What was that?
It was a modular races system. i forget who made it. but it was not the Frog Dragon one...
EDIT:
Each race had two halfs a LA -1/0 half and a LA +1 half or something

I wish I remembered the name. It was the one which inspired my system. I recall it functioned on giving each ability a points value.
