Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
((I always thought it was pronounced Sizz-lard. Sounds like lizard meat frying like bacon in a skillet. Sizzilin' Anyway...))
How about him? The monk over there.
Yeah, what about him?
Well, he's a pirate!
So what? He told me he was a llama.
Pirate!?!
Oh, right. But he's also a monk.
Got anything to say about that monk, or have you taken a vow of silence?
I'm a Llama first, a Pirate second, and a Monk third. I sailed on the seven seas aboard the Liza Jane under the leadership of Captain El Jaspero - the Pirate King!
Do a lot of killing while you sailed the seas?
Only when neccessary. I was the healer on the ship, helping to rescue fallen mates from the scourge of scurvy and prevent the fate of wooden appendages.
Aren't pirates backstabbing?
Yeah.
I fought along side Supagoof and the rest of the mates of the Liza Jane.
Wow you di...no wait. Supagoof was never on the Liza Jane. He was on the Siren's Betrayel.
I'm feeling pretty betrayed.
Yeah, me too.
Me three.
Get him!
*BOOM-Boom-BOOM-BOOM* The sounds of cannon's firing in the mist is heard, as the Liza Jane makes her way into the harbor. The crowd disperses, running from the cannonball attack. Piratemonk falls to his knees.
Thank you Captain El Jaspero for saving me. Long live the Pirate King!
*Boom* as if cued by the god Banjo, a cannonball falls from the skies and hits Piratemonk squarely in the chest. Seeing the one he was coming to save killed, the crew of the Liza Jane turns the ship around and heads back out of port.
Summary:
SpoilerPiratemonk was lynched. Piratemonk was a Llama Mason.
Which means...
DUCKS & BUNNIESY WIN THE GAME!
It was close, with 3 Llamas, 3 Ducks, and 1 Bunny standing on the last day. But with the Last Bunny (Dragoon) pointing at one of the remaining Llama's (PirateMonk), it meant any chance of Llama Victory went with the lynch, as now the Ducks => Remaining players, which satisfy their win condition, and since Dragoon is alive and a Bunny - he has satisified his win condition.
Roles
Spoiler
Congratulations to Dragoon the bunny and Team DUCK!
More comments and thoughts coming with trophies in a bit, along with the published narrator spreadsheet, but for now - share youre thoughts on the game. What worked? What didn't? What could be made better? Any noteworthy maneuvers (aka Mustiado's)?

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Wow, what a game. That was interesting. I'm surprised there were so few seers. That's interesting. The choose your role aspect of this seemed to actually work very well though. Actually, how many people did choose their role? (I did)

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Ok - got the narrator spreadsheet made in a way that's more understandable.
Here's the breakdown for the sheets
Daily Points - Tracked who pointed at whom each day, and counted them up. Vortexing took place in the summary's. Howard's were colored to note the person pointed at by them were not to be lynched.
Actions - Tracked the night actions of every person.
Secret Chalupa Sidequests - Who sent in the words that were hidden, and in which posts the hidden words could be found. Reinholdt was the only person to send in all of them, but a close runner up was Trixie with only 1 word missing. (Note - Trixie you would have received the prize as well if you had sent the words in.)
Duck Votes - Who the ducks voted to kill each night. Green highlights the first vote received hence the one winning the ties.
Notes - Gamer notes, such as AFGs (away from game), llamatars used, and if player was dead or not.
Assassin Notes - Tracking of the PMs sent and posts made by assassins.
Murska Constant - ComparedMurskaPirateMonk's list of roles posted early in the game to actual roles. He was 52% right on teams, and 7.5% right on roles. All in all, he had 2/41 players pegged exactly right. Amused!
EDIT: @^ I think I got 3 people "who took their chances", which worked out well to balance the masons.

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Your right. Sorry about that - It was PirateMonk. I called it the Murska Constant theorem because it's based partly on you always being a wolf. Or was completely off becaused it didn't take into account you always being a wolf. Still, it brought great amusement to me.

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
I've been trying to figure out how much the majority needed to lynch rule impacted things. It looks like it saved Cristo at least once, possibly twice. I think it saved a few llamas as well though. Did anybody else happen to catch which days that happened and who was not lynched because of it.

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
It saved me once when the choice was between myself and I think DD. The second time I escaped was thanks to Selrahc. Another big one was the day Nychta/XNadia was autolynched. It prevented Szilard from being lynched. If he'd been lynched that day and Nychta auto'd the game probably would've ended that night.

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
I got to kill someone! After two failed attempts... the interweb ate my first attempt to kill talic; the PM didn't get through. Then he died before I could kill him. But Mordy I think it was died nicely, but it lacked the irony of a Talic kill.
