Angela walks over to Quinn.

Skrall2, in his wanderings, happens to pass by Quinn. Loud footsteps as he goes, since I think it is a tile or linoleum floor. And his feet are steel and clawed.

Dani giggles softly. Guess we're all kinda taking maternity leave, huh? She blushes and stretches her arms for a moment, yawning.



Quinn looks up at Angela through a strand of hair draped over an eye. Hey.

Her eyes widen in horror as it just sets in.


Angela manages a slight smile. So... Tobias...

Dani starts to nod, then looks at Sam with a concened, and worried, look.

She reaches to squeeze Sam's hand.


Quinn chuckles softly. Yeah. Probably younger then when you came around, too. Talk about awkward...

Sam draws back, away from Dani. No it's not! God, how could this happen to me!?


So... Like, from the past? She's still wearing just a hospital gown and her torn up pants.

Quinn shrugs a little. Something like that, I think. I know he's...really good though. She giggles, and, it might be noted, is fully and modesty dressed.

Train? She's getting panicky. Really panicky. I can't even train! I can't go on missions, I can't protect people, soon I won't even be able to work out and stay in shape!


Wait... you're that Quinn? Her eyes go wide.

Rebutal: However, some of his abilities are known.
Statement: He can teleport inside of GLoG, bypassing the antiteleport field. Capable of creating and controlling fire. Also lighting. Kinetic blasts, and using those to throw objects, which is how Member Marley was injuried. Control of his cells. Other than that, details are unknown.

Quinn looks startled, then blushes deep.
He...talked about me?
Her voice is almost a squeak...

Sam's really hysterical by now, and she keeps ranting. No, I can't... this was... this was all I mistake. I need to... I need to make things right.


Angela drops the smile and gets serious. Of course, what with time being screwed up and all, if he dies now, not of that happens. So if you think he's really in danger...

Dani takes a very deep breath.
Sammie, please...take a deep breath, calm down, this will be OK! It's all going to work out alright, love. I promise!



Quinn nods, a worried look on her face. Yeah, and you might vanish in a puff of logic or something too if that happens. We need to figure out where he is...

Hyperventilating herself, Sam shakes her head wildly and tries to grab Dani's shoulders. I'm so sorry love, but I should have done this when I first found out! And then she tries to teleport away.

Angela nods and lets Quinn do the thinking.

Dani's shouders are grabbed, and her eyes are VERY wide.
Sammie, what are you - no!
She lunges forwards, trying to tackle Sam - only to pass through her dematerilsing form, landing on the floor with a thud.

Where she begins to cry...




Quinn closes her eyes and reaches out with her mind once more, trying to find Tobias...

Dani sits up on the floor.
Buries her face in her hands.
And starts sobbing.



Quinn, meanwhile, quickly directs her mind in the direction of Tobias, trying to figure out where he is - and, also, to try and contact him, her mental voice calling his name.

He's somewhere Outside.

He reacts to her calling his name... somehow. He just reacts slightly. Maybe his mental presence turns, or steps closer to hers. Either way, he doesn't say, or think, anything in response.

Quinn tries to extend a mental link in Tobias' direction, while at the same time trying to pin down his location further.

To Angela, this likely looks like she's just...er...sitting there with her eyes shut.
