i would vote F: explain it in a flashback so as not to interupt the recently developed plot, but since it doesnt exist i must vote A

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
F: None of the above. Mostly because I don't really know how else to answer this.
They aren't horrible characters, but I just can't get a good feel for them. With some of them I know almost nothing about their personalty. This may have to do with the fact that you are using so many at the same time.
They all had individual introduction strips (except for Pete and Haunto, who were introduced in the same strip) but a single strip isn't really enough to get a feel for a character.
I don't really have advice on how you can fix this at this point. I am hoping you will figure out some. Also I want you to know that I do like this comic. I wouldn't even bother posting here if I didn't.
Edit: If you were referring to the general idea of the characters (such as a dinosaur with a hammer that can turn invisible) then I would like to change my vote to A and you can just ignore that other stuff.Last edited by Lizard Lord; 2009-05-21 at 01:58 AM.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
I apologize for not updating for so long. It wasn't really laziness, though. And it wasn't writer's block. I just had a bunch of scenes that I want to happen in this chapter, and I was having a real had time trying to decide which order to show them in.
Anyway, now that I have decided: New comic!
Comic 47: The Death of the Great Scott
Spoiler
It's funny. Despite being married for a rather long time, I find writing mushy romance stuff really challenging.
Also, here is a filler comic I made and forgot to post, too. It's not much good now, but I thought you might like to see it anyway.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
Nice! This seems like a great character developing scene. The appearance of what's-his-name seems ominous, though. Scott joining the dark side? Although I would enjoy an inversion of the standard "hero puts on a mask and becomes a villain."

Oh dear. Hopefully the 'death' part won't be literal, what with the genie guy materializing right there.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
And yeah and verily, when he cast down that costume's head, he became immune to the evil powers, for they were set to affect the Great Scott, who is no more. Instead of killing/capturing/whatevering him, the attack gave him super powers.
Also, comic is good, ja.It's been a bit, GitP. If you're reading this, you're either digging through old stuff, or I've posted for the first time in forever.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
New comic! Sorry again for taking so long.
Warning: contains a lot of text.
Comic 48: Strange Bedfellows
Spoiler
Ugh. I've always hated it when a comic dedicates an issue to explaining stuff boringly. Especially when you're not even sure they've actually explained anything and it has just risen further questions.
I do now see the importance of those kinds of issues, though. Even though they are tedious to make.Last edited by Green-Shirt Q; 2009-06-13 at 08:05 AM.
