"That was a waste of time." Says Susan. "Screw it, I'll track her." She says. She starts to try and find Lex's scent. If it isn't in that room she'll keep wandering about the infirmary till she finds it, then she'll follow it.

Reinholdt shifts into cat form. It's been too long since last he explored the vents. He used to love traversing them back before the first attempt by Cal. It'd be a fun nostalgia trip. Into the vents he goes! Fortunately his room was rather away from the damage from the explosion.

Susan will basically follow Sam to the security room.

"How did you know she'd come here?" Susan asks Sam when she catches up.

Honestly I was going to seal the base and then track her down. Sam switches guns and reloads the semiauto. She in there?

"Unless she can teleport, then yeah." Says Susan. Wait she can teleport, can't she?

Tia is worked on by the drones. Luckily, she has no internal bleeding. Just a few bruised ribs and a broken front leg. Well, and a bunch of superficial wounds that will heal soon enough.

It certainly smells like Lex is in there.

Vidalia would go to Tia, but she doesn't realize Tia is there.

Gun at the ready, Sam opens the door and steps inside, reflexively shooting anything that looks like a threat.
Unless the door is locked or trapped or something of that nature, of course.

Corwin returns to his room.

Despite telling Jedwiga she would go to the Taverna, Chelonie does not emerge from her own room.

The door opens easily.

Inside, Sam will find all of the security boards, switches, essentially destroyed. She's pulled all the wires, fried all the circuits. Busted all the screens.

And floating there, just waiting for them is Lex. You should never have voted for Czernov. This was my home!!! Mine!! He took it away from me!!! She screams the last part.

Susan, leave the room. Now. Sam keeps her gun pointed at Lex while speaking in a soothing tone. Lex, I understand you completely. I know I would hate it if somebody tried to take my home away from me. I think you should calm down and talk to me about it...

Susan backs slowly out of the room, arms up peacefully. One shows serious burn wounds.

Talk to you? You're part of the problem. You and that hussy girlfriend of yours. And then Judy, Mint, Vidalia, Irene, Misaki, Quinn, Alexis, Susan, Tia, and there's more I've probably missed. Lex glares at Sam.

Susan continues backing out, and when she reaches the doorway she swings herself around it and out of the room.

Lex, I would really like to talk to you. Honest. I want to work things out, so we can all live together peacefully. Do you want that to happen? Sam forces herself to relax, falling into the familiar setting of armed negotiations.

Tia remains under the drones care for a while. Pretty soon she becomes restless and nudges it away. She is feeling good enough to find out what happened. With a bit of effort she manages to hop over to the counter and paws at the sink until the hot water turns on. She douses herself and shifts back to human. With a yelp she slides off the counter and cradles her arm. The drone moves over and starts to mend it for her. And then Tia sees Vidalia. She gasps and hurries over to her. Vidalia?

I... I.. wanna be happy? Lex says pitifully.

There is an aura of fire around her still. I forgot to mention that.

Vlad's in that room as well! He turns his head slightly towards Tia. He can't do much more cause he's in a full body cast.

Sam lowers her gun slowly. It's okay Lex... I bet you've been going through a lot lately, and if you just talk to me about it, I'm sure things will get better...

Tia is... unclothed at the moment. She stands next to Vadalia and covers her mouth with her hand. The drone beeps with annoyance and gets to work on her broken arm again. Vidalia... Are... Are you... What happened?

I can't. He'll.... I have to go. Don't go out front, or you might get hurt.

And tell Dani I'm sorry. *POP!* Lex disappears.

Sam swears loudly and reholsters her gun before getting some drones to fix up the security room.
Using Prometheus Securities equipment for all the monitors and computers.

Susan walks back into the security room.
"So she can teleport. I'll keep that in mind." Says Susan. "So, to the front?" She asks.

Tia leans down close and speak up. What happened Vidalia? Who did this?

No, she seemed sincere. Odds are that whatever is out front is dangerous... Sam walks to the infirmary, gasping in pain as the adrenaline wears off and she realizes her arm is spurting blood. I fear Lex is mixed up in something... gravely bad.

"Okay then. I should probably get this arm fixed up." Says Susan. She walks to the infirmary with Sam then gets a drone to bring her a negative energy potion.

Someone.... someone accidently blew up the armory, from what I've, um, heard.

I think the blast hurt my hearing, and I... I'm not entirely sure why I'm blind.

Are you injured? Vidalia reaches out to touch Tia.

Reinholdt crawls out of the vents and back into his room. Well that was refreshing. He goes to head out of GLoG and check on the Apoca-Con real quick before he decides to turn in for the night at the Citadel.

Sam struggles with her own arm for awhile, then gives up, going into her brother's infirmary cell to get him to help it out, somewhat.
