"New security director? Is Wenomir... was he killed?" Chelonie asks.

He actually resigned, Quinn says, quickly, not having realised that Chelonie didn't know that. I'm not exactly sure why but I think the explosion in the armoury might have been connected somehow.

She glances torwards the door as she waits both for an answer and for Misaki to return.

"Thinkbreaker unmaked?" Sunny asks. "Who unmake thinkbreaker? Unmaker find Sunny's knowing?"

[Infirmary Room 2]

"Then who is the new Security Director?" she asks.

[Neon Knight]

Misaki returned bearing a plate with breakfast on it. "Here you go!"

Misaki is still patiently holding the plate out to Quinn.

Quinn smiles and takes the plate from Misaki with a smile. Thanks, sweetie! You did great. Turning back to Chelonie, she offers her paitent the breakfast as she explains. Nobody yet. From what I understand your husband and Miss Judy are both canidates. Miss Goswell isn't because of her being pregnant, it seems.

"That's not good. We need the post filled right away. And Mr Amakirr... his vampire state means that he's often in torper. I'm not sure he'd be a good choice." Plus there's his rage issues. And the fact that he'd let GLoG be destroyed if it would save Chelonie from stubbing her toe.

Chelonie takes the breakfast with a smile and begins eating mechanically, knowing her body needs the fuel but not really much interested in food.

About that time, Decker appears, who her player does not think Quinn has met. "Hi, I'm looking for the doctor."

The machine turns towards DC.

Mistress and I ask plusknowing of thinkbreaker's unmaking. Also unmocking of BotSpeak.

Its little eyes dim around the upper edges with that last sentence, apparently doubleplusunhappy with DC's imitation of its own speech patterns.

DC frowns. The thinkbreaker's unmaker was unmade at the same time. Sorry, Sunny.

No reaction from Chelonie to the fact that Sam is pregnant?
So far it seems there is only one vote - for Miss Judy. Quinn was going to say more, but looks up slightly startled as Decker arrives. Er...I guess that would be me, at the moment. I'm Quinn, and you?

Something suddenly occurs to Corentin in the kitchen. Whatever happened to Miss Shrike? In all the hub-bub since the armory explosion, Corentin hasn't checked up on her. Were her personal effects ever returned to her?

With everything Chelonie has been though, I don't think she even knew that Sam was in a relationship.

"I'm Decker. When will Vidalia get her new eyes?"

[Sunny's Room]

"Oh." Sunny looks sad for a moment, but then she perks up. "Sunny make more thinks."

Wait. Quinn says to Decker. Somebody else got blinded?!

Well, Corentin doesn't have anything to do. Corentin finds a drone, asks it where Shrike's things are, and moves to collect them and head out to Yaza's.

And find an arm and transport speedwise, mistress.

An awfully self-absorbed little robot, isn't he?

[Sunny's Room]

"Sunny need more parts. DeeCee? Where Sunny can get parts for Robot?"

[Infirmary Room 2]

"Not blinded. Her eyes were destroyed in the explosion." Decker says. "Butler and I are worried about her, but we have to go soon for Butler's surgery."

Chelonie continues to eat. The procreative activities of members concern her less at the moment than the security arrangements.

[Elsewhere]

Fortunately, Shrike's sword was recovered from the armoury debris before Chelonie's Shadow stopped the clean-up effort to focus on security. It'll be found by Corentin in the room acting as the armoury replacement. Her other, non-weapon, gear is in storage in the detention wing.

Corentin recovers Shrike's things and heads out.

Oh. Well. I think there's a wand of Regenerate around here somewhere...Misaki? Could you take this - she goes to hand the girl a clipboard - and find it? I think it was in the cabinets over there...

DC's player snaps to attention.

Back in the place DC was in before.

Misaki takes the clipboard and heads over to the cabinet, to begin searching through it.

[Sunny's Room]

Sunny tries to pick Robot up to carry him to the labs. It's a bit large and heavy to be easily carried though.

"Are you sure that will work? I think she needs to have new eyes implanted," Decker says.

Chelonie finishes her meal and sets the plate aside. She's quite exhausted from the effort of eating.

Misaki will find the Wand of Regeneration in the third cabinet on the left.
No, her other left!



It should, Quinn says. Hopefully.
And, like a good nurse, she takes the plate before fussing over her paitent, trying to tuck her back in.

Misaki returns bearing the wand in one hand. "Is this it?"

It is. Thanks! Erin beams at the girl and takes the wand, offering it to Decker. Do you know how to use one of these?

Decker takes the wand rather gingerly. "I... can try."

The robot may seem to become mysteriously lighter to Sunny as DC attempts to telekinetically hold it up for her.

Do or do not, et-cetera. Quinn smiles encouragingly before returning her attention to making Chelonie comfortable.

[Earl of Purple]

Eko the lizardperson undeadtimes on the ceiling in the Great Room. She's not wearing any clothing, but it's rather hard to tell her gender by people who don't have a knowledge of lizard anatomy.

Sunny's robot is lifted, but doesn't seem to notice yet. Good thing too, it'd probably flip out if it knew.

Sunny carries Robot to Darkcomet's lab, with telekinetic assistance. Yay!

"Thank you," Decker says, and pockets the wand. "I guess I'd better go find her then."

Chelonie falls asleep.

DC follows, and starts working on the gun he was working on before Sunny arrived before after they arrive.
