Dani manages a little smile at Susan. This is Susan, she confirms to Sam. Susan, this is Sammie, my fiance. She looks up giving Sam a very loving look...

Lex hurt me, she says quietly, before hugging Sam tightly again.

"A Pixie called Lex yelled at her when she asked her for a cake." Whispers Susan. She extends a hand to Sam.

Sam ushers the deadtiming Dani into her room, then turns around and shakes Susan's hand, a determined scowl appearing on her face. Lex? Where the hell is she?

"Infirmary." Says Susan. "But she's deadtimed right now."

Sam draws her Glock, checks the magazine and the chamber, holsters it again, and walks that way angrily.

Bah. Bad luck. Can't seem to find them. Oh well. Reinholdt returns to his room. It was a comforting place. No security cameras meant no Magtok constantly spying on him. And the last thing he needed was the thought of being watched while he mentally prepared himself for tomorrow.

Issi the imp looks confusedly between Darkcomet and Corwin. "I not knowing what I should do. Lady Dekaros asking me to deliver message and bring back message if any. She not saying what I should do if there may be message but may not be message."

Susan follows Sam, hand to her waist.

Issi the imp looks confusedly between Darkcomet and Corwin. "I not knowing what I should do. Lady Dekaros asking me to deliver message and bring back message if any. She not saying what I should do if there may be message but may not be message."

DC has reverted to silence again.

When Sam and Susan enter the infirmary, they will not find Lex there.

But they may smell something burning.

A haggard looking KR is shepherded into the Infirmary by an exasperated med-drone. She has multiple cuts and bruises 'n' stuff, but looks pretty much unharmed.
Exasperated Request: Please, lady, go and get checked up. Preliminary scans indicate that you have multiple rib fractures, a punctured lung, and your spleen seems to have several pieces of glass embedded in it.
"Don't tell me what injuries I've got you inferior piece of junk! Your scanners couldn't tell the difference between a Higgs-Boson particle and an electron!"
Exasperated Statement: I am a med-drone, not a molecular physicist!
Order: You will get onto the bed, or we will have to use force. This is for your own safety.

KR sits on the bed, letting another med-drone stick a needle into her arm.

Marley, after making flatjacks for himself, and after eating them, decides to head to the infirmary to see who exactly got hurt.

Sam looks around and tries to find what's burning.


Tobias, still in his infirmary room/cell, is playing with a large pile of homemade explosives taken out of a pouch.

Susan will head towards the source of the burning with a "This way" To Sam.

Undeadtime senses! Tingling!

DC starts floating at a pace more like flying as he darts to the infirmary...

There is smoke billowing out from under one of the doors.

If anyone tries to enter it, they find the door locked.

Meanwhile, the med-drones give KR a more extensive scan, and find... nothing. Mostly surface wounds. Some internal bleeding. No fractures, no punctured lung, and no bits of glass in her spleen.

"Med-drone. Right."
Embarrassed Statement: What did you expect? I'm not a PC you know.
Another med-drone whaps it about the... head.

KR looks up to see DC flying in.
"Hello."

Sam draws her gun, gestures for Susan to get out of the way, and tries to kick in the door.

See, if she was a Firefighter, or knew anything about that profession, she wouldn't do something that suicidal; if there was a real major fire behind the door, the sudden influx of oxygen would cause a blowback. Which would hurt.

Corwin follows Darkcomet, and the confused imp does so as well.

Happy the player asks Lex the player to verify which infirmary room is on fire:

1. The room where Vidalia, Vlad, and Corentin are deadtimed
2. The room where Tobias and Sneaky-Drone are
3. The room where KR is
4. The room where Capoli is.
5. An empty room
6. Some other room.

Marley notices the smoke, and gets a fire extinguisher, and aims it at the door.

KR will probably notice that DC's legs are currently splinted and bandaged and stuff. Hence the floating.

He stops rather abruptly to avoid crashing.

Aaaaaand he falls backwards and lands with a *thud*. Probably because he really shouldn't be up and needing to see if KR was alright (which she appears to be, mostly) was pretty much the only reason he was up.

And yes, he was completely oblivious to the burning. DC's not exactly sane when he's concerned about KR.

When Sam kicks the door down, she's looking face to face with two angry looking Flaming Dobermans. The room inside is on fire, and luckily isn't spreading, yet.

The room(s) on either side have started suppressing the heat that is coming through to them, but that rooms fire suppression system isn't working.

((I'd say room 8, btw. Second closest to the bottom, unless occupied.))

Hesitating slightly, Sam tries to doubletap both Dobermans in the head before they jump at her, targeting the one on her right first with two aimed shots, then turning to line up on the other.

[Infirmary room that is not on fire]

Corwin tries to pick up Darkcomet and put him on a bed for medical treatment. That being done he turns to KR. Meanwhile, Issi the tiny imp is looking even more confused. "Does this be meaning he will not send a message to Lady Dekaros?"

Susan's there! She gets down on her haunches and tries to speak canine, namely:
