Blur laughs.

"Debbie... Helen... either of you... would you please portal us to the headquarters gym?"

"Actually ladies I'll jog back. Got to use it or lose it."

[UglyPanda]

"I've been given orders not to let you mess that place up. It was rather expensive."

Cross reaches inside his jacket and pulls out a pair of latex gloves, mutters a few words, and throws them at the feet of the two "heroes", causing both of them to disappear in a flash.

"I didn't have a gauntlet handy, so that had to do."

Unstoppable & Blur

The two "heroes" find themselves in the middle of a gladiatorial arena, with spectators composed of demons, angels, aliens of all races, mystical beings of all types, and a token amount of humans spread through the crowd.

They're screaming for blood.

"Cooooooooooool! Also Daaaaaaaaaaamn."
Blur begins shuffling his feet back in forth until they blur in a Looney Tunes-esque manner. He bends back and raises his fist into a caricature of a boxer's stance.
"Put up your dukes, put em up, put em up!"

Captain Unstoppable looks around, only slightly surprised by the change of scenery. As sidekick to his father, he's seen much stranger things than being teleported to an extradimensional arena.

"Well, no sledgehammers."

Unstoppable shifts into a fighting stance.

"Looks like we're going to have to do this with our bare hands. When you're ready, zippy."

[Obscurejones]

Blur drops his hands into his pockets but keeps his feet shuffling.
"Want to lay any rules down?"

[UglyPanda]

The Arena

"Lame!"
"Bring Back Strikemaster Veng!"

Their taunts remind you of a certain talk show run by a former politician.

"Ok, what do you want to do now?"

"No eye gouging... and no groin attacks"

"Why not just ban the Hadouken while you're at it? No that's fair. How about we start..."
Alex blurs to the opposite edge of the arena.
"...Now!"

Doc Atom

*Meanwhile, back in the Hospital*

"That's commes as a pretty funny comment comming from someone who was nicknaming Gravatar: "Gravititas" not ten minutes ago."

"Gravititas?" Doc Atom could only scratch his head in confusion, completely unable to grasp the punchline.

"Huh? Hey, what was that and where did they go?" The Doc asked Cross.

Alex zooms through the Captain attempting to sweep his leg as he does so. When the streak of black and gray settles he is back at the edge of the ring eagerly looking to see if his attack worked.

Captain Unstoppable falls over from Blur's trip attempt. He quickly gets up and dusts himself off.

"Is that all, Blur? Pushing me down to the ground? What is this, middle school?"

The Captain readies himself.

OOC - Move action to stand up, readied standard action to hit Blur when he comes into range.

OOC: O Hell Yes.

OOC - Oh, it's on like Donkey Kong.

"I know you are but what am I?"
The blur rushes around the edge of the ring looking for small stones.

*Meanwhile, back in the Hospital*

"Gravititas?" Doc Atom could only scratch his head in confusion, completely unable to grasp the punchline.

"He was commenting on my chest."

The Hospital

"Oh, they're just going to be on TV and we're going to have a bit of peace and civility around here."

Cross grabs the remote for Debbie, mumbles something, and a broadcast of Galactic Gladiator Entertainment is on. Since it's the Earth edition, it's all in Mandarin. You can't tell what the announcers are saying, but it all sounds very terse and angry.

"So let us get going. We don't want to waste our time away from those two."

The Arena

The fans hate superheroes and are rather disappointed this isn't a handicap squash match against Strikemaster Veng.

Black Blur doesn't have a girlfriend.

The arena floor of the arena is a substance similar to sandstone. No stones unless you make them, but the floor is very hard.
Important: I'm not going to GM your PvP. I don't care who is the victor.

"hang on, these two might be on to something, here. If we're all gonna have to entrust each others lives and work as a team and so on, at somme point, it would be a good idea how to see what everyone can do, especialy in a fight."
Turn to look at the TV.
"Starting with them, since they have already begun. Unless there is something that require our immediate atention, I'd like to watch them a few more minutes"

Cross has already left the room and Helen is kicking everyone else out.

"Steal cable on your own time."

"Well I guess it's time to give the people a show."
John moves next to the Captain and throws a punch at mach 13.
