Remembering his lessons on demonology in general and Lord loss in particular he recalls Lord loss's chessboard dimension, as well as the demon lords chilldlike familiar. Cadman remembers the spacelike area in the board and the familiar artery. He remembers the demons only constant features are a childlike body and flaming eyes.

"How do I know you are who you say you are? Quickly, remove your glasses quickly."

Frei is astonished at this request, less than 10 second they had barely spoken, and he was already asking hir to remove items of clothing!
"I think not. We've known one another for nary a hour, and yet ye think thy have the ability to request that I remove mine clothing
?! I thinkest not Knave."

"How do I know you aren't hiding demons eyes under there?" Cadman says impatently "For all I know you're leading me into a trap!"

"Your accosting me of crimes unproven with nought a reason, except that I have refused thy demand that I remove my clothing?! I had mine doubts about thine charecter prehand with thine hungry eyes, but now you hast done nought by confirm every negative aspect of thee."
Frei says rather indignantly.

"I generally don't take chances when it comes to unnatural homicidal maniacs who can change shape and kill dozens of humans with no effort." Cadman says "Not on their home turf".

"What art thou talking about? I've given thee nary a reason to consider mine self a beast profane, and I art just as lost in the damned abyss as thee are lost in thine own paranoid theories!"
Hir glasses are still on despite a minor green glow starting to grow there, nothing noticeable, but something that will grow quickly.

"Generally normal people don't get so damned defensive over a two second test" Cadman retorts, growing suspicious, hands in his pocket for his shuriken in case the child attacks.

"Art thou mad!? Thou asked me if I would remove mine clothing from mine person, a request most foul of a child, lest thee come from a land where ravaging children is commonplace
among the commoner filth!"
Frie retorts, the glow growing now to be almost noticeable, but due to the large, and spiky nature of the glasses, and the distance between them keeping it hidden for now.

"Well, thou willest just have to takest the risk, and turn thy back to a small child if thine wishest to hast that knowledge. But, nay, I willest never remove mine clothing for the sake of easing thine suspiousion that I may be a being that I hast known naught of till this day."
Frei turns around indignantly the flames now visable from the other angle of vision, but not large enough to be flickering over hir head or the around the sides.

"Right, I'm going to take the word of a stranger in the middle of a demon lords property when they match the description of one of mankinds greatest enemy".

S/he continues to fume away from him.

Jade takes a deep, steadying breath, looks about, and decides that frozen lake of fire or no, she can't pass up an opportunity to get out of this crazy dimension. Before she can talk herself out of it, she sprints across the ice towards the odd window.
