    Apperance: The Figure dresses in blood stained cloth rags wrapped around his body, making him appear like a rust colored mummy. One single blood shot green eye peers through long patches of hair that have snuck through the wrappings. More such patches of hair abound, hanging limp with dried blood.

    Personality: Due to his mind controlled Nature, it is uncertain what The Figure’s true personality is. It is certain he has a deep hate for Hans Rojak, reasons

    Doll: ???

    Apperance: The Doll is a tall and thin woman who continually walks by The Figure’s side. She wears a long trench coat, geta and a pair of massive head phones over her ears. She has short fiery red hair and cold blue eyes, and rarely seems to smile or react to the outside world outside of loud hums.

    Release: Once released, the doll oddly remains by her masters side, hanging off his arm. In this release The Figure has the powers of falsehood, forming illusionary effects. While released The Figure can appear as any other person he has viewed for even short periods of time, though the telling signs of body language and inflection are strangely off and on, as if adjusting. His release holds one other power, though unseen at this time.

    Bonded: In this state, The Doll merges with The Figure, the only outward change to indicate this form is that The Figure’s clothing changes to a male form of The Doll. While merged, The Figure can create illusionary terrain, and can with effort cause portions of the landscape to become real, attacking foes with fake blades, landslides or similar effects. While this area is in effect, The Figure cannot take more effort then running. It is important to note the powers from his released state gain a significant power boost.

    Mask Remnant: Two hollow bone parts on the sides of his face, and a solid piece completely over his forehead. All the parts are extremely smooth, extremely rigid, and very straight.

    Before he became a true Arrancar, Mordolo was a Vasto Lorde-class Menos. He was known among many as an Adjuchas who acquired many followers simply because of his strength. He would lead other Adjuchas who feared his strength, and none were able to lay their maws upon him to steal his glory. When a follower would fail to meet his expectation, Mordolo would devour him. His short temper was the bane of many high-level hollows, so many that Mordolo quickly rose and attained power beyond that of an Adjuchas. However, his power was so great that his followers could not bear to be near him, and they soon disappeared.

    Mordolo was then found in the deserts of Hueco Mundo by Tirano, who Mordolo quickly attempted to subjugate. In his failure, Mordolo offered his own servitude to Tirano for as long as either of them would live. In an effort to match his master's power and truly be able to follow him, Mordolo sealed his own hollow strength with in a zanpakuto with great effort, becoming an Arrancar. Since then, he has attained a rather strange desire to fight and kill whenever possible, something he did not have quite as many spades as before.

    Since then, Mordolo has worked under Tirano, doing whatever work he wishes. Their group has been seen, but not a great deal is known about them...

    Mordolo is more often than not hot-headed. His spirit seems to always burn with the desire to be the strongest, with Tirano as his only exception to the rule. It is not fighting that attracts Mordolo, but simply superiority, being the best at whatever he can be. He also takes a great deal of enjoyment in examining and watching other people and learning about their strength. Though he does not fight without a strategy, he does not care for a great deal of thought or conversation in battle, almost refusing to engage in it unless he is putting down his enemy. Despite all of this, Mordolo is aware of his limits and will not fight to the death unless he has some great reason.

    Mordolo is afraid of dying without any glory to his name, and as such wishes to attain whatever kind of honor, respect, or glory he can for either himself or his allies. It is because of this that he admires Tirano. He will always honor thoughts and opinions, even when they are contrary to his own, though he may do it in a somewhat subversive way.

    Mordolo's hair is pretty much the definition of unkempt, with spikes protruding in various places in ways that hair does not normally go. When he does smooth out his hair, it comes to the bottom of his neck. On his right ear, he wears a ceremonial earring, and

    Mordolo's skin is a nearly gray color, almost as if it is made of bone. It is much tougher to the touch than normal skin, though it is no less flexible. For some reason, it seems to block attacks as though Mordolo's Hierro was stronger. As of yet, Mordolo has no explanation for his unique skin.

    He keeps his zanpakuto (see below) strapped to him with a set of leather straps which he can undo at will.


    Style/Abilities:

    Mordolo is crazy, and fights with similar style. He tends to allow himself to take attacks if he can deliver attacks himself, and he likes to study his opponents and their abilities, modulating his own power to best fight against them. He hates to leave a fight unfinished, and will always want to continue a battle with a foe he has fought previously.

    Keen Intellect: The use of his Resurrección requires a bit of strategy, so he is versed in its application.
    Extremely Enchanced Hierro: Very tough, though not the toughest of all. It occurs because his skin is different from other Arrancar (see appearance).
    Pesquisa, Cero, Bala: Like other Arrancar of his level, Mordolo is capable at most Arrancar techniques.
    Fast Sonído: Mordolo can create a single, fleeting image. He has planned to greatly improve this skill, though thusfar he has still been unable to make his speed truly that of a Gemelos Sonído user.
    Immense Spiritual Power: As a Vasto Lorde Level Arrancar, Mordolo has extremely high Spiritual Power. He seems to be quite powerful, even for a Vasto Lorde, however.
    Strength/Speed Modulation: Mordolo can quickly alter the level of his strength, allowing him to surprise his opponents with suddenly extremely powerful strikes. As his strength increases, however, his relative speed of attacks and movement decreases. Normally, his abilities are at a balance. Whenever he switches his focus between speed and strength, his skin glows the color of the changes: yellow is speed, orange is balanced power, and red is strength.
    Pain Tolerance: Mordolo has an incredible amount of pain tolerance, so much that he barely feels strikes as they enter his body.


    Zanpakuto: Analgésico (Painkiller). Takes the form of a wide-bladed sword with serrated edges, similar to a saw blade, except that the serrations exist on every side.

    Resurrección: Its release command is "Ease their passing", and it is released when Mordolo slices into his own arm with the weapon.

    In his Resurrección, Mordolo's entire right arm is covered in hollow bone. The At the end of the bone is a sharp and jagged point, similar to this guy's. His left arm is left open to hold the sword, which remains but now bears blades on both ends and is tied to Mordolo's body by a chain. Using the chain, Mordolo can throw the weapon forward. In addition, the bone on his face connects to form a face guard, blocking everything but his eyes.

    Resurrección Abilities
    • Increased Spiritual Power
    • Increased Strength/Speed Modulation: Mordolo's speed and strength both increase, and because of this so do his limits in modulation.
    • Incredible Endurance: Mordolo can not only survive, but fight through wounds that would completely debilitate others. He is probably capable of fighting with great open wounds, missing limbs, and other very horrid injuries.
    • The Right Arm: Mordolo's new right arm has several features. Including its ability to inflict Suffrimiento Reflejado (seen below), the right arm also contains a numbing agent which makes strikes by it feel much weaker than they actually are. Any point struck more than two times will not feel anything at all in that place the next time they are hit by an attack. Anyone struck enough times by the arm (re: somewhere above 500 hits) will eventually lose all feeling.
    • Suffrimiento Reflejado (Reflected Suffering): Once Mordolo stabs his opponent with his pointed arm, even if only for a moment, he leaves behind a mark in the shape of a blue skull. Any enemy with this mark upon him who strikes Mordolo with an attack suffers wounds as though they had been hit in the same place by the same weapon.
    • Gran Rey Cero: Despite not being an Espada, Mordolo can perform the Gran Rey Cero in his Resurrección. Because of his attachment to pain and the spilling of his own blood, Mordolo can spend his own life force and blood to fire an incredibly powerful cero.
    • Precio de Sangre (Blood Price): By coating the edge of his sword in his own blood, Mordolo can greatly increase the cutting power of his weapon. While he is fully capable of coating his pointed arm in blood, it has no effect on its own power. When it is empowered in this way, his blade glows red and blue. In addition, his skin changes in color as Mordolo takes more damage, eventually growing to a tan color as Mordolo nears death. Oddly, his skin grows weaker as he takes more damage and it loses its steely color.
    • Regeneración de Muerte (Regeneration of Death): If Mordolo inflicts a lethal blow upon an enemy of any kind while in his Resurrección, any wounds inflicted since he began to fight in Resurrección immediately heal, as if they had never been there at all. Similarly, if Mordolo is killed, the enemy will be completely healed (though this ability has been untested for obvious reasons).

    Zanpaktou: "作詞家の追悼" or The Mourning Lyricist. Unreleased it looks like a wooden acoustic guitar, although significantly more durable, in combat it's primarily used to beat people upside the head until he can release his Shikai.

    Upon release the form of "作詞家の追悼", changed radically, from a hollow bodied acoustic, to a solid body electric, lightning literally running up the neck of the new form, a aura of similar energies forming a corona of defense around me, this aura is focused into tangible energies each time a note is plucked, sending out a lightning fast burst of energy, but leaving me open to attacks while I'm focused on attacking rather then putting energies into defense.
    These Energies work in a way to super charge the Iron in the blood stream, making it oddly magnetic, and slowing the person down as their Zanpaktou becomes a literal dead weight in their hands, their very blood working to slow them down. Woe to the person with fillings who opposes me! This can now take the form of lightning serpents that have more impact individaully then the sound waves alone.

    Ban-Kai!: ("ハンマー地獄嵐!", (Fire rains from the sky, Holy Judgement now lost, punish the wicked, Raging God!)
    In this form, The Mourning Lyricist changes entirely from it's Shikai, another neck being added to the guitar being added entirely, and Vince's body is immolated entirely in fire, and his skin hardens into a chitinous armor as he plays, huge, deadly balls of fire begin to fly in orbit around him, growing larger the longer he plays, but leaving him open to attack if he luanches them too early as massive gaps appear in his defence, if one is quick enough to get through the fire will merely burn them abit rather then completely set them on fire.

    It also has the ability to turn itself into armor, and a hurricane of fire, both while omitting the other. More details will be added later, but for now this a copy/ paste.

    Reitsu: A deep sea blue is the color of his Reitsu, (text color is Royal Blue)

    Spirit: A black, shrouded, being with no discernable looks, seems to always be cackling madly, or weeping bitterly whenever it decides to speak.

    Frame swathes himself in light brown cloths, covering his whole body except for his head, hands, and feet. Despite this, his movement is not impaired, and he walks with an almost catlike grace. His face is hard and emotionless. His skin is dark brown and unblemished, unusual in a Hollow of his power. When he fights, Frame sheds his concealing outfit, revealing a form-fitting suit of brown leather armor. This suits is filled with numerous pouches containing blood, making it very difficult to determine whether or not Frame was hit by an attack.

    Frame is cold and emotionless, rarely sharing his thoughts with anyone outside of his group. He speaks rarely, quietly, tersely, and never without reason. He is very cautious, but also loyal to Tirano, which will override his own opinions. He enjoys peace and quiet, and observing the world around him. Frame is a storyteller and a historian, or as much so as can exist in the static world of Hueco Mundo, and can occasionally be convinced to share one of his stories or legends.

    Frame is a very, very old Menos. He has been a part of the landscape of Hueco Mundo for countless centuries, known of by many. An observer, Frame was usually found nearby battles of consequence or rising powers, watching silently and disappearing when there was nothing more of interest. He was neither a leader nor a follower, abstaining from the company of other hollows. Since he kept his power suppressed at all times, many younger, arrogant Menos ended their lives attacking the Vasto Lordes after he began watching them. From these incidents, he gained a reputation of overwhelming power and most other Menos simply tried to ignore him. Slowly, however, he began showing himself less and less, before finally disappearing altogether.

    In truth, his observations began to bore him as he saw the same stories repeated over and over again. He went to a secluded valley deep in the heart of Hueco Mundo, and fell into a deep state of hibernation, hoping for interesting events to be happening when he awoke.

    While he slept, he was sought out by Tirano. Strangely enough, Frame instantly threw in his lot with the powerful Menos. After Mordolo underwent Shinigamification, Frame also decided to become an Arrancar. He has continued to serve loyally to this day.

    Frame's Zanpakuto takes the form of a simple, curved dagger.

    Blot out the sun, Tempestad de Arena (Sandstorm)
    Frame's mask grows until it covers his entire face, with three stylized eyes, one mouth and one nose hole, and a number of small, beard-like spikes projecting from the chin. The rest of his body is covered by a loose black cloak, which whips around him even without wind. No part of his body can be seen in his resurrection. The full effect looks like this. While Resurrected, Frame gains a number of abilities.
    Enhanced Hollow Abilities: While released, Frame's Pesquisa, Cero, Hierro, Sonido, Bala, and Reiatsu all gain a boost.
    Indefinite Form: Frame has no defined form behind his cloak, allowing him to maneuver his body in ways that should not be possible to avoid strikes.
    Bala Círculo: Frame can fire Bala from anywhere on his body.
    Flight: Frame can fly at high speeds while released.
    Cero Triple: When Frame initiates this ability, three Cero seem to charge in front of his eyes. When he releases, all three blend together in a titanically powerful blast.
    Limbs: When Frame so desires, he can project arms from his body. These can appear anywhere, and are long, thin appendages with triangular scissor blades for fingers.
    Sandstorm: Frame can project a powerful sandstorm out of his body, which can be used to harm and distract his opponents as well as cover himself. Frame can control the sand, allowing him to mold it into weak shields or weapons. If Frame desires, he can use this ability without personally controlling it; this does not lower its effectiveness (explained below).
    Earth Glide: Frame can enter solid objects that are larger than he is while released, and is not limited to just the earth.

    Frame possesses the ability to split off some of the souls that form his conglomeration. This can be done physically or mentally. Mental splits remain in contact with Frame, and can control some of his limbs or abilities, such as the Sandstorm. Physical splits manifest in the form of weak animal hollows and possess no combat ability. They are completely separate from Frame until they are reabsorbed.

    Susaraiyana appears as an elderly scholar, with spectacles and extremely long hair tied behind his head in a ponytail. He also has a beard which reaches his feet. He wears robes reminiscent of a great wizard of some kind, covered in runes and letters of various alphabets. Upon his body are many, many scars and several etchings in ancient alphabets.

    Susaraiyana always has a scroll on hand and is almost always reading from it, even during combat situations. Were the scroll to be unfurled completely, it would reach opposite ends of the universe. His weapon of choice is not much of a weapon at all, but more a walking stick. It has nothing special about it beyond being an extremely strong object, just as any other weapon owned by a spiritual being.

    Susaraiyana is very, very, very, very dry. He tends to speak in a monotone unless he is in battle (and when he even speaks at all). Most of his time is spent thinking, planning, and understanding the world and the beings around him. Something about his mentality seems completely centered and unmovable. He is almost completely passive, never actively striking at someone but willing to use discreet and roundabout ways to fight a foe should they come for him. He is also incredibly aware of the world around him. Susaraiyana takes a great interest in the past, and thus has earned his nickname, "The Great Historian". He enjoys learning new things, and loves to spend his time doing just that.

    When he is in tune completely with another's memories, he tends to take on aspects of that person's personality.


    Style/Abilities:

    Susaraiyana is a strange fighter, generally relying on his unique abilities to do the fighting for him rather than actually engaging in battle. He barely fights himself, if even at all.

    Besides all the basic minor contracts required for survival, Susaraiyana has the following contracts:

    Susaraiyana can trap an enemy in an "illusion" of a memory he has accessed. Only Susaraiyana and the target of the ability will be able to see the replaying of the memory. Because Susaraiyana controls the "illusion", he can alter it in any way he wishes, though the target can use his or her own memory of the event to disbelieve any changes and force them to be as they were in reality. Susaraiyana cannot maintain this contract without concentrating on it, and therefore cannot use it while using any other contract requiring concentration.

    Susaraiyana can cause his enemies to see things that do not truly exist. He can cause them to believe that Susaraiyana is in one place when he is not actually there, and he can cause them to believe that someone else is in the room who is not there. Allies can appear as enemies and vice versa, zanpakuto can appear to be wooden sticks, old demons from the past can come back to haunt opponents, etc. He can, however, only create illusions of things that are in his target's memory. For example, if his target has never been to Hueco Mundo, Susaraiyana cannot make the battlefield seem like it even if he himself has been there. Because he must concentrate on his target's memories, Susaraiyana can only maintain this ability on one target and must end it if he wants to switch targets.


    Major Contract of Memory Thievery

    Susaraiyana can literally steal the memories of his enemies, causing them to forget them as long as they are in his presence. Using this ability, Susaraiyana can steal the knowledge of how to perform certain abilities, but he cannot steal any knowledge required for basic survival, such as how to breath. He can also steal full knowledge of subjects, such as people or events. Because he must concentrate on his target's memories, Susaraiyana can only maintain this ability on one target and must end it if he wants to switch targets. These memories return once Susaraiyana's target moves outside of the range of his Minor Contract of Memories or once Susaraiyana ends his usage of it.


    Supreme Contract of Memory Simulacrum

    Using the memories of a target, Susaraiyana can create a physical copy of something from that target's memory. This physical copy would function as though it was the original, except that Susaraiyana could use it as though he were the original wielder. If it is a living creature, the simulacrum would act as that creature. Simulacrums cannot hurt Susaraiyana in any way, even if they actively try. They are also aware that they in some part serve Susaraiyana's whims, and will almost never attack him with the intent to truly destroy him. Susaraiyana can only have one such simulacrum active at a time and must destroy (or have destroyed) the first if he wishes to make another.

    Any simulacrum created cannot be stronger than Susaraiyana himself, no matter how powerful the memory or the object/being in question. The stronger and more vivid the memory, however, the more potent the simulacrum tends to be.

    The Sad-Eyed Gentleman (or, The Implacable Gentleman)

    Those are the names which most call him. His true name is unknown, if he has one.

    Title: Sovereign King of Despair

    Personality: The sad-eyed gentleman's personality is nearly impossible to ascertain, because when he talks, his exact words cannot be made out - instead, a general sense of what the gentleman means to convey is put across, and the wording is forgotten. He has lived a very long time, and seen a very great deal, and now almost everything bores and bewilders him. He makes no effort to understand or converse or connect, and is instead content to bathe in his own bored melancholy and pursue various trivial and meaningless amusements.

    Contracts:

    Average Contract of Stone, Average Contract of Celerity

    Minor Contract of the Written Word - The gentleman can change, manipulate or erase any written words at will, apart from the ones used to write Fae Contracts.

    Average Contract of Vainglory - The sad-eyed gentleman is blindingly beautiful, fair of face and form, but he is beautiful as a statue is beautiful - it is cold, inhuman beauty. It is impossible to remember his exact appearance, just a vague sense of immense beauty and even more immense gloom. He is so beautiful, and his voice so sweet, that he is capable of inducing people to do his bidding simply by letting them gaze upon him.

    Average Contract of Melancholy - The sad-eyed gentleman is surrounded by an aura of hopelessness and despair so deep and pervading that many of his opponents simply give up and either follow him, or allow him to destroy them. The sad-eyed gentleman's Contract of Melancholy works in conjunction with his Contract of Vainglory to allow him to destroy others' morale and self-esteem, until all they can see as being beautiful in the world is the gentleman himself. This 'seduction' works immediately upon NPCs, while PCs, of course, get a "Will save."

    Major Contract of Echo - Much of the sad-eyed gentleman's power lies in the art of duplication, thanks to this contract. He can summon at will a perfect duplicate of any existing object or being which he has seen in the course of his long life, although this duplicate lacks any of the "magic" powers of the original, if indeed the original had any.

    Major Contract of Flesh and Bone - The sad-eyed gentleman can manipulate his body to use it as a weapon. He can extend, sharpen and shoot any part of his skeletal system - for example, he could tear out his own spine and use it as a sword, or shoot tiny knuckle bullets from his fingers. He can also manipulate his flesh to heal the wounds which this process naturally gives him. This ability means that the sad-faced gentleman can change his body in a variety of fairly horrific ways, just for his own morbid satisfaction, and this visceral horror clashes unpleasantly with his Contract of Vainglory, with those around still fascinated by his beauty, but appalled and nauseated in equal measure.

    Supreme Contract of Life - Through a single touch and the granting of a Name of his choosing, the gentleman is able to imbue life and animation to those inanimate objects which had none before. This can mean raising corpses to new life (not resurrecting characters, but rather entirely new beings using the corpse as a shell to inhabit), or granting movement and intelligence to previously-inanimate objects. If the gentleman grants life to an object which by all rights should be unable to move, it will change its physical composition in order to enable physical movement. Although not under the sad-eyed gentleman's explicit control, those he has imbued with life will serve him out of their own simple loyalty.

    Personality: Nasumi has a case of OCD, everything must be perfect. In addition, she also has a minor guilt complex. The two combined can be devastating.

    Abilities: Nasumi is skilled in the use of kido (specifically hado) and hand-to-hand combat. She very rarely uses her sword in combat.

    Zanpaktou: 全面的な視力 "zenmentekina shiryoku" (complete/total eyesight)

    Shiryoku takes the form of a wakizashi with a studded guard. The wrap is a gray-brown.

    Shikai: No changes occur in the appearance of the blade. Her shikai pulls up a comprehensive map of the world, and gives information such as temperature, time, longitude and latitude, etc. It can detect reiatsu in a large area, and identify them. Shinigami appear blue, hollows red, ghosts as white, etc.

    In addition, she may teleport herself and five other people to a certain location within her range. To teleport, she must know either the exact latitude and longitude, or a distance relative to herself (i.e. teleport me 3 feet north, 2 feet west, one foot up)

    Zanpaktou Spirit: Shiryoku appears as an old man. He's a cartographer, and wears enormous glasses. Her mindscape is a library.

    Appearance:
    Sunako, though short, appears to be an attractive young woman, in her own tomboyish sort of way. Her black hair is cut short, so as not to interfere with her fighting and wears a white a single-sleeved haori without pants. She instead wears white bandage-like wrappings to cover her upper thighs and private areas, and some more wrappings over her breasts, which are mostly concealed by the haori anyway. She wears a pink obi around her waist and loosely attaches her wakizashi to the back of it. She also doesn't like to wear shoes or sandals and usually just has footwraps similar to the ones for her legs and breasts. She has a jagged mask fragment that covers a couple of inches around the eye, but she can still see through it. And above her breasts and between her neck lies her hollow hole.

    Personality:
    Sunako is generally cheerful, but can be quite violent if angered. She sees fighting as a sport, but disciplines herself and doesn't do anything unnecessary.

    Abilities:
    Sunako generally fights with hand to hand combat, not really requiring her sword for anything because of her skill. Her abilities with cero and bala are limited, preferring to stick with close combat. She also has a level of control over her body's composition and can change it to hard, dense sand. As such her hierro is quite powerful and she can morph her extremities into sharp points, giving them a cutting edge.

    Sunako grips her wakizashi and speaks the command, then her flesh transforms into sand, giving her full control over her body's composition, improving her abilities as well as giving some new ones:
    • Improved Hierro: Now that Sunako's flesh is completely made of sand, her Hierro improves drastically
    • Heightened speed/strength: Her alacrity is increased by her form becoming a mass of sand which can morph at a moment's notice, allowing her to dodge and move in ways which would have normally been impossible and allowing her to densify her body at the extremities delivering attacks.
    • Reach: For the same reason, Sunako can extend her limbs to attack from farther distances.
    • Sandbolt: Sunako can launch parts of her sand body as a speeding projectile much like a bala. Unlike balas, she is quite proficient with these
    • Desert Regeneration: Sunako can draw in sand to regenerate wounds and such, as long as she is in resureccion. Using this ability, she can increase her size too, but she refrains from doing such as she loses some of the mobility she is used to.

    Appearance: Fudo Amida is a tall, rugged man. His eyes are grey, and his hair black. He tends to wear jeans and button-down shirts, only wearing suits when it's demanded of him by his superiors. His favored transportation methods are the subway and the bicycle.

    Personality:
    Amida has a great antipathy for shinigami, but this manifests in him going out of his way as much as possible to avoid them, rather than actually trying to harm them. He is polite and professional in all his dealings. He lives frugally, usually on cup noodles, vitamin supplements, and water. He thus does his utmost to swipe whatever he can get from employee meetings, and is more than a little resented by the Moulton and Grandier members he works with, as it is not uncommon for half the donuts anyone brings in to be eaten by him.

    Bow: Fudo Amida's bow is a standard Quincy one. He has not undergone Sanrei glove training, and isn't too skilled with silver tubes.

    Other Abilities: Amida is a Steele Schneider specialist, and consequently a highly skilled swordsman. This narrow focus allows him to fight on even terms with just about anyone in close combat, but leaves him very weak at range.

    Appearance: A young middle sized guy, wouldn't look a day over 20 about 5'8" light brown hair that grows to his shoulders, with a ponytail in the back. He has hazel eyes, He looks fair, but what looks he may have are often off-put by the remains of his hollow mask. He has the jaws of a horse over his mouth, both of them, which move when he speaks. He often looks curious, friendly, and more than a little confused.
    Personality: Caballos is a somewhat quiet guy, usually because he tries not to say anything stupid that might get him in trouble. He will, however, repeat the words of a superior officer with little or no fear, with the utterly naive hope that whomever he is speaking to will refrain from shooting the messenger. He is not afraid of those he feels are his equals or inferiors, and is more open around such people than his superiors.

    Release description: Caballos' horse jawbones grow to cover his whole face, giving him a horses skull for a head, his chest flares out and is covered with bone shaped like a horses chest, his arms get longer and his hands become hard like hooves while keeping the digits, his waist gets thinner and his legs become a horses, with horses hooves for feet, his blade becomes horseshoes on his hooves. Caballos becomes stronger physically, able to do more damage than he could before, but more importantly he becomes much, much faster, a greater boost in power is sacrificed for a huge boost in speed. Most of his strength is focused in his legs, and he lashes out with powerful kicks, aiming to crush a foes bones to dust.

    Appearance: He looks like a man in the middle of his life, tall, with short black hair with a bit of a receding hairline, and an unshaven face. He looks Western European, French to be precise. He looks perpetually tired and walks with a bit of a slouch. He always wears a big heavy coat. He wears goggles on his forehead, but they do nothing.
    Personality: Nicolas often seems bored, often saying things like "It's been boring for the past 378 years". This number will change from day to day, usually a lower number when he's in a good mood.Nicolas is also a heavy drinker, but almost 400 years of drinking makes it hard for you to get drunk.
    Doll: Mannkleine (Little Person): Sealed, the doll takes the form of a minature person, thin, bald, and bony, that perches on his left shoulder. It appears quite feral and beastlike, with yellow eyes and stitched up skin. Mannkleine has a special ability when sealed, it seems, boring. Dull. Uninteresting. It emits an aura of banality. Most people won't look twice at it, if at all. When released, it bolts itself to his shoulder and becomes a cannon, which can fire a variety of alchemical vials and gasses that Nicolas must load into it by hand. Mannkleine will get tired after a while, but Nicolas rarely seems to care. Mannkleine almost seems expendable to him.

    Raphael is a Samsara but was also affiliated initially with the French Reapers. He was part of a noble family but forced into exile for some grievances he caused them and the French Reapers. He fled to Russia but encountered no reapers there. A few times he fought against hollows to protect lost souls, but he had no sustenance and the low reishi density of the Mortal World had caused his health to dwindle. He conserved what little strength he had and soldiered on. Finally, as he was battling a powerful hollow, Lan Jia appeared seemingly from nowhere and vanquished the hollow and brought him to the safety of the Russian Soul Society. While he was recovering, Lan Jia helped him unlock his memories and realize that he was not who he thought he was. He developed an attachment to the girl, believing he owed his life to her. He wanted to be able to repay her and strike down the villains in their path. So on the day she left for Japan, he volunteered to join her, but was made to stay behind and recover his strength. Staying with the Russians, he had heard tell of a legendary weapon found in the spirit realms of Japan with all the might of a million Bord d'ame. With that blade, he thought, I could be the most powerful guardian in the cosmos. Lan Jia would never have anything to fear. Now, he has recovered his strength, and with ambition he heads to the place where Jia was reported to have journeyed to. J-city.

    Raphael is somewhat aloof, although tempered slightly from his exile. He is devoted to Lan Jia and would give his life for her. He does take pride in his skill in swordplay, and is staunch in his belief of honorable combat, and will refuse to fight someone with lower skill than his own, unless in defense of Lan Jia.

    Name: Duelliste. Duelliste is a flamberge rapier with a red basket hilt with golden etchings and hilt.
    Release: Equilibre la Lutte, Duelliste.
    Duelliste forces Raphael and his opponent to fight on even terms. It is usually different each time, but Raphael's reiatsu matches his opponent's and then makes both incapable of using certain abilities. Barred abilities never include swordplay, but can include Magic, energy attacks, high-speed movement, etc. Though this is actually a subconscious of Raphael's memories and not actually his Bord d'ame's spirit, he still only uses it against 'a worthy opponent'

    He wouldn't have any particularly special abilities: Basic manipulation of blanks; weapons training, though his training is spent on practicing with a rapier because of his Bord d'ame; and decent Magical ability, although he probably wouldn't use it for fighting.

    Reiatsu: Varies (mimics the color and feel of people around him)

    Appearance: Zhi’Hei has a rather unassuming appearance, though seems to take great lengths to push the acceptable limit to altering ones attire. Zhi’Hei seems quite shy, hiding under a high collared shirt that goes up to his nose with wide sleeves, and a strange hat with what appear to be small bunny ears which always seems to be pulled down just above his eyes. Other then the sleeves, the shirt is quite form fitting, showing a well trained body. He wears what appears to be a hakama converted into a pair of pants, the bottoms of his pants flaring much like his sleeves. He also wears a long white sash across his waist, which seems to split up his otherwise uniform black apparel.

    Personality: Zhi’Hei seems determined not to allow a single person a good look at him, wearing the above to throw off all abilities to identify himself, despite looking rather outlandish. Despite this, he is quite amiable, and is often busy with his Division, keeping mostly to his squad. It is probably this easy going nature and likeable personality that has allowed him to push the very limits of the dress code.

    Zanpakuto: Nhai- A typical katana, its sheath is black with a white diamond motif down the blade.

    Shikai: Mimic! Nhai!- Once in Shikai, Nhai seems to disappear, leaving Zhi’Hei seemingly defenseless. If one were to look at his arms under his sleeves, they would note a strange series of tattoo’s, runes and markings that glitter and glow with an inner light. Zhi’Hei’s zanpakuto is unique, having no particular powers of its own. While problematic in combat, the innate nature of Nhai is at least surprising to his enemies. Nhai takes control of Zhi’Hei’s body, forcing him, and his reiatsu to mimic an a single move he’s seen. Only one such “muscle and spirit” memory can be retained at a time, and the power must be used up to discharge the strange effect over his body before he can mimic another. He cannot copy other innate abilities of zanpakuto’s, only external powers (he could not copy the amazing speed of Satoshi’s shikai, but could mimic the beam effect of Shirubaru’s shikai). This power can mimic basic cero’s, but not bala or kido (the former being to fast, the former due to the innate nature of his spiritual energy). This power cannot copy effects of Bankai.

    Other Powers

    Having a mostly defensive Zanpakuto, Zhi’Hei has taken great strides in mastering other forms of Shinigami combat, and while far from mastery, he is quite adept at several Shinigami techniques.

    Hakuda: Zhi’Hei is quite skilled in Hakuda, mostly owing to losing his weapon while in Shikai.

    Kido: Saying Zhi’Hei is an adept at Kido would be…foolish. Due in part to his strange zanpakuto, Zhi’Hei is incapable of casting a single kido spell without complications. Despite being quite good at incantations, no effect called forth by them ever completes, instead, a random kido effect takes its place. This has caused more then several incidents in his life, ranging from attempting to heal a fellow Shinigami in combat, and instead binding them to the ground, to healing his own enemies attempting to slay them.

    Shunpo: While not blazingly fast, Zhi’Hei is quite slippery, and is adapt at defensive movments, often looking as if he is dancing on the battlefield

    Mikal Tessan, former 3rd seat of the 6th Division, currently Rogue, Shinigami

    Reiatsu: Red, flickering like flames. The more he fights, the more his reiatsu starts to resemble a fire burning around his body

    Apperence: Since leaving Soul Society, Mikal has adopted a fairly tame style. His bright blonde hair is grown long, and tied back with a simple piece of red leather. His build is fairly muscular, more befitting a viking than a samurai. A stark contrast to his short cropped hair before he left. His deep blue eyes seem haunted, and the deep lines around the corners add to this effect. Outside his gigi, he wears robes in the style of a shinigami, only a dark red color were it should be black, and black where it should be white. His zanpakto he kept across his back, the top most wing of his crossguard visible over his right shoulder. The hilt looks like the body of a bird, and several long red tassles form tail plumage, almost 8 inches in length. The sheathe itself is dark black, and heatwave seems to roll off if stared at long enough.

    PersonalityMikal is quiet. He's motivated by a code of conduct that he can't begin to describe, but he's so tied to it, he abandoned his post rather than fight the human Qunicy in the wars. He's more protective of humans than your average Shinigami, willing to be beat on rather than risk his Shikai in the human World. When he is angered, his temper flares in a manner befitting a wielder of a flame Zanpakto, and his reiatsu is capable of setting small brush fires.

    Zanpakto: (Name: Fenikkusu[(Japanese for Phoenix)) Unreleased, his Zanpakto is a large western bastard sword, with a stylized Phoenix for a crossguard/hilt. The actual head and beak of the bird are carved into the blade of the sword, and seem to be filled with some strange orange/red metal. A thin line of the same metal runs the length of the blade, from the tip of the beak to the tip of the blade. Using his intense reiatsu, he can actually ignite this metal, incasing his sword in flames without releasing her.

    Shikai - "Rise from the ashes, Fenikkusu!" The wings of his crossguard double in size, and the blade turns into pure flames, so hot they turn white. In this form, a simple swing results in a conflagration before him, igniting anything flamable for several yards. He can extend the fire from the sword in a cone fashion, sweeping it about, focusing this blast on objects made of stone or steel generally reduces them to slag after a few seconds. The final ability is the most dangerous. He can sheath Fenikkusu, and by doing so ignite his own reiatsu with her flames, effectively doubling the heat of Fenikkusu's flames around him. The flames and heat are intense enough to create gale force winds, blowing away most projectiles and melting others. Approching him in this state is dangerous for even captain level foes. The downside? He can't move. His concentration is tied up on the task of keeping his own flames from incinerating him.

    Bankai - Mikal has not achieved Bankai yet, but is well on his way, given how long he has had for uninterrupted training so far.

    Other Powers:
    Kidou: He's sadly unskilled in these arts. He's good enough to waste low level Hollows, or paraylze them, but anything higher than that would give him a funny look. He might tickle a low level Seated Shinigami

    Hand-to-Hand: Mikal is quiet skilled here. He doesn't like using his Zanpakto if he can avoid it, as as such is just as good at this form of combat as his old rank would suggest. He's been seen on one occasion tearing the mask off a near Menos level Hollow.

    Shunpo: He's not very good at long distance travel in this style, but he is very, very precise. Its been said he can Flash Step to the point of a needle, if it is within 50 yards.

    Background Info Mikal argued long and hard against the Qunicy war, wondering why he had been protecting humans all this time if he was only going to be set to obliterating them now. It was his thought they should be educated about the affects their method of destroying Hollows could have across the Spirit World,and a peaceful solution found. Hopefully one that involved a solid Alliance between the two. Why fight each other with a common enemy around? When he was ordered to the fight, he simply dissappeared from sight. He's easily within reach of Vice-Captain Powers at this point. He has not unsheathed his Zanpakto anywhere it would be noticed, and found a large cave to train in. He never stopped being a Shinigami, merely a member of Soul Society.

    Affiliation:Herself, her fans, those in need.

    Reiatsu: Unique-Mortal

    Theme. Literally, the theme song of her show.

    Apperance: Actual picture

    Moshi fulfills almost all the criteria to count as 'attractive' for most people, and the confident way that she holds herself only heightens that appeal. Thick raven hair that hangs down between her shoulder-blades with a wild look to it, the majority kept of her eyes with a little side-ways ponytail atop her head. Dark eyes, black lipstick, and a somewhat...forbidding air would suggest a pale gothic person, but Moshi actually sports a nice tan as if in defiance of that expectation. Around her neck is a black choker, the pendant sporting a large smoky gem of an unknown type that seems to be a memento of some kind that rests easily on her breast bone. To say that Moshi had curves to her was like saying...the ocean was wet, or that a quarter of her viewers were young males. The young woman is drop-dead gorgeous and the green kimono like costume she most often wears takes full advantage of that fact. The only things out of place was the leather pouch on her left hip and the numerous good luck charms stuffed into the red sash belt.

    Personality: I have a duty to my fans, to be the best psychic I can and always keep the camera rolling! That's Moshi-quality!

    Narcissistic, collected, reckless, loyal...all words used to describe the same person but at different times. Moshi almost seems to be a different person depending on if there was a camera around or not, always the 'sexy, confidant, and fearless young woman' that her fans expected. Whenever a camera wasn't around? A bit self-centered, egotistical, cheery, and quick to tease but always with a kind word or advice for a fan. No matter what's going on around her, Moshi always has a deep appreciation for other people and will willingly throw herself in harm's way to protect those who can't do so themselves.

    To those who can though, she only occasionally provides assistance unless she is asked since she has a firm belief that people need to fight their own battles. Too many years of self-reliance rubbing of badly on her, which also makes her extraordinarily superstitious but who could blame her about that?

    Jemu-Majutsu: Moshi's most notable ability, and her most often used, her family had a long tradition of believing that gems had mystical powers that she inherited. So when her psychic powers awoke, it was only natural they would manifest in the gems she believed had such powers. That's what the pouch on her hip contains, numerous precious stones she uses as foci for various abilities.

    Naiya (Diamond): Diamonds are Moshi's preferred gem since the offensive power they have is pin-point and doesn't cause much collateral damage. When used, a diamond can either be used to conjure a high intensity bolt of lightening to strike out at anywhere from one to five enemies (depending on the size of the diamond). Defensively, a diamond can be consumed to negate a single attack compromised entirely of reishi, however it does have limits and cannot absorb an immensely stronger attack. The size of the diamond again influences how big an attack it can stop.

    Emerarudo (Emerald): While not particularly strong from an attack stand-point, few can deny the other benefits Moshi's emeralds can have on an ally or herself. When cast on the ground, vines and branches erupt from the ground to try and entangle the closest foe and try to crush them in the floral embrace but the vines and such are far from being very fast. Their other use though is much more handy, being able to heal wounds and restore one's strength when used on an ally or on herself.

    Safaia (Sapphire): Like any good heroine, Moshi needs time to tell people just what they've done wrong or how they are a bad person. She uses sapphires to allow this, the gem freezing those struck by it into a block of ice until they can break free. Or Moshi frees them, usually by continuing her assault. Defensively, a sapphire can briefly cover her body in a durable sheet of ice to take some of the punch out of physical attacks. Far from perfect, it nevertheless has saved her life on more then one occasion.

    Rubi (Ruby): Sometimes, the lightening isn't good enough. Pin-point damage is all well and good but against lots of enemies, or if it just isn't working, Moshi will switch over to the explosive power of a ruby to finish off an enemy. While it doesn't explode, a ruby is consumed when it launches a cone of hellishly intense flames forward from Moshi's hand as it is used. It also usually catches everything in it's path on fire, so it is not good to use indoors. When on the defensive, the ruby creates a shield of flame around Moshi that can cause severe burns to anyone striking through it with their hands or a slightly longer then normal katana. Though, again, it usually sets everything around it on fire.

    Paper Charms: Foresight is necessary in every battle, but Moshi takes it a step further with her paper charm barriers. Whenever she has enough charms set up (min. of three), she can activate them with a word and create an incredibly strong barrier between the charms. Very difficult to break, they are short-lived (only about a minute and a half long) and can be a pain to set up in mid-battle so Moshi usually uses them as traps to interrupt attacks or an enemy's movement to set them up for a devastating counter-attack. Sometimes, she has managed to get three charms to float around her, for a portable barrier, but this is very draining.

    Other: Neither incredibly strong or very fast, Moshi relays on her charm barriers and the defensive abilities of her gems to protect her from harm. Despite these limitations, she has incredibly good reflexes that she has honed in order to try and respond to high-speed attackers. Her ability to sense trouble is fairly well-honed too.

    ((OOC Clarification: She can't keep up with speedy characters if it came down to chasing them or running from them, but she can attempt to respond to them with preternatural quickness.))

    Appearance: The Arrancar known as "Grumo" is a squat, almost comically proportioned person. He has a rounded, completely bald head which partially sinks below his shoulders to give it the appearance of a dome. His small eyes and round button nose complete the unthreatening impression. Folds of fat cover his body, from sausage-like fingers to a very ample stomach. His mask fragment is on the bottom of his chin and isn't usually visible.

    Personality: Grumo is usually docile in both manner and action. A follower by nature, he has no desire to dominate or command and is generally happy to go along with whoever is in charge. When he speaks he does so slowly and infrequently, using short sentences and simple words. In combat he's single-minded and relentless, but not suicidal. He keeps careful track of wounds and knows how much punishment he can take before needing to retreat. Even so, his simplistic nature sometimes stops him from seeing danger before it's too late.

    Hierro: Grumo's Hierro is oddly soft and spongy, although it has the same defensive ability as the harder variety. He has a limited degree of control over its movement, allowing him to (among other things) trap incoming objects in its folds.

    Sonido: Grumo has slower than average acceleration, along with difficulty in making sharp turns. If given time to build up momentum his top speed is decent, just so long as he doesn't have to change course much.

    Cero/Bala: Grumo's energy attacks are powerful but have no special features beyond raw strength.

    Burrowing: Grumo can burrow through the ground with ease, replacing displaced earth behind him as he moves. When in Resurrección this extends to rock and stone as well.

    Regeneration: Grumo's regenerative powers are considerably higher than average, even extending to the recreation of lost limbs. When combined with Wriggling Mass (see below), this makes him very difficult to finish off even when defeated.


    Sealed Zanpakutou: Gusano.
    A wide and flat cudgel. Unlike most Zanpakutous, it has very little cutting ability. Damage is delivered through crushing force and bludgeoning rather than open wounds.

    Grumo's mask fragment extends to cover the bottom half of his face, leaving only his mouth untouched. His size and bulk increase, his skin grows tougher and a massive but flexible tail grows from his back. This tail is long enough to be wielded as a weapon in combat, either by being swung bodily or wrapped around the arm and used as a cudgel.

    Ravenous Brood: While in Resurrección strange wormlike creatures begin to continuously crawl out from Grumo's body. These creatures vaguely resemble larger versions of normal worms, but are viciously aggressive and have mouths filled with circles of sharp teeth. In the absence of commands (which Grumo can deliver silently) they will usually swarm towards the nearest enemy and start biting and attacking them in any unarmoured areas they can find.

    Wriggling Mass: With an act of will Grumo can cause his entire body to dissolve into a mass of worms identical to the ones produced by Ravenous Brood. Grumo's consciousness remains intact while in this form and is able to control all of the creatures as a single unit or scattered group. This form has many uses outside of combat; It's often used for scouting, entering tight spaces or retreating from a dangerous foe. Killing any of the worms will translate to appropriate physical damage when Grumo reforms.

    Early Bird's Bane: The air above and around Grumo is much harder to fly through than usual. Any airborne enemies are subject to heavily increased gravity; Weak flyers are forced to the ground almost immediately, while stronger enemies may be able to stay aloft for longer by taking extra effort. Anyone touching the ground is completely unaffected by this ability.

    Privaron Espada #102 Virlan Crĕpuscŭlum

    Reiatsu: His normal reiatsu is nearly undetectable. He can come and go without so much as rippling any alarms or kido based on detecting reiatsu. This all changes when he fights, and unleashes a dark purple reiatsu. It still stays fairly close to his body, only extending out dozen or so yards. This just increases the spiritual pressure that much more, making it nearly paralyzing to even slightly stronger foes.

    Cero - Dark Purple with a frosty blue/whiteoutline.

    Apperence: The first word that would come to mind when looking at Virlan is: short. He stands just five feet, three inches and height. A fact he rarely forgets. This has made him a fairly bitter soul. But he is quick to disabuse anyone of the notion being small makes him weak. HIs body is thin and willowy, and his hair is flowing and stark white. He wears the standard while Arrancar uniform, and it is kept immaculately clean. His Zanpakto is kept sheathed at his left hip. One of the most startling parts of Virlan are his eyes. They are completely devoid of any pupils or iris, standing as two glossy black orbs within his head. The remains of his Hollow mask form a band holding his hair back, with two thin protrusions running down his jawline. His Hollow Hole is in his stomach, at naval level, usually covered by his uniform.

    Personality: Virlan is bitter. Even as a Hollow he was maltreated for his size. Until he devoured whatever was treating him so poorly. When he merged and became a Menos, the overwhelming anger and resentment at being so merged into a beast completely overwhelmed all the other Hollows within, forcing him to the surface. Despite this bitterness, he believes in careful planning and knowing when to back down. He's very careful to try and remain useful to anyone above him in rank, and to this end has become a very effective spy, using is natural reiatsu suppression to his advantage. He remembers any slight, and its widely known that his payback comes at the most difficult times for those around him. He is not above leaving an 'ally' to die so he might escape.

    Abilities

    Virlan is highly skilled at sonido, probably considered one of the beat in the old Espada. He can make a second sonido jump before he as actually completed the first, leaving a mirror image of himself at the middle location. These images can last for up to a minute, and respond to Virlan's mental commands, defending and attacking, though they can cause no real damage.

    Virlan's sword fighting abilities are weak, he's easily over matched by even a 5th Seat Shinigami. He reserves his sword strictly for defense, and torture.

    Virlan's Heirro is strange. He can harden it to amazing proportions, even a Captain level Shikai would have trouble defeating it. But he prefers a more subtle approach. Virlan is boneless in any form, held together by the force of his reiatsu, which is why it is so self-contained. He prefers to allow bludgeoning and kido based attack hit him, since most of the energy would flow through him. He's more cautious of the cutting power of a Zanpakto, and generally uses his full Heirro against it.


    Zanpakto: Eclipse

    Eclipse appears as a normal katana, only completely black with dark purple hilt wrapping

    Resurrección: Bring them Darkness, Eclipse!
    Form: Virlan shape changes very little. His skin and hair become black, but he glows with a faint white outline, his eyes invert, turning totally white. He's completely lacking any gender defining characteristics, and appears completely nude. His reiatsu becomes even more intense, doubling in size and half again as powerful in pressure. A single impossibly black orb floats over his right shoulder.

    Light and Heat Absorption - As soon as his form is released, the orb over his shoulder starts to bend light toward it, and the area rapidly begins to chill. With the command "Steal the Sun", the orb expands to create a sphere almost 3 kilometers in diameter. Light cannot penetrate the sphere, and all light and fire based attacks and drawn toward it, diverting from their course. Inside, it starts to rapidly chill, causing movements to slow as the body starts to try and conserve energy and heat. This effect gets worse the longer one stays in the sphere. It is always centered on Milan and moves with him.

    Cero and Bala - These are Virlan's primary forms of attack, and his have a unique effect. In addition to the massive impact of the energy, they carry a bit of whatever it is that supresses reiatsu. The effect of this is overtime, these can effectively reduce someones spirital power to almost nothing, making them easy prey. Bala have the least effect, obviously. Pluses and normal Hollow are paralyzed instantly. Rank and file Shinigami are paralyzed by the effect of the Cero.

    Negation - At will, Virlan can form up to four black discs, each about one and a half feet in diameter. He uses these shields for defense, blocking incoming attacks. He can sharpen the edge of one shield at a time, and hurl it forward like a disc weapon. He prefers to use this attack on spiritually weakened foes, hoping to cause them fear before he lands a killing blow.

    Appearance: Katisugo despite being gone for over 300 years and being a Captain before then, looks only as if he is in his Mid 20's, early 30's. His skin is slightly tanned by the Sun's glare. Katisugo wears a odd mask that cover the front of his face that morphs different expressions and symbols on his face to either express his emotions or to illustrate a point in his conversation. He is capable of removing this mask and often does when he's around close friends or allies. His hair is mostly dark brown but is tanned to a sandy brown color that reaches to around the bottom of his shoulders with brown eyes to accompany his hair's color. Katisugo stands at a solid 6.4, and appears very able and wheres a navy colored robe with a mosaic of runes with flower petals that appear to be floating on the inside of the robe. He also wears a black gee with a dark blue belt tying around his waist securing his Zanpakutou. Katisugo also wears the iconic wooden sandals that is also dark blue.

    Personality: Katisugo is a very laid back person, usually seen laying against the side of a wall or laying down on the side of a field. His laziness especially pours over when he's in combat, but he easily makes up for that with his skills and unique reiatsu. Katisugo is also grown to be very arrogant with the many new abilities he acquired during his long period of disappearance. Despite being lazy, arrongant, and somewhat unreliable in combat, he has many good aspects that outweigh the bad ones. Katisugo seems to have the innate ability to become friends with just about anyone and loves giving people advice and words of encouragement. He often takes advantage of his charm and as a results borderlines between being flirtatious, to a womanizer. (Okay, hard to say if this is a good aspect or a bad one seeing how much it can vary from individual.)

    Zanpaktou: Usagi No-Ashi
    Katisugo blade would appear as very thin long sword with the guard of the sword designed like a four-leaf clover and is actually tinted green like a clover.

    Abilities:

    Reiatsu Accuracy-Fog--Katisugo's reiatsu has grown to be so powerful on its own that when not in Shikai the fog surrounds Katisugo making an enemies attacks a tad bit slower than usual. This also allows him to analyze their attacks, physical/mental capabilities, and give him a vague idea of their fighting styles, minus their Shikai or Bankai and Soul's power.
    When in Shikai, Katisugo can use the Stratus Rune(Explained in Runes Data) to manipulate a enemies attacks. Individuals with reiatsu above or at that of Katisugo's can break this fog's affect.
    When in Bankai, the reiatsu fog is absorbed into his Bankai acting as a catalyst for it.
    Morphing Reiatsu--When Katisugo controls his reiatsu to avoid being detected, he is capable of manipulating his spiritual pressure to appear as if it belongs to some other person. This includes being able to make his reiatsu appearance like that a Arrancar, Quincy, Shinigami, etc. (Again this is prone to change.)
    Flash Step--Generic skill of the majority of seated shinigami. Katisugo is especially adept at using this skill although he tires after using it in 20-25 successions.
    Hand in Hand Combat Expert--Katisugo is very reluctant to pull his sword on most people. Instead he like to fight with his own bare hands being able to fight, as well as stun, parry, and disarm foes if their clumsy enough or if opportunity presents itself.
    Sword Mastery--During Katisugo's disappearance, he had plenty of time to hone his skill to the point that he's a master at using his Zanpaktou.
    Hado-User--Katisugo's no good at Bakudo but can use quite a few Hado techniques including, Hado 4: Byakurai (White Lightning), Hado 33: Soukatsui (Crashing Blue Fire), Hado 63: Raikouhou (Lightning Pulse), and Hado 73: Souren Soukatsui (Twin Lotus of Crashing Blue Fire) that can be done with no incantations. He is also capable of using Hado 88: Hiryugekizokushintenraiho (Heaven Shaking Strike, Heaven Shaking Lightning Cannon) without incantation but is not perfectly formed and is only 25% as powerful without him saying incantation.

    Shikai: Level the Playing Field, Usagi No-Ashi
    Upon Katisugo's release, his Zanpaktou turns into a extra long Claymore that is 62 inches in length counting the hilt with six spherical holes located on the hilt and blade. Six floating runes also appears that float behind each one of them representing six elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, and Stratus.(Time, Space, and Energy) Each runes has its own individual powers and can also fuse with others. The fusing of these runes like for example, fire with earth makes lava allows him to use better techniques and methods of attack. However, the more runes fused, the less powerful the attack is because the elements won't be as pure as they were when being used individually. Also, the When he fuses all six he goes into Bankai. (Better details of the runes mechanics to come)

    Bankai: Return Balance to the World, Setsuri-no Kagayaiteiru-Hikari! (Providence's Shining Light)
    When all six Runes fuse to Katisugo's Zanpaktou it changes into a massive cannon fused with his arms. The blast of this cannon is so powerful that upon firing, not only does it leave nothing untouched in its path, but it also literally causes the Bankai to shatter upon firing returning to its sealed form flaring white as a result of overheating, making it completely unusable. When the cannon shatters, the runes being used shatter as well releasing waves of energy that have various affect on enemies near by (Burning, Heat Metal, Frostbite, Paralysis, Increased Wind Pressure, Tremors, etc.)

    Appearance: Donovan wears a white cotton shirt and black linen pants, and a brown tie with diagonal stripes. Over this simple attire he uses a long brown coat with a checkered pattern. His hair is black and well kept, his eyes are brown, he wears simple glasses and his face sports a perpetual frown.

    Personality: Donovan is an absolute pessimist. His view of life could hardly get any worse, and more than once he has tried to end it, only to be frustrated by his superior bount resistance, healing, and the considerably strong muscles he has in his neck. Donovan is, however, not antisocial and not one to brood often, prefering to have ears to hear his endless, often unfounded, complaints.

    Doll: Jämmerlich (Miserable)

    In its sealed form, Jämmerlich is Donovan's tie. Once released, Jämmerlich looks like a nine feet tall humanoid made of hemp rope, a "hangman golem", his power controls ropes and to a very minor extent, emotions.

    The doll itself is made of heavy, strong ropes. It packs a strong punch, but prefers to entangle and constrict its oponents, Jämmerlich also gives Donovan a heavy piece of hemp, which, using his power of rope control, he uses very efficiently as a whip or as a flail.

    Rope Control: Both Jämmerlich and Donovan can animate ropes in the area, forcing the objects to attack by themselves.

    Despair Aura: Jämmerlich exudes an aura that causes a sense of hopelessness on those within range, which can make the doll appear much more intimidating than it actualy is, and also quenching strong, positive feelings. Donovan is immune to this effect, more because he is already hopeless than because the power is technicaly his.

    Miser's Ward: Donovan and Jämmerlich have their minds and spiritual pressures clouded and protected against outside effects. Telephatic contact and psychic attacks do not reach them, and their reiatsu is normaly not detectable, even in a combat situation.

    Appearence: Hikaru stands at a slightly above average 5"6. One thing that's completely strange about him though, is the fact that behind a set of sunglasses he wears, it appears as if he has absolutely nothing in his eye sockets. There is just simply... a lack of anything. Yet even with this he claims that it is always "too bright", even in areas of complete darkness.

    Aside from this he has dyed his hair a odd shade of purple, the blonde roots already beginning to show due to his laxness in keeping up with it, and he wears a waist length jacket that fits snugly around the arms.


    Personality: Despite his other odd appearence, he is quite the lively person, almost always joking, or talking in some fashion to any who will tolerate him long enough for the next punchline. However, this may just be a cover up for a truly nervous personality, always seeking acceptence in others eyes, and fearing rejection.

    Abilities:

    Vanish: He really doesn't know WHAT this comes from, how, or why he can, but he has been able to bend light itself around his form for going on 10 years. Through this one literally, can't, precive him, as not only light, but even his Spiritual pressure, that of others, and even the world around him bends to hide him perfectly.

    While this ability is active, you have to physically touch him for you to even get the slightest preception that he is there, and even when you do it proves difficult to believe your even holding anything as it feels like your grasping at smoke, or more appropriately... A shadow.

    Future Abilities exist, but currently, he can only use the Vanish portion.

    Shunpo: He does not know how to use Shunpo.

    Kido: Nope.

    Reiatsu: Clear.

    Name: Ryuunosuke Kenji, Vice-Captain, 2nd Division

    Appearance: Kenji has black, shaggy hair that grows long in the back into a medium-length pony tail down his neck, which he now braids in homage to his former Vice-captain's preferred style. His eyes are caught somewhere between blue and grey. Standing at 5'10" he's about average in size, both in height and in build. He does benefit from long limbs, which he somehow manages to keep under decent control most of the time.

    His Shihakshou is just recently shortened at the sleeves all the way up to his shoulders, as well as the addition of a Tattoo to his Left shoulder.

    Description: Kenji used to joke around that he just joined the 13 Court Guard Squads to meet strong, pretty women; recently, though, he doesn't joke about much at all. Whatever his motivation, it is obviously a strong one, as it has carried him ever since his days through the academy and all the way up to his current position. Though he tries his best to make things look easy, he does now, and always has struggled with most of the skills that all shinigami master. In spite of this, his skills are no worse for the difficulty with which they are acquired, and to Kenji the skills are most certainly acquired only with difficulty. He spends much of his time practicing the same things over and over just to achieve the same level that most people reach with intermediate effort. Still, he doesn't seem to hold this against those naturally skilled around him, even if he does good-naturedly envy their abilities.

    In combat, Kenji's (few and far-between) strong suits are situational awareness and battlefield strategy. In the past, particularly during his early days as a non-ranked member, his impressively swift reaction times and out-of-the-box thinking were both praised; however, those praises were quickly drowned out by 'constructive criticism' on how he should improve... everything else. Though his overall skill set has improved dramatically since those days, elevating him all the way to 3rd seat of his entire division, Kenji still often marvels that he achieved Shikai at all-- and Bankai? However, he is outwardly confident enough to put anyone else's mind at ease.

    Kenji was preceded into the Gotai 13 by his best friend and rival while growing up as regular children in Soul Society. They were neither nobility nor lived in the slums, being of average social standing, but eventually displayed Soul Reaper talent. Kenji, being the less talented of the two, was held back for a few years while his best friend proceeded into the 2nd Squad ahead of him. Kenji simply would not stand for being left behind by his True Ultimate Rival, and was determined to catch up and surpass him. Almost a year later, Kenji got the news that while on a training exercise in the Real World his Best Friend was caught in the middle of a Hollow attack and was killed. Kenji dropped out of the academy for a few months while he tried to deal with the loss. Eventually, he rejoined the academy using his best friend's last name in place of his own as a tribute, and as his unerring determination to fight with the 13 Court Guard Squads the battle against the Hollow in order to commemorate his friend's death.

    Kenji saw his assignment to the 2nd Squad, the same squad as his Best Friend was assigned to before his death, as a powerful sign that he is doing the right thing by carrying on his best friend's legacy. He always suspected that most of his squadmates would likely be more skilled than him, but having somehow ascended to 3rd seat, he is at once determined and terrified to uphold the responsibility to his Officers and squadmates. First and foremost, however, his greater purpose is to make the name of Ryuunosuke well known throughout the whole of Soul Society, from the 13 Captains themselves (or only 12 now...) to the nobles of all four families to the lowest level of the Rukongai-- not for himself, but for another.

    Since his appointment as the Vice-Captain for the entire 2nd Division, Kenji has seen his amount of available training time cut nearly in half, and yet his skill level progressing only noticeably slower for the loss. He is constantly kept busy by the demands of the 2nd Division's Vice-Captain, and doesn't get to see his Captain much anymore.


    Name: Suzume no Bara (Sparrow's Thorn)

    Sealed form: Black binding on the handle and new polished, white wood sheath, bearing sharp, black Kanji characters all the way up the middle of both sides. Worn horizontally across the back.
    Sealed Abilities: None/not discovered

    Release phrase: Gosezu Hanase! ("Speak without words...!")
    Shikai: Becomes a Chinese-style chain whip, of either three, six, or nine chain links determined upon release (and adjustable by sealing and re-releasing). This Zanpaktou kills with incredible speed and deceptive movements, using a multitude of cuts too small to feel to disguise the final blow straight through the heart. Appears at first to be a purely melee-type, displaying impressive (but manageable) speed, control, and mobility when released; however, it is in truth a strong Wind-type, kidou based Zanpaktou, which uses the very real threat of its physical prowess to deceive its foes into supposing that it has no Aces up its sleeve.
    Shikai special abilities: Wind-based. Is able to launch long, sharp blades of air from the tip of the whip in mid-swing at a target. Also, perhaps the more powerful of its abilities, it allows the wielder to translate kinetic energy from melee attacks through the air particles between him and his target with near 100% efficiency, effectively letting him attack at range with a punch or slash (this effect seems instantaneous, but is defeatable by keeping close track of the wielder's movements and timing the effect correctly; also greater distances exponentially increase the effect of that fraction of lost energy, limiting its range). In addition, during his fight with the then-Ryoka Shinichi Masato, Kenji displayed his Shikai's ability to fool the eyesight of his opponent through the use of the red flag pinned just beneath the blade. This seems to distort the opponent's depth perception and timing, allowing him to slip an attack through even the most careful guard.

    Finally, minor wind-based abilities like brief, limited force gusts of wind are possible with enough focus.

    Bankai: Not achieved.

    Name: Ruy Crecendeiro
    Cero color: Royal Blue (Note; this is his Cero and Speech colors only, otherwise most manifestations of his Reatsu are Red.)

    Appearance: Ruy has wild, hungry eyes, always changing in expression and intent, but always retaining their powerful undercurrent of unabated Insanity. His hair is scattered and unkempt, looking as though he simply hacked it off with a sword when it gets in his eyes; however, it still has an indifferent charm about it that oddly fits his personality perfectly. It is thick and nearly black, but gleams Blue in the light. He is extremely well muscled, a fact that is usually lost to how skinny he is. His Hollow is larger than most others, and sits right at the base of his ribcage.

    Ruy's dress consists of the standard white Hakama and Tabi sandals, as well as what appears to be a chain-mesh undershirt beneath a shoulder-coat trimmed with dark blue. On one side of his face all the way along his chin is the remnant of his mask, which consists of a row of teeth resembling a Faceguard. His Zanpaktou sits, forgotten, at his waist.

    Ruy has been an Adjuhas for going on 25 years, a surprisingly short time compared to a Hollow's lifespan. The time has taught the impossible-to-teach Hollow Two things. Everybody, no exceptions, is after their own ends, do not care in the least about anybody else, and are all Liars who will say anything to help themselves. The second; Violence is the only answer. To everything. Ruy is openly aggressive toward all around him, without exception. He seems to be completely incapable of the concept of Respect, and does not even recognize the trait in others. He has no ideas of honor or any such petty ideas; he is just as likely to verbally or physically attack one who has spared his life three seconds ago as someone he has just met. However, his raving violence is not so predictable as to be counted on to be consistent.

    As an Adjuhas, Ruy seemed to have two speeds that he switched back and forth between with apparently no knowable trigger or reason; in the one, he was broodingly quiet, begrudgingly subdued, even peaceful. He could almost be reasoned with, at times, and though he was still sarcastic and disrespectful, he spoke in complete sentences and remembered things like people's names. In the other, he was completely beyond reason. He attacked and destroyed without distinction and without care, slaughtering Hollow, Arrancar, Shinigami, Bount, Quincy, and Human without difference. Since his transformation into an Arrancar, Ruy's attitudes and impulses seem a little more controlled, but he still takes an inordinate amount of insane glee in the wanton slaughter of even his fellow Arrancar. He retains the two basic personalities above, with two differences: he is now capable of recognizing someone stronger than he, and may choose not to attack them on those grounds (though he is still not guaranteed to do so...). The second difference is that he is capable of defining an Ally, someone who is actually on his side as opposed to the rest of the world. However, no one he has yet met has fulfilled the unknowable criteria for this great honor in his eyes.


    Zanpaktou: Ruy's Zanpaktou has no name, but instead a number: Trece (XIII) (Pronounced Thrae-sae)

    Though Ruy's Zanpaktou is ever at his side, he does not ever use it, or hardly even notice that it is there. He has, in fact, thrown it away multiple times; only the fact that it has reappeared in his sash has kept it with him as long as it has. Ruy instead fights with his bare hands, teeth, legs, Cero, and pure, unadulterated hatred for all things.

    Though he does not use it, the Zanpaktou is a beautiful weapon in and of itself; its blade is wider than a standard Zanpaktou, and is rimmed all the way around the edge of the blade with a thin blood channel reminiscent of European swords, despite its decidedly Japanese shape. The sword itself is, in fact, much stronger than many unreleased swords are, adding to his strength, speed, and defensive power just by pulling it from the sheath. In addition, it bears an amazingly sharp blade... if he only knew how to draw it.

    Hollow Powers:

    Ruy relies exclusively on his Hollow abilities, not so much Rejecting the Shinigami half of him as much as forgetting that it is even there. Even so, however, his power is nearly doubled by becoming an Arrancar over his old form as an Adjuhas, and so it is plenty of strength for him to explore and enjoy... For now.

    Hierro: Ruy's Hierro is only slightly above average, protecting him from simple sword wounds and many medium-level kidou, but not much to mention when dealing with higher levels.

    Sonido: Ruy finds that the Sonido is his favorite new power since becoming an Arrancar, and is endlessly fascinated by it. He is able to execute a nearly infinite string of Sonido back-to-back without tiring; however, the actual speed of those Sonido is only about average as well.

    Cero: Ruy's Cero was, even as a Menos, never to him the most interesting weapon in his arsenal. Though he is proficient with Cero, even able to fire two at once (though at half strength for each), he finds the pillar of energy boring and not worth his time. Cero doesn't see much use.

    Regeneration: Ruy is capable of recovering from nearly any wound, regardless of severity. The magic number is 24 hours; light wounds and fatal wounds alike heal at a varying rate such that they are fully repaired in exactly 24 hours. If the wound is severe enough that he cannot survive a full 24 hours thereafter, then his injuries are too severe to be recovered from, and can only be repaired with outside help.

    Hoja de la Alma (Blade of the Soul): If Sonido is his favorite New power, Hoja de la Alma is his favorite old power, one that used to be part of his very form when he was an Adjuhas. Even though he traded the aberrant form of an Adjuhas for the nearly human shape of an Arrancar, he has somehow retained this capability even through. Ruy himself does not call this technique by any name, or even seem to recognize that there is anything special about it. As far as anyone knows, however, it is completely unique to him.

    Ruy's hands, fingers, and forearms, while looking completely normal, are in fact sharp-- very, very sharp, in fact. Ruy is capable of making straight, clean cuts with the edge of his palm, as though it was a Katana of incredible sharpness. In addition, Ruy's hands and arms are nearly indestructible, blocking blades, reatsu blasts, and Ceros without sustaining damage. When Ruy is not actively trying to cut something his hands are completely normal; however, whenever his intent is to slice, the effect is Reflexive and instantaneous, requiring absolutely zero thought or effort to manifest or maintain.


    Ressurecion: Ruy has not so much as bothered learning how to draw his sword, much less wielding it, but if he were ever to do so, Ressurecion would certainly come naturally, as is the way of Hollow.

    "Bring Peace through Chaos; Threce."

    Ruy's form reverts halfway to his Hollow form as an Adjuhas; porcelain armor covers his entire body, overlapping in large plates across his chest and back, and his Hollow mask reforms almost completely, leaving only one eye and a patch of hair uncovered by the Faceguard. However, these changes are dwarfed and rendered completely inconsequential by the largest change; built into the forearm guards of his armor and extending down both arms are two huge, rectangular blades that are attached along his forearms by sets of double-rails on the undersides of the blades. They stretch nearly five feet past his fingertips on both sides, and are about a foot and a half wide. Two handle-like pieces of metal reach down from the guards for his hands, making the huge Razors like part of his arms… The way they were as a hollow. However, in one way they are different; the two blades actually have two positions and can switch back and forth instantly; the first has the front of the blade resting just below his fingertips, and the backs reaching upward past his shoulders. This is primarily for defense, as the flats of the blade provide wide, almost Tower Shields. However, with a snap of his arm he can send the blades sliding along the rails set on the underside to bring them out to their full length, the back of the blade just above his elbow, and the other five feet extending into his offensive Reach. The blades are sharpened on both sides, though they are blunt at the squared tips. Even in spite of their size and weight, the razor-sharp blades are swung and hefted by the Ressurected Arrancar so lightly and quickly that it is as though they were as light as paper.

    Trece's abilities are named by those around him, not by Ruy himself... just out of pure indifference.

    Eyes of the Death God (I am aware of the irony, thank you )
    Ruy's eyes glow faintly red when he is in Ressurecion, but this glow can be concentrated upon and increased until his eyes are completely lit up. When this is in effect, Ruy is capable of evaluating an opponent's Strength in relation to his own with near pin-point accuracy; Ruy is able to see the Strength of the viewed target's Most Powerful attack or ability, regardless of what that attack may involve. An Important Note: This ability does not show the attack itself, merely the absolute value of its strength. Ruy will not know whether or not a Shinigami has Bankai and Vizard mask, only that the Shinigami's most powerful attack, whatever that is, would likely vaporize him where he stood. This gives Ruy an edge; in knowing how powerful an attack to expect, Ruy is much harder to catch off guard.

    Blood Flash
    Perhaps the most incredible of 13's powers, Ruy's Ressurecion grants him access to a completely new form of high-speed movement, different from both Sonido and Shunpo, and more powerful than either. Unlike either Shunpo or Sonido, this unnamed technique is not a matter of moving from one point to another, but of simply Existing there at will. While in Shunpo and Sonido both the user must traverse the distance between the starting point and the destination, this technique bypasses the distance altogether and simply Appears wherever it deems to. This means two things; the first is that the technique is completely untraceable, as not even the invisible blur of Shunpo can betray its movements. The second is that its distance is effectively unlimited, and takes exactly the same amount of time to travel two feet as it does hundreds of miles.

    Those who are capable of seeing through even extremely high-level Sonido report that the only thing visible of the technique is the shortest blink of Red, thus giving the technique its name. It has been theorized that this could even transport Ruy between Worlds, between Hueco Mundo, the real world or Soul Society, but Ruy has never bothered to try it. Using this technique does not seem to put any more strain on Ruy than an ordinary Sonido.

    Rebirth
    This ability can only be used once Ruy has revealed his True Personality. When Ruy is hard pressed by a strong opponent, he can willingly shatter both of the Blades that are strapped to his arms. Swinging them both at one another, Ruy breaks the upper half of both blades off right at the middle, leaving them jagged and broken. However, this compresses the full power of the full blades into half the size, doubling their speed, maneuverability, and Cutting power at the cost of their Reach. In addition, the tips are left jagged and sharp, making them good for Stabbing as well as slashing movements, unlike before.

    Major Arcana: The Fourth Horseman.

    This final power of Ruy Crecendeiro can only be entered after Rebirth, and even then Only after both of his Blades have been completely Shattered by his enemy, somehow without killing him.

    Ruy's suit of Armor begins to glow, and shatters into a thousand pieces. Those pieces form together and become a massive Scythe, the Blade of which is nearly as tall as he is. He himself is dressed in flowing, White silken robes, tied at the waist with Black rope. His hair grows to three times its normal length, and all of his limbs grow slender and weak looking, almost like a Skeleton. Behind him, he reveals great, tan, bat-like wings; these do not move, but seem to grant him a power of Levitation-like flight, even in places where it should be impossible to stand or walk in mid-air. All of Ruy's normal capabilities of Hierro, Regeneration, and Cero are increased by a great amount, in addition to its own powers. Ruy's eyes become completely black, and he seems able to see in every direction. His Scythe is completely immune to all damage of any kind, and can cut anything, of any hardness, from any distance with one swing. Ruy himself is nearly immune to damage, his Regeneration increased by a factor of about 10; though he still cannot regenerate lost limbs or survive otherwise fatal hits, any attack that can get through his increased Hierro will be completely repaired within minutes.

    Finally, the Blood Flash from his Resureccion is enhanced and superpowered to Unimaginable levels. Where before only those capable of especially high-speed sight note the red glimmer as he vanishes, now the entire Sky is stained Blood red by the rapid chain-fire use of the ability. Ruy, in a sense, exists Simultaneously Everywhere that there is; he merely Chooses where to Exist, or even how many places at once he wishes to exist in.


    Hisoka Akiko, Mortal

    Akiko is a rather small girl, slightly below average in both height and weight. She is a natural Blonde, quite a rare color in Japan, as well as having light Hazel eyes instead of the normal darker brown. Akiko wears a pair of slightly aged, but fashionable glasses which are constantly sliding down her nose. Akiko can usually be found wearing some variety of hoodie, most commonly a plain white hoodie that remains remarkably clean despite the number of times she has dirtied it in some way. She is also fond of shoulder-slung Messenger bags, as they allow quick access to her Sketch pad and other things while not sacrificing carrying capacity. Akiko's wardrobe also carries a Gothic influence, expressed through black fingernail polish, a cat-bell choker, and her somewhat 'scene' haircut. She does not subscribe to any particular fashion niche, however, just going with what she personally likes and what she can afford at the time.

    Personality: Akiko is very reserved and somewhat shy, easy to embarrass and not very assured of herself. Much of her childhood, and indeed a solid portion of her current early-adult life, was spent reading and dreaming about books. Akiko is at heart a Dreamer; she is possessing of an extremely vivid and often self-directed Imagination, as well as a good heart and a compassionate instinct. Her enjoyment of Books and Manga has benefited her greatly as she has slowly started becoming aware of the Spiritual side of the world, since through her whole life she has been dreaming and half-wishing that the fantasy stories could be true.

    Akiko is not a girl of wealth, and as such has had to cut corners and do without at times to stretch her savings far enough to last through College. However she still leads a comfortable life, mostly making up the difference by pursuing her interests and curiosity at the Public Library and other venues. A rare example of such, Akiko enjoys playing Videogames and is actually quite skilled, though she has never been able to own a system younger than five years or so. Her online screenname is always some variation on "Anastasia."

    Skills: Akiko is highly imaginative, and as such excels at creating Drawings and Short Stories that draw on her creativity. Akiko has been drawing since she was very young, and is what some people may describe as preternaturally skilled with a pencil. Though she is decent in other forms, such as painting and the like, she has never found as much enjoyment in them as with a simple pencil set. She is also rather tech-proficient, though she hasn't had the means to own a high-end computer or the like, and so her hands-on experience is somewhat limited to older systems and to what she can access in public libraries or at friends' houses.

    Finally, Akiko has a very strong sense of Empathy, seeming to either 'read' or to 'just know' about how another person is feeling or how others feel toward them. She is quite unassuming with this gift, however, understanding that she can be completely wrong about someone (though it has been a while since that happened...). Since her introduction, Akiko has shown ever-increasing senses of Spiritual Pressure, most notably being stricken near catatonic by the backwash of Spiritual energy that came about as the result of Olympus Mons' destruction. She does not yet seem capable of seeing Spiritual creatures, but has seemed to almost hear one speaking before.


    Ryoichi Yasu, Unseated, Kido Corps

    Name: Ryoichi Yasu (First Name, 安, meaning "Peaceful")

    Reatsu/Speech Color: Blue Ash

    Appearance: Yasu is a bookish, but distinctly handsome Specimen of a Reaper; he stands at just below average height, but has a Presence of Personality that makes up for his nonthreatening stature. Though Shinigami age can be somewhat subjective considering their long lifespans, Yasu has a sense of outward Youth matched evenly by inner Experience (particularly in his eyes). His wrinkled dirty Blonde hair usually grows a little long from neglect, but has a roguish charm to match his inquisitive, dark Blue eyes and subtly delicate features. His hands are steady and dexterous, a sign of his expertise in the various Gestures and hand Arrays that he has mastered over his centuries.

    Yasu carries his Zanpaktou standardly on his Left side, and can also at times be seen carrying any of a variety of Walking Staffs that have only enhanced his reputation as a Reclusive Wizard. These can range from simple Wooden creations all the way to more refined pieces set with colored Gems at the crown, but are universally Thin and lightweight.

    Personality: Yasu is pleasant and peaceful in nature, but is instilled with a ferocious drive and Focus that can rub some people the wrong way if they see the wrong side of it. Yasu's primary Passion is in his Research and Pursuit of Knowledge in the Shinigami arts, and all other pursuits take back seat to this Driving motivation.

    Yasu often sequesters himself away from the world, either closing himself in his Private Study, or just as often setting out on wandering journeys through Soul Society and even the Mortal World and beyond, taking time to himself to organize his thoughts and experiment with his Kidou. Though he is naturally very peaceful in disposition, he can be irritable if he is interrupted or called away from his research. Despite this he is always willing to help, so long as there is something in it for him. Disregarding his preference for solitude, he is often called on for Personal favors (and less often to assist his Division), but always manages to turn a Profit in some way. A few people in particular have learned what to bribe him with, and sometimes even get Return Customer discounts.

    The thing that can be counted on most reliably to distract Yasu from his work are the Female Charms. Yasu treats women like Fine Wine; they are valuable, delicate, refined, and he samples as many as he can. Yasu treats the women he works with with Respect and Dignity, but does not deny the Intoxicating effect that they can have on him, especially with increasing quantities. Females will receive unabashed preference and special attention from him, as well as being the first that he will jump to save or hesitate to put in harm's way. He is immediately attracted to the hurting and vulnerable, loving nothing more than to offer his support and comfort in time of need in any way he can. However, Yasu will never, never cross the line with any woman who is not fully willing to, and young or otherwise, he will Never take advantage of them.

    Background: Yasu started as an upstart Academy student with Big Ideas about the way things worked, and was always willing to gush said ideas on anyone who would listen... much to the chagrin of his classmates and teachers, who all knew him to be completely wrong. Since he himself has discovered that back then, yes, he was in fact Completely Wrong. But that courage to challenge the established and the Ideas that took root in those days eventually grew into the comprehension that he has now, far beyond anyone except perhaps Specialist Captains in its advancement. While Yasu is technically of a Level equal (and in some ways surpassing) established Vice-Captain level, he has refused to involve himself in Divisional Politics in any way, and refuses nearly all forms of Responsibility asked of him. This is because any such responsibility would only detract from his personal studies, which is impermissible in his mind, but whatever the reason he is technically an Unseated in his Division.

    Once, a long time ago, Yasu accepted a position in the Academy teaching Kidou Practice and Theory to students there. However, in addition to detracting from his Research time, this eventually caused too many needy young girls to Stand Too Close to Him, and while he thoroughly enjoyed it at first, could not continue in good Conscience and left.

    Yasu does enjoy explaining his findings and Theorems to those who are eager to gain more understanding in Kidou, but has long since come to understand that most people grow bored or confused with his more thorough explanations. Usually he refrains from discussion of Kidou at all, for various reasons, and when he is dragged into any level of explanation, he resorts to 'nutshell' analogies to get the basic, basic, basic point across.

    Through his travels through the Seireitei, the Mortal World, and even perhaps to Other lands that Shinigami Do Not Travel, Yasu has taken an interest in the capabilities and powers of a variety of creatures, including Quincies, Spiritually Aware humans, and even Hollows, all the way up to Arrancar (though he has not seen many of the latter in action). A few or more of his own developed abilities were designed to mimic or duplicate effects he has witnessed being used by members of these other factions.

    Kidou Master: As an Advanced member of the Gotai 13's Kidou Corps, Yasu is extremely proficient with Kidou, and uses it even more than his Zanpaktou. He believes Kidou to be much more versatile and efficient than his Zanpaktou in most respects, but also recognizes the times when his Soul Cutter is the better choice. Through his Self-training and advances in understanding, Yasu has discovered various Short-cuts and Energy-saving techniques that allow him to create a Kidou of equal strength for less energy. This, combined with a great capacity for Kidou to begin with, lets him use many, many Kidou before getting fatigued.

    Advanced Kidou Theory: This has been Yasu's primary focus for nearly the entirely of his time with the Kidou Corps. He believes that Kidou on the whole is much stronger and has much more potential than the majority of the Gotai 13 understands yet. Yasu has been developing his understanding of Kidou for many years, and the results of this understanding and Practice are wide and far-reaching.

    Complex Forms: Everything is stronger with a Name. Thus, when Yasu discovered new ways of using his ability for Kidou, he invented a new category of Demon Magic in order to Name and Number these new, Advanced Kidou. In Theory these Complex Forms could be taught to any Shinigami capable of Kidou, but many require a level of Skill and Deeper Understanding than most Shinigami can afford to devote to Kidou (at the potential sacrifice of their other duties).

    Meta-Kidou: Yasu has learned multiple ways of altering the effects of Kidou on the fly in order to adjust them appropriately to the current situation.

    Researched Arts: At their most basic, all Kidou are pre-recorded and practiced applications of a Shinigami's innate talent for Demon arts. Yasu, among other powerful practitioners of Kidou, has learned to alter the specific effects of Kidou that they use on the fly. However, this requires a good deal of concentration, and can be prone to mistakes. Yasu's Researched Arts are specific alterations of a Kidou that have been specifically researched and practiced beforehand to eliminate most of the concentration required by altering a Kidou on the fly.

    Counter-Kidou: Perhaps the most difficult and hardest to control ability at his Disposal, Counter-Kidou applies a Kidou's perfect Opposite in order to neutralize it. This may take many different forms, but is often takes an appearance appropriate to match the Kidou being neutralized.


    Shunpo Practitioner: Yasu's Shunpo is rather Average in speed and distance, but as a side-effect of his great Control in Kidou, he has a very efficient Shunpo and can execute a very high number back to back before getting tired.

    Basic Hand-to-Hand: Yasu has a very basic skill in Hand-to-Hand combat, but is very easily overwhelmed by anyone with even average skill.

    Stoneskin: In an attempt to mimic the Arrancar Hierro, Yasu has discovered an (admittedly less effective, but still quite useful) Shinigami variant that protects him from some damage. This ability is always active, but can be enhanced with concentration.


    Zanpaktou:
    Name: Teitoushu (Razor Paw)

    Sealed Form: Teitoushu takes the sealed form of a short Katana (not a Wakizashi, just a Katana with a shorter blade)
    Sealed Abilities: Teitoushu's blade resonates with the presence of Kidou in the area, so long as it is of sufficient strength. This Resonation is not strong enough to be felt while the sword is in its sheath, but manifests as a subtle vibration and ringing hum when drawn.

    Release Phrase: "Glimmer: Teitoushu!"
    Shikai: Teitoushu becomes a simple Gauntlet that covers Yasu's Right hand, and from which a series of Razor Wires are deployed and controlled. These wires are continually re-sharpened by Reatsu, and as such are always unbelievably sharp, but will not cut or harm Yasu himself in any way. This allows him to use his other, ungloved hand to control the wires as well as his Gauntleted hand. Though he only controls a certain number of the Wires at a time, there are apparently many more Wires in the Gauntlet than he controls at once, as when the preexisting wires are broken or tied down, he can easily detach them from the Gauntlet and release new ones.
    Shikai Special Abilities: Teitoushu's abilities are Primarily Martial, and so Yasu does not resort to their use often. They do, however, lend themselves to creative use with certain Kidou, and so Yasu does recognize their usefulness for the appropriate times. The careful control of Reatsu through his Shikai Gauntlet allows control and almost 'puppeteering' of the Razor wires through force of Will alone; this, combined with literal control in the form of complex and precise hand, arm, and body movements gives him Complete control of the various wires under his control.

    While the wires themselves are already so thin as to be nearly invisible to the eye, Teitoushu possesses the ability to Cloak its wires further through use of a Kidou-like ability to turn them completely Invisible. This forces the wires themselves to remain either immobile, or move very slowly in order to maintain the invisibility. While in Shikai Yasu's Shunpo is slightly enhanced for increased speed and Non-detection; the same, relatively simple Invisibility Kidou-like ability is activated automatically whenever he utilizes Shunpo, making it much more difficult to track his Steps.

    Finally, while the wires themselves are infinitely sharp, Yasu can suppress this sharpness at will in order to capture, trip, catch, lift, or otherwise use his Wires in such a way as to not cut someone or something. As mentioned, this is applied to himself automatically.

    Bankai: Not achieved.


    Furiwake Yori, Unseated, 13th Division

    Name: Furiwake Yori (振分 頼; First name meaning 'Trust')
    Affiliation: Shinigami
    Rank: Unseated, 13th Division
    Gender: Male
    Reatsu/Speech Color: Hot Orange

    Appearance: Yori looks like nothing special as far as Shinigami go; from his plain black Shihakshou to the standard-looking Zanpaktou carried plainly at his hip, there is nothing substantial to distinguish himself from other Soul Reapers of his Division, or even of other Divisions altogether. Yori does not stand out from the crowd of Unseated around him much at all. ...At first glance.

    Yori's hair is naturally Platinum blonde, so close to white that it almost looks Bleached*. Appropriately to the color, his hair is thin and feathery, so light that the softest breeze will cause it to sway, and the tiniest static charge stands it on end. His eyes are a fierce shade of blue, though they are often clouded and distracted-feeling... when he's not in combat, at least. Yori wears a simple, unornamented black choker around his neck; beyond his ordinary Shihakshou and perfectly normal-looking Zanpaktou, this completes his uncomplicated ensemble. One other thing of note, Yori likes holding his eyes closed when he is not doing anything or when waiting on someone, and even when he is active his Left eye remains closed often as not out of habit. Yori has displayed a certain level of Light Sensitivity, particularly on his Left side, that is not much explained, or even noticed by very many people. The behaviour of his left eye, particularly when opening suddenly, can denote surprise, a new seriousness and determination toward his current goal, or a variety of other emotions to people who know to look for it. This subtlety is lost on most people.

    Though Yori's outward appearance does not seem at all unusual, some intangible sense about the ordinary-seeming reaper sets him apart from others seemingly like him after only a little while of knowing him. Yori's Reatsu is fiery and hard to tame, and yet has a distinct tremor throughout it, an uneasy blend of emotion that paints his aura and makes him seem conflicted and unfocused. The reatsu itself is quite unique and easy to pick out even in a crowd or from a great distance away, due to its volatile nature.

    Personality: Yori's outward personality is a perfect fit for, and is well described by, the impression left by his Reatsu. Yori can be described as having a Fiery disposition, though this shows itself in a variety of ways. Yori doesn't smile much, but he is mostly pleasant and respectful (enough) to his superiors, and only slightly sarcastic and teasing of his equals. Once combat breaks out, his smoldering personality burns forth with extra brightness; this can be seen as an undesirable to some, but Yori's squad in the 13th sees his tendencies toward aggression and sometimes even Anger to be a Strength rather than a weakness.

    Part of Yori's frustration stems from his own strength, or rather, his own weakness. Though he is in possession of what is potentially a quite powerful Fire type Zanpaktou, and has even learned its name unlike most Unseated Shinigami, he has been completely unable to control it enough to achieve Shikai, and is therefore left wielding his Sealed Zanpaktou alone... exactly the same as any other Unseated Shinigami without a Shikai at all. Though he still appreciates the work he together with his squad can do at his current level... He is convinced that he was meant to do bigger things.

    Yori can often seem distant or divided in attention-- in fact, one could say that he is plagued by indecision, all too often caught between two options and troubled with trying to figure out which is the right one. This is partly because of his somewhat less than supportive relationship with his Zanpaktou, which can keep him from focusing on a topic, but only in part. However, despite all of his shortcomings and flaws, Yori is a struggling and at times flickering light for Good in the world. His flaws, even being as they are, have not succeeded yet at holding him back from fighting in the defense of innocence. His indecision, though chronic, is fueled by an almost overwhelming desire to make the Right choice. And his dissatisfaction with his Zanpaktou and desire for more power, though self-conflicting, is rooted in his desire to fight back the darkness with all the strength he can muster... Or more.

    Background: Yori lived for several years in the Rukongai before his talent as a Soul Reaper was discovered and he enrolled in the Shinigami Academy. Though his Reatsu level and unpolished skill level suggested that he would be a strong cantidate, when it came time to take hold of his own Zanpaktou instead of using the practice swords that all academy students use until that point, Yori fell monumentally behind the curve. From that point on, though his apparent potential did not diminish, Yori struggled with training and communing with his Zanpakou spirit. This went largely unexplained by the academy instructors; even though he, by all rights, should have taken posession of Second Release, a form given only to one Shinigami in a hundred, he graduated from the Academy as an Unseated with no shikai (though with decent proficiency in certain types of Kidou, at least).

    For the first 30 or 40 years of his life as a Shinigami Yori was assigned to the 5th Division, but his sometimes angry personality and somewhat abrasive attitude toward his superiors got him in trouble with regular frequency. Several of his classmates who scored lower than even he did on entrance exams were now 8th or 9th seat, while he himself was not Seated at all. This made it difficult for him to render proper respect to the people that he believed were weaker than he, by rights, should have been. 30 years ago Yori was transferred to the Mortal World under the 13th Division. Though the transfer came as a surprise, it was not an entirely unpleasant change, as Yori quickly found that he enjoyed working and fighting with the 13th more than the 5th had ever appealed to him. He has been stationed in and around J-city since, fighting quietly in the background, trying to understand why his Zanpaktou behaves the way it does and hoping that one day his break will come...

    Kidou User: Yori's strongest subject in the Academy, even above Melee combat, which is something that surprised him, was Kidou. Particularly in his affinity for Fire type Kidou, Yori has continued to develop and improve his Kidou since then, likely on the level of a 4th or 5th seat so far as proficiency goes, or even above that when using Fire kidou. This is mostly because he found it easier to practice and improve Kidou, which depended only on himself, than try to train as much with his Zanpaktou, which for some reason does not like cooperating...

    Average Mobility: Yori is generally on the same level or perhaps slightly above most Unseated when it comes to Hohō, or agility arts. He has not yet learned how to Shunpo, but uses Airwalk effortlessly enough.

    Swordsman: Since his Zanpaktou will not give him access to Shikai release, Yori has worked and fought using his sealed sword alone. Despite the sword's attitude toward it, Yori has reached reasonable skill with the use of a sword alone, a skill that translates across to the use of any sword, not just a Zanpaktou.

    Name: Casull

    Sealed Form: Casull's sealed form is quite standard, of nearly exactly identical shape, length, and sharpness as a normal Unseated's Zanpaktou. The hilt does have an unusual design across the Ito of the handle, patterned between red and black almost reminiscent of Flames. This pattern seems to shift very slowly over time.

    Shikai: Not granted.

    Bankai: Not achieved.

    Josiah has long dark red hair that he keeps in a ponytail to about mid-shoulder blades. His face is clean shaven. His eyes are a deep blue. His overall build is the very fit and muscular side of "average". He is about 5'11" tall, and weighs in at 165 lbs.

    When dressed "casually", he'll be wearing black or dark colored pants, with a white, light gray, or blue shade shirt. He's not a fan of the fancier styles, so he can often blend into a crowd with some success so far as his clothing goes.

    When "working", he will wear a suit of well-crafted half plate armor. This armor was custom made by smiths in the Enclave; it is lighter than most traditional alloys (approaching titanium in its weight/strength ratio), as well as being able to at least marginally resist spiritual attacks on its own. At minimum, the armor can provide the same protection from spirit entities as it can mortal enemies, even without the rune active.

    Josiah also has, inevitably, several belts and pouches on his person when in full "combat readiness", to hold his various weapons, as well as supplies he thinks he may need in the field. Including a crude "ghillie suit" that he made himself.

    Josiah is, first and foremost, a hard worker. He constantly strives to do what is required and asked of him, and often to take it an extra mile or two. He does this out of a combination of wishing to help his fellow man, and a desire to live up to his legacy. Josiah is one of the few (now the only) Americans in the Enclave at all. He and his countrymen entered service with the group in hopes of starting a branch in the United States itself. Josiah's family has something of a legacy to maintain in his efforts, stretching back to an ancestor from old Colonial times who fought back the darkness with strength of will and his own meager talents. Josiah heard many tales of this ancestor, and hopes to one day surpass him. If he gets to slay a few monsters in the process, all the better.

    Beyond this, Josiah is a very reserved, but generally personable fellow. He is quick to lend a friendly hand wherever he can, and treats everyone with respect by default. If someone does something enough to earn his disfavor, respect does not exist for that individual. He's a bit of a charmer with the ladies, but it's mostly due to his polite mannerisms.

    Josiah is his group's version of the modern battle tank. Thus, one of his primary pieces of equipment is his high-quality armor, which allows him to still match his fellows as they move across terrain on foot (aided by the fact that he is in incredible physical conditioning).

    His primary weapon is a modified Baker Rifle (pictured with sword). This rifle has been modified to have slightly smoother lines, as well as darker metal and wood (both varying shades of dark grey).

    Next up is his sword. Thought technically capable of being attached as a bayonet, Josiah never does so. When not being used, he carries it on his left hip, to be drawn across by his right hand.

    Strapped to each thigh is a blunderbuss pistol, sharing the same smoother lines and darker tones as his rifle.

    Finally, wrapped around his waist and held in a specially designed sheath is his chain whip. This particular weapon is about 4.5 feet long, not counting the handle, which adds about 10 inches. When stored, the handle rests at the small of his back.

    As well, Josiah's packs and pockets contain a couple dozen feet of rope, some basic medical supplies, simple climbing equipment, several sets of lockpicks, and a few other miscellaneous pieces of gear that he thinks he might need. He prefers "over-prepared" to "dead" any day.

    Reconcilio - The standard-issue Enclave Glyph is inscribed upon his rifle, sword, pistols, and whip.

    Munimentum: This rune engraved on Josiah's armor allows him to greatly enhance the protective value of the metal, multiplying it several times. However, he needs to actively concentrate for the full power to stay for any length of time. After an activation, a slight charge will stay in the armor due to secondary rune engravings, but it essentially only gives about twice the protectiveness of the plain metal.

    Multi Propero Arcus: This is one of three runes engraved on the rifle besides Reconcilio (only one of which will ever be active at one time). As this rifle was passed down to Josiah, he does not know the full potential of this rune, or the others. He does know that it allows him to fire small, magical bullets as if they were regular ammunition, but without the need for gunpowder or additional bullets. As well, he can fire more rapidly than normal, with no true loss of accuracy. (Eventually, it will allow true rapid fire, or a "magic missile barrage" effect from a single trigger pull.)

    Candidus Spiculum: The second of 3 runes on the rifle. Currently, as well as giving the "magic bullet" ability, this rune allows Josiah half again the range and accuracy from his shots. (Eventually, it will allow the firing of small-scale beams; ranging from Hado 3 power and size, to a beam not quite as large in area as a Hado 88, but only the power of a 40-level Hado.)

    Tantus Ignus: The final rune of the set of 3 on the rifle. Again, this rune duplicates the "magic bullet" ability. Currently, Josiah's shots do about twice the normal damage when he uses this rune. (Eventually able to fire a "grenade" type shot, which explodes with the force of around a 40-level Hado in a decent-sized radius.)

    Multi Arcus: This less powerful version of one of his rifle runes is inscribed on Josiah's pistols. It gives them a "magic bullet" supply, although Josiah is able to fire either single shots, or small spread shots (similar to a small caliber shotgun). (Eventually, it will allow a weaker version of the similar rune on the rifle; about half the rate of fire, or half the number of missiles).

    Glacialis: This coats Josiah's sword in a hazy mist. Right now, it simply grants an added freezing effect to his sword strikes (read: "cold damage"). Eventually, it might allow a few simple tricks, such as freezing bodies of water, or "cold blasts", but Josiah has not reached that level of skill and power yet.

    Aeris: This rune currently brings the edge of Josiah's whip to a razor keen state, making it even more deadly. As well, it allows the whip to move more quickly through the air. Eventually, it could allow it to move incredibly quickly, as well as firing slicing blasts of air.

    Position: Samael is a loose cannon. A high-level Adjuchas on the brink of becoming Vasto Lorde, he currently holds no allegiances with any parties in play. However, as the battle between Toho and the Shinigami world expands, he's beginning to run afoul of both parties too often for his liking. He might need to pick a side soon simply to survive, whether he wants or not.

    Reiatsu & Cero: Samael's aura is normally crimson in color, elongating any shadows around him and making them approximate Hollows he has eaten. However, when fighting his aura can become brighter red, fiery orange or even bright yellow depending on how much power he is releasing. His wings and Cero change color accordingly.

    Samael fires his cero from his left eye when in his incomplete form, or from his jaws when completed.

    Appearance:
    Samael is most often initially encountered in his incomplete form. In this form, he can be mixed with a normal Arrancar, or even a Shinigami. In this form, his head is completely exposed; he has gaunt and androgynous face, pale skin, coal black hair and the inverted black-and-white eyes if a hollow. From a distance he looks like a tall human wearing coal black plate armor adorned with bone white markings, and seems to carry a large shield on his back. He often has bandages wrapped around his ribs and abdomen, to cover cracks in his armor and the wounds left by him ripping off his lower arms. This also conceals his hollow hole, which is located roughly where his navel should be. Closer inspection reveals abnormalities in body proportions, and that the "shield" is actually pair of forewings. When threatened, Samael quickly reverts to his complete Hollow form.

    In his complete form, Samael looks like an anthropomorphized wasp or a beetle. He has two pairs of arms, with the lower pair terminating in long, scythe-like claws. Under his forewings he sports two pairs of wings of living flame; when fully spread, they have span of ten metres, and look fairly impressive. His mask is more like a helmet and covers his head completely. It is oval shaped, with two pairs of shining black crystalline eyes at the sides, one pair of antennas at the top and two pairs of jagged jaws at the front. His mask is predominantly white with black markings.

    Zanpakto: Samael's soul-cutter sword looks like a standard katana in bad shape: its blade is battered and dull and there are speckless of rust along the lenght of the blade. He does not know its name and it does not have any powers beside apparent indestructibility as far as he is aware. While the sword is of moderate use to his incomplete form, Samael usually sets it aside when he returns to his compelte form.

    Samael acquired this sword right after becoming an Adjuchas. A young, female Shinigami underestimated what she was fighting against, and was brutally slain by irate Samael. Much to his surprise, the girl's sword remained behind, and he has ever since carried it as a memento. Despite its limited usefulness, Samael can go trough unusual trouble to keep the sword with him or to recover it if lost.

    Personality: For a hollow, Samael is rather nonaggressive. He spends a lot of his time under the eternally black sky of Hueco Muendo, minding his own business and drawing abstract desings on the endless white sands. He tries to avoid Shinigami and other high-level Hollows, untill his hunger becomes unbearable and he descends to the Forest of Menos to feast on other Hollows like a swarm of locusts.

    Samael is a natural Arrancar, and a rather expectional one at that. He routinely rips off his mask and lower arms not because he hopes to be more powerful, but because he does not like looking scary. This self-mutilation is the reason for his incomplete form. Lacking the ability to seal his powers, he needs to consciously suppress his regenerative powers; when threatened, he quickly reverts to his hollow form. He envies the Espada, but has nothing but contempt for Toho and thus is very unwilling to join them.

    Powers & abilities: Samael is a very powerful hollow: his strength and endurance are only a bit short of Espada level, and he can easily match them in speed. His tough carapace does well at simulating Hierro, and while he lacks any true releases, he's still capable of using several useful powers and techniques.

    Reaping Claws:
    The claws at the end of Samael's lower arms are wickedly sharp and can pierce trough steel. He can also channel rapidly moving spirtual energy to the edges so they tear away matter like chainsaws.

    Forewing Block:
    Samael can grab his forewings with his upper hands and use them as shields. These wings are the toughest part of his body, easily equalling and perhaps exceeding Espada level Hierro. Too bad for Samael his whole body isn't as hard.

    Wings of Flame: As mentioned, in addition to his forewings Samael has two pairs of insectoid wings apparently made from fire. While unwieldy in small spaces, they give him unsurpassed flight speed at the cost of maneuverability. Searing heat they emanate also make any potential back-stabbers think twice. If need be, Samael can fold his wings under his forewings to save space.

    Instant Regeneration: When in Hueco Muendo, Samael's body can absorb parts of his surroundings to repair damage. Lost limbs, wings and cracks in armor can be easily fixed; only more extensive injuries caused to his head or internal organs are unaffected by this ability. Samael can consciously suppress this ability to appear more vulnerable than he is, or to remain in his incomplete form.

    Wake of Destruction:
    Samael's use of sonido is a bit unpolished, and when he uses it, intense bursts of energy he releases tear asunder the ground below him. In addition, the movement and heat caused by his wings blows up dust and shrapnels of rock. Samael sometimes utilizes this by running circles around his enemies, causing a storm of sand and heated air to surround them. He uses this as a distraction to escape or use more powerful techniques.

    Cero Infernal:
    In his complete form, Samael can imbue his Ceros with searing heat. This makes them harder to block and can cause things to catch fire.

    Personality:
    Samael is rather non-aggressive, preferring flight over fight. Before joining Tirano, he spend a lot of time just minding his own business, drawing abstract designs on the sands under the eternal night sky. While reserved about himself, he has a penchant for curiosity what comes to others.

    Samael's main motivation for joining Tirano and completing his hybridization was his deep resentment towards his own hollow form. While not trusting others of the group completely, he shares their contempt for Toho and the Espada.

    Zanpakuto:
    Samael's Zanpakuto looks like a standard steel katana. He acquired this sword right after becoming an Adjuchas.     Samael's is extremely strong, fast and skilled combatant. His hierro leaves much to be desired, though; it’s focused to protecting his head and torso, leaving his limbs vulnerable to most attacks. Samael is incapable of using bala.

    Resurreccion:
    In his released form, Samael’s fiery reiatsu coalesces into four insectoid wings of living flame, initially folded under two obsidian black, shield-like forewings. His mask fragment expands and regrows into a pair of antenna while his eyes become covered with dark, crystalline lenses. He grows another pair of arms under pre-existing ones, terminating in long, scythe-like blades. Finally, his skin turns pitch-black, with the exception of two white eye-like markings on his cheeks.

    Reaping Claws: The claws at the end of Samael's lower arms are wickedly sharp and can pierce trough steel. He can also channel rapidly moving spiritual energy to the edges so they tear away matter like chainsaws.

The wings have a rather impressive span of 35 feet; as they’re unwieldy in closed spaces, Samael can fold them under his forewings to save space.

    Cero Conjunto: After a short buildup, Samael can spit a contiuous cero from his mouth – he can keep firing it for several seconds. He can combine this ability with Cero Infernal to burn trough his opponents’ defenses like a blowtorch.

    Star Kindler:
    By collapsing reishi into tiny dots, Samael can create 'stars', small white-hot orbs of spiritual energy. After creation stars are self-sufficient and will float in place unless Samael concentrates to move them around. They are very hot, capable of burning trough strongest of defenses on prolonged contact (several seconds). They also cause spatial distortion in great amounts.

    Stars can be used in few different ways. First, they can be used as a variation of bala. Second, they can be used to alter trajectory of moving objects. For example, Cero fired trough a cluster of stars might split into several smaller rays, and a long chain of stars could cause a ranged attack to arch or change direction without losing momentum.

    Thirdly, this ability can be extended to create a field of sundered space - moving away from the center might mean going towards it, and going towards the center might mean moving sideways; it might help to think these areas as labyrinths with invisible walls. These fields often look bizarre when viewed from the outside. Samael always creates these fields with a pattern in mind, so that he can move around freely in them. If outside forces destabilize a field, he might need to dissolve it to get out.

    Finally, Samael can gather smaller stars to form a miniature sun. It's wise not to get too close.

    Appearance: A springy but well-built male with gaunt and androgynous features and short hair. His irises consist of yellow and orange whirls spiraling towards the pupils. He's dressed in a garb consisting of a crimson Shihakusho with a badge marking him as a substitute shinigami. A black holster hangs from his sash, holding his zanpakuto.

    In his true form, Samael looks like an anthropomorhic wasp made of living flames, with patterns made of black smoke flowing over his body. These pattern resemble a multitude of never-blinking, leering eyes. Other infernals can see this form flickering behind his human guise.

    History: previously an Adjuchas slowly growing in power, Samael briefly joined forces to help Tirano assault Las Noches. However, after running afoul of the Ghost King after his partially succesful arrancarization, he could not overcome his sense of futility over the attempt, and after helping Tirano inside, tried to flee Las Noches. Noriko and Leonardo took notice of him, and Sebastian had to sacrifice himself so Samael could fight them on even terms. Still, while managed to injure and shake off his pursuers, the end of the combat saw Samael mortally wounded. He used the last of his strenght to travel to the Mortal Realm, where he fulfilled his decision to be slain by a Shinigami by surrendering to Honda Mamoru. His soul was sent to Hell, while his wrongly-gained sword was left into the hand of his executioner.

    In Hell, Tuoni, the head of Justiciars, took notice of the purified Arrancar, and seeing how much they could help in his redemption, helped Samael to retain his memories from his time as a hollow. When Orcos Magellan was nearly destroyed in an ambush against stray Hollows, Tuoni decided to send Samael as reinforcement to help alleviate the threat posed by Toho Tohon.

    Personality: Above anything else, Samael would like to forget about conflicts and withdraw from violence to paint and mind his own business. However, Tuoni's offer to let him repay for the sins of his mortal life has awakened his old sense of duty and order, and for the salvation of others as well as himself has made him willing to set aside his dislike of law, take up his old mantle and fight on the side of Seireitei.

    Zanpakuto: Lumen

    A small dagger, alike to those normally used to open letters. With a sharp flick of his wrist, Samael can extend the blade to the lenght of a short sword.

    Similar to before, minus Garganta and Pesquisa, the latter replaced by Infernal ability to sense negative emotions.

    To people of Seireitei, Orcos looks like a stoutly build male, roughly 6 feet tall. He has bronze skin, light brown hair and purple eyes. His face is angular and stuck with irate expression of someone with a cronic headache. White, spiralling tattoos surround his eyes, and similar designs can be found everywhere on his body. He wears an uniform similar to those of Shinigami, complete with a substitute shinigami badge, but it's crimson rather than black. Also, Orcos doesn't quite get japanese footwear and uses a pair of military marching boots made of black leather.

    This form is not Orcos's real body, it's a receptaple for his demonic energy, allowing him to interact with other planes of afterlife like a gigai allows shinigami to walk in world of mortals. Orcos's true form is a hulking, ogre-like figure clad in steel armorplates. While he has a head, covered by an iron helmet of draconic desing, he also has a face on his chest. This lower face is covered by a dark blue mask fashioned after a man shouting in rage - its wide open mouth is blocked by a large, black pearl. Denizens of hell always see outlines of this form around Orcos's fake body, and his reiatsu sometimes causes mists of Rautapilvi to approximate it as well.

    In his mortal life, Orcos was, by his own words, 'effin' nuts'. He loved nothing more than battle and wanton destruction, and while such practices are common amongst martially bent spiritual beings, such behaviour as a human ensures one's 'final resting place' to be none other than hell. Initially, so-called eternal torment wasn't too bad for Orcos, because it gave good oppurtunity to revel in his favorite hobbies. Unfortunately, arch-fiends decided no-one should be enjoying their divine punishment quite so much, and decided Orcos'd be better punished if he was restrained. And restrain him they did, in a rather devious manner: they offered him a job. Again, initially, Orcos found working as Oni satisfying, but as he strong-armed himself to an ever higher position, more and more duties and responsibilities befell upon him. It didn't take long for Orcos to realize that he was so bogged down in infernal paperwork that he no longer had time for the joyful practice of hitting things.

    While a bloodthirsty madman trough and trough, Orcos isn't really stupid - his lack of thought is more a result of impulsiviness and intellectual laziness than simple mindlessnes. After earning the 'favor' of his superiors, he's had a lot of time for introspection - way more than he would've liked. Thus, when he was offered a new job as a 'hired sword' for the Shinigami, he was quite eager to accept. Thus he became the first, and so far only, working member of Justiciars, a fledgling group formed to further infernal goals outside of hell.


    Zanpakuto: Rautapilvi (Iron Cloud)

    When inactive, Rautapilvi has the shape of a foot long, dark green wooden handle with stamps at the both ends. White mist lingers around it, ready to assume solid form at its master's command. Orcos can shape the mist into an iron bow, axe, mace or longsword. These weapons last for only a few blows or parries, before turning back to mist - there's a short but distinct pause before it can take another form.

    The stamps at the ends of the handle are used by Orcos to perform his version of soul burial: one is red and contains an arcane rune meaning both 'guilty' and 'denied', while the other is blue and has a rune meaning 'innocent' and 'approved'. If Orcos stamps the red rune on sinful plus or mortal, the gates of hell will momentarily appear to swallow that being. The blue rune, on the other hand, only makes the being easier for shinigami to track - Orcos doesn't have the power to send souls to Seireitei. The stamps can also be used to enforce contracts; Orcos remembers all orders, forms and requests that have his seal on them, and instinctively knows if their terms are being violated. While theoretically useful, in hell this just served to give him a horrible migraine, as his job was to fill dozens afters dozens of bureaucratic papers that were only going to be neglected by the chaotic residents of the underworld.

    Demonic Manifestation: When measured in raw power, Orcos is roughly equivalent to a 3th seat officer. While his fake body is very tough and strong, he can only use his most basic abilities while in it, namely soul burial, infernal sense and altering Rautapilvi's shape. He can't display his demonic form whenever he wants to: he needs permission to do so from 4th seat officer or higher. When allowed, Orcos's reiatsu will flow out of the construct and coalesce into his true form. While not always apparent, the construct remains behind, now a lifeless lump - Orcos is just quick to 'dispose' it to a 'safe place'. The construct is really a summoning device, and Orcos's link to hell - if it is destroyed, Orcos's ability to interact physically quickly fades, and he becomes a ghost among ghosts.

    Infernal Sense: Orcos senses negative emotions within 10 miles range and can use them to track sinful beings. His accuracy with this ability is haphazard and he can't perfectly pinpoint souls who aren't very close or are obscured by a crowd.

    Unholy Resilience: in his true form, Orcos has potent hierro, and he can ignore injury that'd be lethal to most other beings. Hole trough the heart is nothing, severed limbs are a momentary setback if he can just get them back, and if his head (the one that is where it should be) is blown off, his body will keep on flailing without it. Orcos can only heal injuries in hell or while resting in his construct body, though, so it is possible to incapacitate him. His construct body will also feel all the pain he can ignore in his demonic form.

    Hellfire: Orcos's right hand can channel searing heat to Rautapilvi: this can be used to either suffocate his opponent with heated mist or to set aflame weapons shaped from the zanpakuto. If his opponent's mind is filled with guilt or self-loathing, the flames will burn brighter and can completely consume foes who can't shake the feelings away - they don't stick on more focused enemies, tough.

    Dark Siphon: Orcos's left hand has the power to deflect and absorb spiritual attacks, such as kido and cero. Weak attacks only bolster the demon's strenght, and stronger ones have their power reduced. If Orcos is already familiar with the type of attack, he can even rebound part of it back towards the original user.

    Fiendish Patron: Orcos is followod by a huge and particularly grotesque hellmoth - it's his connection to his supervisor and the founder of Justiciars, an arch-fiend known to him as Tuoni. The devil is largely absent, being busy with more important schemes, but occasionally reminds he's there and watches that Orcos doesn't infringe the conditions of his pact.

    Unveiling: "Choke and imprison, Rautapilvi!"

    When Orcos learned he would embark to other planes of afterlife and that his superior would grant him an unveiling, his black heart jumped from joy. He then bellowed from rage and cursed for three days straight when he was handed the thick legal document detailing when, where and for whom he could use his powers. To use his unveiling, Orcos needs a direct order from a vice captain or higher - the final abilty has even stricter rules, requiring an order from eiher the leader of Kido Corps or the general commander himself. This is because his transformation taxes not only his own strength, but also the power of his patron, and full unveiling might sever the link he has to other planes and banish him back to hell.

    When Orcos unleashes his zanpakuto, he grows a pair of large metallic wings. If one looks carefully, he will notice that the wings consist of myriad armored hands that branch from each other. These odd wings can be used for flight, for protection or to grapple enemies; each hand is strong enough to crush stone. White mist also begins pouring from both of Orcos's mouths, obscuring his form and increasing his ability to shape weapons.

    Fence of Iron: Orcos can solidify the lingering mists to five iron monoliths, creating a large ring around himself. Anyone unfortunate enough to be where the great pillars appear will be enacesed in iron and likely unable to move. The pillars crackle and burn with energy as they absorb power from their surroundings, making passing between them a chore - this affects Orcos himself, too. Strong opponents will be momentarily fatigued after entering, and weaker beings might be repelled alltogether. Attacking the area within the pillars with kido or cero is very hard, unless the attack is truly devastatating, because spiritual attacks are drawn to the pillars and dissipated harmlessly. It's just as hard for attacks to get out of the ring - excess energy is directed to the centre, where Orcos can absorb it to empower himself.

    Tools of destruction: Orcos can effortlessly tear chunks from the pillars and shape them to form of any weapon he's ever seen. These armaments last as long as the pillars stand.

    Living mountain: The most powerful abiliity of his unveiling, it grows Orcos so large he can pick up invidual pillars of his fence and wield them as weapons. In this form, he is roughly equal to a vice-captain, and each movement of his massive bulk causes strong winds to blow around. His body elongates and adopts more draconic features, and his roars become strong enough to shake the earth itself. In this form he suffers from being a large target, but can also engage many opponents at once.

    Justiciars are a faction of Infernals founded by and molded in the vision of Tuoni, a high-ranking Infernal and possible Arch-Fiend. The old devil seeks to establish law and order in Hell according to his views, a goal that'd be much easier to achieve were it not for all other arch-fiends trying to shape the underwold according to *their* views. Nonetheless, the fiend is one of the things keeping Hell running and serving its intended purpose.

    Tuoni has, in its own twisted way, a strong sense of justice and is offended because sins committed in afterlife, no matter how grave, don't result in proper punishment to the transgressors. He founded Justiciars to extend his reach to targets normally outside Hell's jurisdiction, and to this end has sent an offer for help to Gotei 13. Unfortunately for the Shinigami, the devil's attention is constantly diverted by the constant power struggle that Hell is, and so far has only one of his personal enforcers, Orcos H. Magellan to spare.

    While a captain, Orcos has no underlings capable of working outside of hell. Tuoni has established a direct link to his servant, but the old devil himself is largely absent - most of time, Orcos receives his orders trough a convoluted chain of command consisting of multitude of other Infernals, and numerous intermediates often meddle with the original commands, twisting and complicting them to further their own goals.

    Note: There are many other factions in Hell, Justiciars and their patron only hold a portion of it. For obvious reasons, the arch-fiend(s) will remain as NPCs and never personally appear outside of hell.

    Appearance: Higure is a tall, thin man with almost gaunt features. His square, silver-rimmed glasses obscure his dark blue eyes, causing his pupil and iris to almost blend in with each other. His dark hair is almost shoulder length, and pulled away from his face. at a glance, he appears to be frowning, but almost never is.

    In the way of clothing, Higure always wears his aforementioned glasses, dark pants or slacks, nice shoes, a short sleeved dress shirt of some pleasing pattern using purple, and a dark colored vest. Over this he has a long, grey coat, not quite a trenchcoat. Untaidake sits under his left arm, upside down. The sword hangs loosely, easy to draw with his right hand.

    Personality: Higure is a calm man, easy to imagine in a lab coat inventing a cure for cancer or the newest chemical weapon. A chemistry major with a taste for DnD, he's not one to doubt any sort of outlandish explanation or request. He's joking around his friends, and always good for a conversation. Currently a consultant working for Daiichi Pharmaceutical, he gets a lot of free time, and will wander the streets looking for interesting things. He likes swords and knifes, and owns several of each. Of course he's always carrying one. Higure also likes computers and reading.

    Zanpakuto: Untaidake
    Untaidake was inherited from his grandfather, along with a note. The note said that the sword was called Untaidake, and was passed down from his grandfather before him. The beautifully crafted wakizashi is very sharp for looking so ceremonial.

    Untaidake takes the spiritual form of a green Coatl* with yellow eyes.

    Abilities: Higure has found that Untaidake can cut through almost anything, and that he seems to move faster while holding Untaidake. While Untaidake is short, Higure is fast, and doesn't need Untaidake to kill someone. He's not strong, but is a master of hand to hand combat. In addition to English and Japanese, he speaks some Russian.

    *:a coatl is a type of winged, feathered serpent in DnD. The best picture I can find is this.

    Appearance: Felix is tall with a relatively thin build. A short mess of dirty-blond hair sits atop his head, sometimes covering his young face in shadows, which give him a rather intimidating appearance, despite his age. His eyes, while a dull gray in color, seem very dark and disturbed to anyone looking into them, adding to his troubled visage.

    Felix usually wears simple clothing, mostly as he tries to avoid unwanted attention... For his time period, that is. He is most often seen wearing simple white shirts and dark pants without any kind of specific style (for the mid-1800s, mind you). However, he wears a large cuirass of leather armor over his torso and finger-less leather gloves, which he tucks the sleeves of his baggy shirt into. He also is usually seen wearing a thin belt, to which he attached the holster for the pistol he took from his late mentor Gabriel. Most of the time, he keeps his rapier sheathed at his side as well as any other items or equipment he may need tucked into pouches on his belt.

    Personality: Felix is young and inexperienced. Although he is a brave individual, who will do whatever necessary to fend off evil, when placed in a position of leadership, he struggles with his own self. While he has proven to have the skills, he lacks the belief in himself to properly lead. This conflict, which can almost be seen raging just beneath the surface of his eyes, is what drives Felix to search for his place in the world.

    Glyphs:
    Reconcilio - The standard-issue Enclave Glyph is inscribed upon his rapier and his pistol.

    Eximius - The pistol Felix wields (which he took from Gabriel) is inscribed with a Glyph that allows him to fire small, magical bullets as if they were regular ammunition, but without the need for gunpowder or additional bullets. They glyph has other abilities as well, such as being able to fire bolts of black lightning, but Felix is still inexperienced in its use, so he does not yet know how to use it to its full potential.

    Luminatio - Felix's rapier is also inscribed with a Glyph that imbues the blade with a white glow, allowing it to cut through solid objects more easily. He can also cause the blade to flash with a bright light, which he can then use as a distraction. When he concentrates, he can also fire large orbs of light that will follow their target for a short time and explode on impact. However, the orbs are slow moving and can be dodged fairly easily.

    Velox - Rather than imbue his leather armor with additional strength, Felix chose the route of agility. The Glyph he inscribed into his cuirass allows him to move considerably faster than normal, though he must concentrate to keep it active for long periods of time.

    Appearance:
    Late teens to early twenties, short (almost a crew-cut) dark brown hair with hints of red, with what appears to be a permanent case of five o’clock shadow, tall (6’1/6’2) with a build best described as bulky. Wears the standard shinigami robes but with two hand-forged iron plates over his chest and back held together by leather straps with a hand bar going across the length of the front plate.

    Personality:
    Is religious (Catholic) which is almost unheard of in Soul Society. Due to an unknown
    Incident (possibly involving the Fae) was trapped in Britain for the past 40 years, leading an almost one man war against the hollows ever since. He’s just recently returned to Soul Society. In that time he has had little to no contact with Soul Society, and has gone more than a little native. Does not like the way the Central 46 goes about doings things, but usually stays quiet about it. That said, he enjoys being a Shinigami, or as he puts it “Fighting the good Fight!” He likes to do things the hard way, often letting paper pile up and doing it all at the last minute. He can be very stubborn when he wants to be. Is something of a gentle giant at times. He is also Genre Savvy enough to know that the world is run by the rules and tropes found in Shonen manga.

    Powers:
    To say he is brutal in close quarters is like saying a vizard masks gives you a power boost. When he fights bones aren’t broken, they’re shattered; limbs aren’t cut, their ripped; his opponents aren’t stabbed, but gutted like fish. His entire fighting style revolves around getting close, and then just start wailing on the poor SoB. To that end he is EXTREMELY durable, able to take ludicrous amount damage before even slowing down. In other words, HE. JUST. KEEPS. COMING. His nick-name, ‘The Tank,’ is well earned. While his mundane combat skills and talents are impressive, his ability with the more sophisticated abilities leaves much to be desired. His skill with shunpo requires a great deal of polish , and the less spoken of his abilities in kido, the better.

    Zanpakutou: Bonus
    Sealed: A five foot long, European, two handed long sword; usually worn vertically on the back.
    Shikai: Tribuo haud vicus, Bonus! (Give no quarter, Bonus!)
    They say that one’s Zanpakutou is a reflection of the soul, this was never more true then when speaking of Peter Kamiya and Bonus. It complements his strengths (i.e. the ripping, the tearing, and the gutting) while compensating for his greatest weaknesses (i.e. his terrible, terrible kido skills). It does this by working in two modes. The first mode takes the form of two elbow-length gauntlets. In this mode he can use his Shikai to absorb, block, and/or disrupt forms of directed energy. This makes most kido and cero useless, though to be blocked the spell or attack actually must touch the gauntlet for the ability to work. Prolonged use of this ability can make the second mode useless. In the second mode the hand is replaced by a sword seemingly made from partially molten metal. How true this appearance is depends on how much energy the first mode has dealt with.

    Mindscape: a white weightless void. Spirit takes the form of a giant silver back gorilla. He generally communicates through memories and emotions, with the occasional grunt or slap on the head to get a point across.

    Things to note:
    Has accidentally seen all of his commanding offers (including Captain Cecilia and ex-captain Shirubaru Reishiro) naked at least once... with one exception. In that case, he was intentionally flashed by his former CO just following his promotion.
    Shares a P.O. box with the 4th Division somewhere in Midwestern U.S. … Noone knows why.
    Has an odd fondness for mortal music from the last 100 years or so… he has the biggest music collection in all of Soul Society, as well as the best entertainment system.
    Sees Soul Society as a Purgatory and not the true Heaven.
    His Zanpaktou release is in Latin, not Japanese
    Was found by Shinigami praying in a small Catholic church in Okayama…
    He returns there whenever he has time to spare in the Mortal world.
    Carries a small hand-written bible and wears a medallion of Saint Michael at all times…each have saved his life twice.
    Can get very twitchy if the Fae are mentioned.
