High above the grounds, on a tower paraphet, an assassin waits. They look at the ground through a pair of visors.

Aha! There's goes the target. I'll just see where he steps.

They go to the attache case and open it up. Inside are the components for putting together

The assassin assembles the gun. Carefully putting on a silencer, they load the weapon. They setup the mount, place the gun in the holder, and take aim. The trigger is pulled.

BLAM!

The shot is fired. The target is still walking by.

BLAM!
BLAM!

A few more shots are released, but not one hits the target. Looking back at the case, the assassin finds these were left inside.

Why would anyone want to kill me off?

Howard the Something or other has saved me once, and until the identity of that particular Howard is known there's no real telling whether I'm a threat or not. I myself have no idea who saved me from the lynch, so don't ask me. However, my guess is that Howard knows my role somehow, and if I'm a llama then saving me from the lynch would suggest I have a role worth keeping. But if I'm a duck or a bunny then the same applies.

I'm voting for Nychta because the name doesn't role off the tongue like it used to.

So if the attack failed, that means it was either voided, which my mind doesn't figure out, since the duck kill action is a group action, or he's a duck. Since I think it says if he was baned, right?

By the way - what are seers doing? Have they already arranged some sort of network?

You see, almost no seers were killed until now, but even assuming low interest and fool factor, there should be at least one duck seer and two good ones. It is day seven, so, out of remaining players (given scrying of killed people and duplications) roughly 12-15 people should be in the networks already. Possibly even more, as we had no dying words "I'm in the seer/devil network, lynch X at the next possibility".

Hmmm. Potentially more than half of the players were already scried, yet not a single sign of seer activity. Are they all on the duck side (in this case, they would try to keep a low profile), there was no interest in this role, or are they plotting something right now?

I'm pretty sure if it was a duck that got attacked, there wouldn't be any names mentioned so I'm not a duck getting attacked by a duck.
I seriously doubt it's an action getting voided unless there's only 1 active duck out there and even then, I doubt void work that way.
So I'm pretty sure I was baned and I'm 100% certain that I'm a llama as well unless I misread my PM.
