Melfynians were eventually able to piece together that Kimdt's injuries were sustained as she was left alone in that entire mess after being split from Wendeq. With the same story applicable accross different attendees however. finding out what exactly happened to Kimdt in her misadventures would prove rather difficult although animated shorts of what may have happened, also highly exaggerated as yet another heroic feat, has surfaced on the UwU.
• To compound on the misfortunes, the arrangements made with other alien scholars in the Melfynians linguistics pursuits were all wasted as the newest acquisitions and recordings were also lost with Kimdt's destroyed waterball.
• In more worrisome news, the Serpent has finally reached a point where something has to be built in Melfynus as it has begun to remember something of its previous caretaker from long ago which scholars suspect was the Caller responsible for whatever project Melfynus was meant to be. A task force has been formed to evaluate and plan for this construction in hopes it would actually be something good once completed.
• Much thanks given to the Kronin for their timely intervention which was critical to Kimdt's longevity. In an attempt to better the Melfynians friendship with one of their better trade partners, an envoy was sent to their system with information which the mercenary group may find interesting.
