Re: Goodbye, So Long, Farewell II
A friend yelled at me to come back and say goodbye in a more personal fashion. I argued them into splitting the difference and thought I might just answer Serpentine's question (no I am not) and thank you each for remembering me and wishing me well. I wish you each the best and am sad that I never met any of you face to face. Be well.
And afro? Never. It just wouldn't be me otherwise.

I would really like to see a game made by Obryn, Kurald Galain, and Knaight from these forums.

Re: Goodbye, So Long, Farewell II
I don't know if anyone knew a poster by the name of Thump around here; he frequented the Play-by-Post forums and such, and was my brother.
He was caught in a car crash with a drunk driver on the 25th of September, which unfortunately snapped his spine and neck, killing him almost instantly.
Figured that those who knew him would want to know.Last edited by Macha; 2013-11-01 at 08:48 AM.

I'm really sorry.Do I contradict myself?

Sorry for your loss...no one should ever go like that. Alcohol is a dangerous drug, and I wish more people would internalize that, especially in the states. My condolences.

Re: Goodbye, So Long, Farewell II
With the LGBTAIitP thread [also known as one of maybe four safe places to talk to people on the Internet--no, the rest of this board doesn't count] having been locked for review and therefore, inaccessible for weeks, and therefore, as good as dead, I see no reason to stick around on this forum. I'm gone.
Good job breaking it.Last edited by Jaycemonde; 2013-11-29 at 11:28 AM.

Re: Goodbye, So Long, Farewell II
Aw, come on, don't go. teh LGBTAitP thread has been locked many times before, and the thread never really died becuase the people there care. It's only closed for review, not eternally and if you wait for a week it will be back again and you will ahve your favorite place to stay again. Just have a little bit of patience.

You can call me Juniper. Please use gender-neutral pronouns (ze/hir (preferred) or they/them) when referring to me.

Re: Goodbye, So Long, Farewell II
Though we have disagreed, I do not wish to see you go. I care about what people have to say even, no especially, when it's different from how I perceive the world. It is the only way I can stretch my horizons, even if it feels a strain.
I know your feeling of despair at that thread closing. Once I 'helpfully' linked to something that got the thread locked and I sent myself into self-imposed exile out of guilt. Everyone thought I was overreacting and hold no grudges against me for my stupid mistake. The posters there are good people and they're not going to let that thread stay down for long.
Again, don't go. Besides, we still have to see who will 'win' our discussion.
