You are still copying oots lines. The art is too rigid. Everybody is standing perfectly straight all the time, even when having their face bitten of by a horde of lizardmen. The text saying "apparently you are competent after all" is impossible to read, either do a zoom in on the sign, or better yet, ditch the sign all together. You have potential, you just need to stick in a bit more effort.

Look its alright but like shades i think your copying to many OOTS lines also improve your art a little bit and by the way your characters seem to me to be a bit to similar in the things they wear and it makes me confused about who's who. But ill watch this it i think it will get better with more experience and dont give up just yet youve got the makeings of a good avatarist in ya.

Try personalizing your characters, giving them different colours and outfits.

Here's an early comic I did, the day I got inkscape. At the core of it, they all have the same body, essentially the only difference is hair, and other accesories, however, they look completely different. Some of the art though, does indeed suck however.

Oh, I guess I didn't think a kid would read the comic, I've always seen it as a PG-10 or something.

Anyways, it does look and sound like oots. The elf speaks in a convoluted way and seems to have some kind of rivalry with the halfling, the leader is surrounded by idiots...

But that's ok. I mean, we all start like that. Not to seem condescending or anything, it's not about age. When you start, whether you're young or old, you do what you know first. I remember my first series, I wrote a few books, I was so proud of them... But at the end of the day, it was just a story about teenagers turning into animals, just like Animorphs was. And when I did write something different, it was still teenagers fighting something big. But step by step I broadened my horizon if I'm making sense.

My advice would be to read a lot and get inspiration from everything, but really try to be unique and not to copy lines or plots. And keep at it, you'll get better by doing it a lot.

Yes and no. A pore is the part though which your skin breathes if I'm not mistaken. A pimple appears when a pore gets infected I think. Or maybe it's black heads. Anyway, you have pores everywhere on your skin, even when it's healthy, so it's not /like/ a pimple, but still skin-related.

I'd recommend keeping text within a few sizes of each other and using one size(10 maybe) for whispering, another(12) for talking and (14 or 16) for shouting.

The art's alright, what software do you use?

Right, that's what I use. I'd reccommend making the outline's of the character's a tad thicker then they should look right, I hope to see improvements in the art in coming weeks/months because it's good but has a lot more potential.

I'm having a banner contest. Winner gets a trophy. OH! Did I mention it's a shiney trophey?

Also, I'll add them to my comic as a hero/villaine.

Banners should include a picture, a caption (maybe) and authers name, and the comics name (obviously. Other than that go crazy!

It's improving. Now as said already try to keep consistent font sizes. And if the writing doesn't fit in the speech balloon, try realigning the lines or changing the speech balloon, but dont warp the writing.

Also try to keep the thickness of your outlines consistent. Only make the lines thicker on really huge objects or creatures.

Sorry, I get lazy sometimes, plus I don't realy want to spend an hour clicking on 2,000 different pieces to change thier size. I only do that with avatars and small 3-4 pannel comics
