Yeah, a bit. a) The Bount are infertile, apart from Greta, and she hasn't had a kid yet. So a Bount and a Quincy couldn't get together and make a baby Bincy. b) A pre-existing Bount could learn Quincy powers, but that's what Xander is doing already, and I'm planning to re-introduce Xander for the Bount Arc, so someone who has the exact same schtick wouldn't be very original at this point. :/

Nah, he'll probably just go comatose to the outside world. The inhabitants of the mindscape don't get on, but they do band together against outside threats. After all, they are all aspects of the same soul, no matter how shattered it is.

VC level, he's good.. He's just not as good as he SHOULD be as a Captain. Most of his abilities are currently High VC level except for that one bankai technique, and thats low, LOW, LOW captain level.
