You've got Xavik's character pretty well . But even if they didn't talk, he wouldn't torture them for years. He'd just have their souls extracted right away, rather than giving them a few years in which to escape again. But he'd offer the deal anyway.
Also, he's ready for the sort of Treachery Xarty is pulling. His men might not be though.
Also, you forgot the handle on his gun. But no worries.

I am wondering this as well. I mean, it's not a big deal, but I prefer to use the term Psion rather than psychic, and I see nothing wrong with classifying him as Neutral Good.
