Cloak of the Bladesong - A cloak of resistance +2 that when worn by a bladesinger permanatly provides the user with the effect of a Blur spell and it also allows the wearer to utilise the sudden still spell feat 2/day

Circlet of Elven Intellect - Only usable by elves, allows the weare to make any knowlege check pertaining to elves with a +5 bonus, when worn by an elf with levels in the Bladesinge PrC provides a bonus to INT equal to their Bladesinger class levels

Sword of the Force Song - A longsword made for use by Bladesingers, when wielded by a non-bladesinger it only functions as a +2 keen longsword, but when a Bladesinger wields it it becomes a +3 Keen Defending longsword. If the bladesinger can make a succesful Perform:sing check against a DC of 23 it acts as a force effect for a number of rounds equal to 3 + INT bonus. If any non-elves try to wield the Sword of the Force Song they instantly recieve 2 negative levels that are lost when the sword is put down again.

Circlet of Elven Intellect - a bonus to INT equal to Blds level???? That's a big "um, no" with that one.
Bladesinger Chain - 12 + character level, so that's 10,000 PER CHARACTER LEVEL.
Shield Ring - that's 5,000 gp BASE for the skill bonuses. A permanent 3rd-level spell should be BASE 30,000 gp.

I fail to see why a +3 chain shirt with minimum spell resistance+character levels should cost a level 20 more than his ENTIRE SALARY...

Also, what defines character levels? Are we talking ECL, HD, or levels in a character class and prestige classes?

A 20th-level character's "entire salary" is 760,000 gp, but your point still stands.
"Character level" is the total amount of class levels a person has. Sometimes, it might include racial Hit Dice.

thats what i worked it out to be, class levels are exactly that, levels in any class
