Because it does genuinely bother people, myself included. I expect people to take a minute to check over their posts to see if they made any mistakes. I find it annoying to have to decipher what people mean if they are using improper grammar.

My problem is that it's hard enough to understand English normally, when you spell words wrong it annoys me both because of the disrespect of the language, because I need to concentrate more to understand it and because it gives me a headache if too bad. When using stuff like "n00b" and "lol" it is even worse and I can't take you serious. But no hard feelings, okay? (if I got the meaning of that wrong then I mean "don't be mad, please")

I was speaking of humans (and elves, Dwarves, gnomes and so on) not creatures obviously not human (Kobolds aren't even mammals)
