If you are not a member, then when your character arrives, you will be outside the front door and must roleplay getting entry, but bear in mind that whenever your character enters GLoG, alignment scanners will try to detect his/her current intention's alignment (so even the most evil of people might come off as good, if they think they are. Some areas of the base are DNA locked and alignment locked so that only members with no evil intent can enter unescorted. These include the Security Room, the Armoury, the Detention Wing, and the Artifact Vault.

Artifact Vault - Set next to the Armory, this is where GLoG's major artifacts are stored. The door is DNA locked to members only.

The Brightheart
The Brightheart is a plain orb, set upon a stone plinth labeled 'The Brightheart'. Also on the plinth is a note that says:
'Do Not Remove. Ever. No, not even then. (But maybe then.)'
The Brightheart itself glows with inner light, and throws up a positive energy blanket of moderate strength (heals most surface wounds, and makes undead sick) a few meters in radius. Touching the Brightheart results in having a large amount of positive energy run through you (heals all wounds, and drives undead to near death). Inside the plinth itself is a gate to the Negative Energy realm, which draws off the excess positive energy from the Brightheart. Should the Brightheart be removed, and taken away from the base without the necessary preparations being made, two Very Bad Things^TM will happen.
A) The Brightheart's positive energy will not be siphoned off, and so it will be returned to full strength, throwing up a powerful positive energy blanket about a kilometer in radius, and killing anyone who touches it, living or no, through sheer positive energy overdose.
B) The gate to the Negative Energy realm will become unstable and tear, creating a giant Negative Energy rift in the middle of GLoG.

The portal between GLoG and HALO is still open, providing instantaneous transportation between the two organisations.
But anyone passing through it arrives outside the front door. If they've already been cleared (previously interacted with GLoG without hostilities), they can walk straight in without having to roleplay out knocking on the door and so on.
There is also a smaller portal operating between GLoG and Farthing Cottage

First time visitors, or people who have previously caused trouble have to wait for someone to undeadtime to decide whether they can enter the building (GLoG), or not, unfortunately. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Black Fox finally looks over at DC and raises an eyebrow.

Yeah, that. He walks over to DC and offers a hand. I'm the leader of HALO, here to gain Intel on this lich that we heard needs destroying.

Runner undeadtimes in the great room. He sees DC conversing with The Black Fox. He listens.

DC's expression sours noticeably, accepting the hand. Well... Where do you want me to start?

How he works, how he fights, his modus operandi as it were, most of all what he wants. I've made a name for myself by outwitting opponents, so anything you can tell me at all will only help you. The Black Fox notes the expression, and raises an eyebrow slightly, but doesn't bring it up.

It's mostly just him trying to restrain himself from giving a description that would be rather heavily censored by the board...

It's probably a good thing no one ever told him Alek was in the building...

Well, the first thing you should know is that his goal is nothing short of the destruction of the multiverse. As for how he fights, he's a powerful spellcaster-and he's been seen using strange armor and an axe, but I believe those were destroyed. He likes to have minions, some twisted into agreeing with his goals and some simply ignorant of them, to do his dirtywork. He's sadistic, and won't hesitate to target someone else to get at his real target. He's got a penchant for artifacts, and will collect them if they can possibly benefit him in some way.

Hmmm... The man's eyes glaze over as he quickly thinks of many possibilities. Sounds like a challenge... Why does he want to destroy everything?

I'm not entirely sure, but the best guess anyone has is 'to prove he can'.

He pauses.

Stupid, I know.

Ugh. He frowns. If that's true, then I really can't use his motives against him... I guess I have to work through his underlings then... Do you know what he plans now, by any chance? Any targets of his?

We don't know what he's planning, or what he'll go after next, and that's probably one of the worst parts of it. As far as his underlings, well, I'm afraid I can't help there either, as the ones he used to have are dead.

Meaning Reinholdt (DC doesn't know about Meek) and the original Skrall.

Well, technically speaking, the original Skrall is still present. Just sort being...repressed.

Runner seems to be thinking.

That's a shame. Ah well, I'll see what I can do. We've got that nice little portal to use if you learn something new you want to share, or want to request some mutual aid from HALO. He nods his head. That everything then?

DC's not really sure what to classify Skrall as, so he just lumped him in with Reinholdt.

Anyway, he nods.

Also-he reportably has a pair of artifacts that apparently let him change fate. If you can somehow get rid of those, it would make the situation a lot less critical. My source for that, though, is extremely suspicious, so take that with a grain of salt.

The Black Fox chuckles coldly. He can change fate? So what, that puts him on the same level as every other free-willed individual? Fate is just another name for the Gods trying to screw us all over. The strong make their own fate. I'll come up with a plan by the morning; thanks for all your help.

DC is about to respond, but then Khiansa shows up.

I don't suppose you'd enlighten us, then?

"The artifacts are mine. Calublufiok had stolen them when he was still masquerading as Irene. I had given security drones ordered to arrest her and and retrieve the artifacts, but by then, he had already revealed himself."
There's a tiredness around him, like when he first came back, before he started taking steps for further deicide. His eye sockets are still intact though.

The Black Fox raises an eyebrow, slightly surprised. Interesting... Do you think he'll come back?

DC waits and such.

Though Khiansa might be receiving a telepathic message right about now...

There's something we'll be needing to discuss after this discussion is over.

At DC's question and Tobias' response, Quinn's eyes go very wide, indeed.
Her hand goes to her lips.
And she falls very quiet for awhile...

Mm. And that's roughly when he stops paying attention and his eyes glaze over.
I can probably lure him in close, no sweat, but the trick will be to match his power, and I'm not stupid enough to take him on alone... Thankfully, I know just the right ghost for the job...
