It's Hypnotoad, a character from Futurama. He's a toad, with hypnotic eyes. His show (Everyone Loves Hypnotoad) is one of the highest rated in the Futurama universe.
And it's a collar, not a necklace. He was first introduced at a pet contest.

I think the poster should be like Tiff's awesome poster. It is about the ABRers, not the plots. Which I like.

Haven't made it yet (and I got 25 minutes before I has to sleep so maybe tomorrow I'll make it) and I'll only use her if another of my characters should die.

@Keris: I said WILL BE she won't join yet and I haven't made a name yet (I need a translater or something for that)

Josh Curshaw, 16, Human
Josh is an orphan who has been looked after by UNA for most of his life. His parents were big supporters of the resistance and when he was 5 they were murdered by UNA for looking after a high-ranking member of the resistance. Josh was oblivious to his parents working with the resistance and when he was told the resistance killed his parents he didn't think otherwise. When he turned 16 he was immediately accepted as a trainee peacekeeper and is currently half way through his training with Nicky.
