Re: Admiral Euphoria's Random Banter Thread of Delusional Grandeur #124
Course materials, you dear, silly, child. The texts of english and history and whatever other courses you've signed up for.
Speaking of which, what courses have you signed up for?
Hah. And here I thought she was referencing finding herself slogging through a sextet of previously written books that she was reading.
Well, this changes things.
haha.
Deary: Finish up this one in time for november and then get through the second one in November, for all of us here at the Playground.

Re: Admiral Euphoria's Random Banter Thread of Delusional Grandeur #124
Core Freshman seminar (involving much literature and philosophy discussion, I'm told; required for all majors). Intermediate Spanish. Ancient Roman History. Cultures of Premodern Europe.
I can't get my course materials yet, as I don't know what's required. Presumably I will be given a list before school actually starts.
If it were books I could get them done easy in the next week, let alone two and a half. But I shall most certainly do my best to finish it by November...I recall starting one around this time of year in '08 and it was completed a couple weeks before WriMo.Last edited by Dragonrider; 2009-08-10 at 03:21 PM.

They say every woman wants to have two men--one to cook and one to clean. I'm willing to make allowances for a third. Someone's got to tend to the laundry.

Player_Zero's book will suffer a kinder fate than rubakhin's, forifwhen he writes a book, the Finns will use it for rifle practice.

Re: Admiral Euphoria's Random Banter Thread of Delusional Grandeur #124
I'm not actually going to write that though. It would make an amusing short story to be published on the internet, but that is no book.

An exploration of a man's twisted psyche, in which the protagonists encounter towns of cannibalistic melons, a freudian chamber, and a locked of door that is repressed memories, among other things.
Call it "Inside Hebert's Head."

^: Death Watch Beetle?
... I'm imagining a scottish beetle wearing a blood-stained Black Watch plaid kilt now.
Russian Roulette/gladiatoral tournament between the lot of 'em.
Hmm... is 50 possible to be dealt with using a bracket.
First round... 25 bouts hmm... yeah, after that it gets complicated to figure out who has to sit out.
In other news, I've finally requested a custom avatar. Let's see if anyone takes me up on it.
Otherwise, you'll probably have to bear looking at my Tesla-spouting mug for another fair whiles.

Okay, I have a writing assignment I should be doing, but I also want to play Deus Ex. Quite the dilemma...
