I lost my debit card once. It was replaced quickly, because I went in and complained a lot. Sadly, that does not seem to be an option for you.

I did not loose the card, it expired, as they do every few years.
You'd think the bank was on top of this type of thing.
Unfortunatly, the nearest physical branch is in LA or something like that. I'm in Japan.

I always break out my French accent for ennui. It makes me sound like a poseur, but I don't really care. Ennui is a lovely word. So is languor, which follows on prettily from ennui.
