Unusual Magic Items

Since Lysander's Handy Handy Magic Swords thread is dead I thought I would start up a new thread in its' stead.

Place magical items that have unusual properties that aren't your standard fare Magic Items (i.e. +3 Flaming Greatsword)

"Item" of the Stray
Any item with this property provides it's bearer a +2 on listen and spot checks. Also 1/day it gives the wielder a sense of direction as to the nearest, relatively easiest to reach to, place to recover.

Note: This place may not be in the best of conditions.

Sounds good. You may want to specify that it indicates the nearest or most easily accessible location to recover, though.

As for pricing, I´ll wait for someone else to post. I´m terrible at figuring out prices.

Brothers' Dagger

These pairs or trios of similar weapons are wide, well polished masterwork

knives. At the mental command of the wielder, he/she may look and listen

upon other wielders of the Knives, with no will save. This is disturbed by any

effects or spells that block scrying. Also, the swords grant the user the

ability to know when they're being watched, without exception. These are

usually made in pairs, and used by rogues or assassins.
