Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Since Carcharadon has tired himself out and is now napping, I think it's time for some Rojak action.
EDIT: And yes, Draken, Carcharadon's snores are mighty. It's like what you'd get if you mixed whalesong with Chewbacca.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Hey, Draken, are we going ahead with having the Kido Corps as the official arc antagonist for Masato once things get there? I'm going to try and get his plotline moving as much as I can pretty soon, so I just want to make sure. If we are going to do it, then we should come up with some ideas of how to start it all off.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Cacharadon uses Rest!
Carcharadon is fast asleep!
Carcharadon uses Snore!
---
And I am all up for the plotline. We just really have to setup a plan Zarah.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Added links to the side bar on the wiki. Now it links to Vizards and Other Characters as well.
BTW, don't be afraid to add pages if you find it necessary, really.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Currently editing Satoshi's page.
Also, I changed the note in Yen's page to show he was Vice-Captain of the 2nd, not Captain.
Edit: Done with Satoshi's page. Tweaked some wording and formatting from the Character Registry thread. Let me know if you see any formatting errors, or feel free to fix them yourselves.
If you have suggestions on making the formatting prettier, by all means let me know. I'm new to wikis.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
*wave* back for a bit
I need everyone's assistance on two separate things.
1) I'd like to use everyone's characters in a game of D&D I'm running. (I've already asked this, but I only got two responses)
2) I've been thinking about Koujin's true bankai, and I realized that I should have at least an idea of what each other character's reitsu will do for him. If possible, I'd like it if everyone sent me a suggestion of an ability that their character would grant. I figure you know your characters better than I do, and I should give myself some time to finalize each ability...I don't want to have to make something up on the spot, in the middle of a fight.
Thanks in advance

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Feel free to use mines.
Also for your bankai, Erscheinung would likely give the ability to release a blast of spiritual energy similar to a cero. With the drawback of making you a bit more senile.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
I think it'd be pretty safe to say that everyone's cool with you using our characters. Everyone here's pretty nice (except for Draken ) so they probably wouldn't have any problem with it. Not to mention they probably wouldn't know.
And I just updated all three of my characters, yay me!

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
whoo! thanks everyone! (I've made a psudo-expy of the entirety of the Seireitei and its contents. It's both the military and governmental components of a nation in my personal setting)
Oh, right, thanks Draken! Any kind of 'emotional baggage' you want to tack on to the abilities would help greatly. And on the off chance Koujin does something -really- stupid, higher ranked shinigami are encouraged to provide suggestions for abilities as well.
An idea I want to run by everyone: What happens if Koujin absorbs too much reishi from Vizard/Arrancar/hollow in general? I was thinking of it as a way to make a different kind of Vizard-y thing. Yet again, this wouldn't happen until much later, but I want to bring up the idea for the general populace to look at.
I made a suggestion a little while ago about Vizard having 'aspects of life', and I made a realization...it's quite similar to Crests from...I hate to say it...Digimon. If anyone wants to pull ideas as such, go for it.Last edited by MageSparrowhawk; 2009-06-16 at 11:56 PM.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Am I the only one who sees the ludicrousness of Gods of Death mixed with monsters that devour souls... Having Aspects of Life?

heh...well...they're more life-y than evil soulless (and soul eating!) monsters who take on the mantle of a god of death to make them more adept...at killing/eating things...
...I think...

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Technically, Arrancar don't have to eat souls anymore, I believe. But I could be wrong.
You know. Comparing being a shinigami or vizard with being arrancar, being arrancar is a lot easier. You have instinctive knowledge of all your abilities, you don't age at all, becoming arrancar doesn't pit you against some weird inner shinigami or annoying zampakutou spirit who tries to eat your brain and take over your body.
Life is just better in the hueco mundo. The metaphorical grass is greener even if the physical grass is inexistant.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
arrancar eat souls--see Yammy when he first arrives in the world of the living
hmmm...your points are all valid...that's strange...
But actually, it isn't as nice as it sounds. As a hollow, and then as a arrancar, you're constantly eroded away by your very nature. As you get stronger, you become more and more mentally unstable (in whichever way your aspect leads you)
Shinigami, on the other hand, become more at peace as they become stronger. Bankai (in my opinion) is just a huge step toward inner peace, and removing your faults.

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Yeah. Of the Arrancar we've seen, only Stark, Halibel, and Barragan have some general modicum of sanity. All the others are loons in some way or another.
Yes, even Emocar.
Of course, even those 3 aren't totally sane.
Well, Stark may be sane. Or maybe he's too lazy to be sane..

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Corrected that for you.
And actually, It's still pretty hard being an arrancar, especially if you're an adjuchas or vasto lorde. You have to keep eating other Adjuchas just to keep from turning back into a regular hollow right? I'd say that's pretty hard. That aside, you have an army of shinigami with an impersonal vendetta against you

Re: BleachitP OOC II: We even have a Batman homage!
Hm. Takeshi might be the closest, though Sharkman (sorry, it's late, and I can't remember the spelling) actually seems pretty stable outside of the feeding frenzy.
I've not seen much of the Primera to tell one way or another.
Alejandro and Ko are partly stable, but each seems to have weird ideas stuck in their heads (note: this isn't bad, guys. It's part of their characters.)
I'd say overall it comes out similarly, with only a couple being really whacked out, and the rest having much more subtle mental quirks.
Edit:@above: I think the "continual eating" bit is only for non-arrancar. And I don't know if it's even certain for vasto lorde; we've just not seen any of those, at least not ones that aren't also arrancar.
