Looks like this is not a day for bill lynch. I suspect both Bayar and Philistine, but right now Philistine seems too obvious. People can do suspicious things by accident, and this could easily be a wolf set-up. So, Bayar.

Bayar was not a happy relative. Despite the others originally sending suspicious glances in Haruki and Philistines direction, they had somehow decided that he was a better target. Just as he was starting to think he would get his hands on some of the cash.

"Bayar, one feels you need to explain yourself. When one is so quiet, it tend to raise alarm bells."

Wiry clumps of matted hair sprung out all over Bayar's body as his shirt rippled with the bunching muscles beneath. His teeth elongated to terrible fangs and the guttering light through the window lit up the crimson glow in his eyes. He dived at the nearest Moon, only to be driven back by Huxley, holding a silver spoon before him.

"Stay back you fiend! Foul child of the night!"
"Good show Huxley!"
"One should never be without a posh silver spoon, that's what I always say. Admittedly, not generally because of the chance of lycanthrope attack, but still."

Huxley pushed the ravening werwolf all the way back to the gallows, and a stealthy young cousin dodged round the back of Bayar to place the noose round his neck and open the trap door.

As it turned out, werewolves took rather longer to hang than innocent mortals, but the died in the end just the same. In the pocket of Bayar's tattered trousers they found an iron tea strainer matted with hair and brain tissue.

It's days of straining tea were over, and there was much mourning. After all, it was a very good tea strainer.

Summary

Young Oddity couldn’t sleep, what with all the werewolves and lynches and blood, it was far too much excitement for the young Moon. All things considered, all the estate needed was a vampire and Frankenstein and he’d be in his own twisted little version of heaven. Now it was time to find some werewolves and convince them to infect him with lycanthropy.

“Here wolfies! Come get me, I’m all young and tender!”

That sure got the wolves attention. Several bulky hairy shadows melted out of the walls and surrounding the young man, their yellowed fangs glinting in the moonlight.

“Ah, it’s young Oddity! You look good enough to eat my lad!”
“Not yet, I want you bite me and make me a werewolf! I want to be all hairy and cool and stuff, and run around eating people!”
“…I’m afraid it’s not quite that simple dear boy.”
“It’s not…but I have my own tea strainer and everything.”
“A tea strainer is all well and good, but none of us can make you a werewolf. You see, the Moon lycanthropy cases are caused by a dormant gene, not some kind of infection through werewolf bites.”
“Oh...bum.”
“Sorry dear chap. It gets even worse you know.”
“…You’re going to kill me aren’t you?”
“Indeed. We can’t have you telling everyone your Aunt Gladys is quite this hairy. Dinner's ready!”

By the morning all that was left of Oddity was a single bloody thigh bone and a broken tea strainer. Seems like the werewolves aren’t open to new recruits.

Hmm... I wonder why, when logic had been presented against Bayar and the start of a wagon gotten off, Thufir posted logic, placed Bayar on top of his list but still pointed at billtodamax, who was in no danger of lynch...

But his logic does make some sense. Let's try Billtodamax first. But if he isn't one, be wary of Thufir aswell.

Andre turned from the shelves a tear in his eye; there is no sense lamenting the lost friends.

Andre polished the shot glasses, and prepared for the rush after Oddity's burial.

My list was in alphabetical order.
Now, looking again at said list:

Bayar - Lynched wolf
Billtodamax - On the Bayar wagon yesterday.
DD the Cookiemonster - 2nd on the Philwagon yesterday.
Hyozo - No point yesterday, away now.
Philistine - Bayar wagon yesterday, first point today at DD.
Selrahc - No point yesterday, for the 4th time this game.

Given how close the bandwagons were yesterday (Bayar 7, Phil 5, Haruki 4) it's unlikely wolves would be on the Bayar wagon unless Phil is also a wolf (And maybe Haruki). Of course, Phil is on my list... *Shrug* Also, Bayar was on the Philwagon. Could mean he's not a wolf, could mean Haruki's also a wolf, could have been some interesting ploy, whatever.
Anyway, means I'm a bit less suspicious of bill and Phil, for the moment (Though I've still got my eye on them). It would be unsporting to lynch Hyozo while he's away. DD looks suspicious, and is the only person on both mine and Andre's lists from yesterday...
But Selrahc's lack of activity is really making me think he's hiding something...

You seem to have missed a good few days yourself. If that is suspicious then so are you.

I don't think missing days is all that suspicious. I point when I have a reason to point. I do this in every game. Go and check my history as a player and you'll see similar behaviour to this in a dozen other games where I've also been a villager.

I'm pointing at *you* because you seem to have a penchant for trying to set up future lynch targets, and they've generally been wrong.
