Couple questions:

1) Is Poseidon taken?
2) Can I make a rogue Menos-level Arrancar (that is, one who isn't working with/for the Espada)? If so, could that Arrancar have acquired a traceless gigai-type object similar to Urahara's that basically allows him to disappear into the human world?

Neither of those questions are related, by the way. Also, I'm still not here. I randomly acquired internet access for a few minutes.

I just want to point out, the Mortal World, J-City specifically won't be a pleasent area for long after the Execution mini-arc is over and we move into the next Arc. So, all enemies to the mortal race, keep that in mind

Well I found out how to fix the colours, but the outline problem is still there.

Well, like you said in your post already, Sucrose kinda took the reigns with the whole plan, so now I'm confused about what to do with Masato. I mean, in canon, Ichigo showed up, blocked the soukyoku, then went to town, but according to Siegfried, that's his own and Tyler's job now. Seems to me like Masato is just kinda there.

I was gearing up to make a suitably epic post for his arrival, but... I need to know what I'm supposed to be doing first.

I'm actually about done for the night, but...basically, Sucrose needs to tell us what Plan B entails, and we can assume Tyler is in position, wherever that is.
