SuperHeroics
While this is running A Story of Death will not be updating, at least until I get some more free time.
Myheterosexual life partnergood friend and I have teamed up once again to bring you:
Comic of the Year 2009
Updates: Whenever.
This is an Oots style web-comic based on the D20 game; Mutants & Masterminds. Just in case you don’t know the game and you’re too lazy to click on the link, imagine Dungeons & Dragons but in a modern day setting and instead of playing adventurers, you play heroes and villains.
Art by Tom Shaer (Nameless)
Words by Tom Shaer (Nameless) and Ethan Sapler (Malfunctioned)
The one thing I recommend is that you keep an eye on the background and on small details.
So, instead of boring you with “Issue soon to come” I’ll bore you with the first issue!
Just a warning, the comics are kinda screen stretchy.

Re: SuperHeroics
Holy screen stretching comic, Batman!
A good start, but it would probably be better if you added more sound, and perhaps some more pose variations for the characters. Right now it looks... quiet.

Re: SuperHeroics
[sarcasm] Wow, that back robber is a really good shot! I mean, he totally just capped a guy without even aiming his gun! [/sarcasm]
But yeah. It could be slightly more... dynamic. Right now it looks as though this is the bank lobotomy patients go to...
Of course, thinking on it, this could be one of those worlds where bank robberies are so common as to be completely ordinary ((not having played M&M myself)), I still expect a bit more from seeing people get y'know... shot.
Art looks good though, and the title got me laughing.

Re: SuperHeroics
I just noticed something. The cracks at the end of the wall where it has broken off sort of makes it look as though the wall is tilted backwards, away from the viewer, instead of being vertical.

Re: SuperHeroics
*headdesk*
I just assumed that it was still connected at the ceiling or something, despite the fact that there is no ceiling in the shot. >.>Originally Posted by Lord Magtok

Re: SuperHeroics
Firstly it looks like it will be a really great comic, however where you've written words by Nameless and malfunctioned surely it would be better by writing script by nameless and malfunctioned, but that's just my opinion.
Also, I knew you and malfunctioned where friends in ABR but I didn't realise that was because you knew each other in real life.

Re: SuperHeroics
I found it hard to keep up with two comics and ABR occasionally along side college work, so I knew that if I wanted to start this, I would have to put one on hold for a while and I didn’t want it to be P’n’G. So I put ASoD on hold at least until I get some more free time perhaps during the holidays.
