Coria... Have you met her? He smiles and turns his head so he can kiss her wing.

She looks confused but can't help but shiver at the kiss. You're ex?

Ummm, yeah... He shrugs slightly.

[SeptAngel]

That won't bother you? She asks softly.

[FireFox]

Like I said, she's good for him. He gives her a reassuring smile. I lost interest in her months ago. She got too mopey...

[SeptAngel]

You don't have to worry about that with me. She smiles brightly.

[FireFox]

Tobias chuckles, and tries to hug her.

[SeptAngel]

She giggles and hugs him back, playfully trying to push him back so she's laying on top of him.

[FireFox]

Tobias falls back, still hugging her.

[SeptAngel]

She kisses his cheek a few times. We should probably head back before they think you've kidnapped me.

Who cares? He melts a little, acquiescing. All right.

[SeptAngel]

Giggling, the angel gets off the bed and grabs her dress to get changed.

[FireFox]

Tobias sighs contentedly as he watches her dress, then groans and rolls off the bed to put some clothes on too.

[SeptAngel]

She tries to give him a good show at least. While he dresses, she plays with her ring letting it reflect in the light.

[FireFox]

He steps up behind her and tries to hug her, smiling at the ring. Ready?

[SeptAngel]

She nods and takes his hands in hers as he hugs her. Ready.

[FireFox]

And he teleports them back.

And now Matt and Patty arrive!

Patty, in her purple clothes, pressed tight against Matt's side and smiling.

They appear in a hallway, and Matt leads her deeper into the deserted castle. Well, there isn't any sign of a person, but there are plenty of lit candles in sconces along the walls.

Patty keeps her arm in Matt's and seems to be drinking in the castle's beauty...
Is it just me or it it really empty in here?

Nobody really stays here. Just students and command personnel. He leads her through twists and turns, choke points, and then they are before a large door, what is obviously the Royal Bedroom. Matt opens it up and walks into the huge room, quickly going to light a fire to stave off the cold. After he lights a few candles, the room almost seems to sparkle. It's pretty much exactly the room you'd imagine a powerful king would sleep and spend his time in. And before Matt walked in to light a fire in the fireplace, it was completely empty and drafty.

Hmmm....
Patty looks...thoughtful at that. And giggles...

Her jaw drops as the Royal Bedroom comes to life, and she slowly turns, the firelight sparkling on her raven hair, taking in the entire room. T-this, this is yours?

...she is, indeed, virtually speechless.

Kevin and some of the other guys made this room fit for a great king, but my Dad tells me I'm supposed to sleep in it whenever I'm here. He sleeps in a smaller room down the hall. He shrugs sheepishly, very embarassed. I think I've maybe slept in that bed twice...

Patty steps over to the bed, and gently, amost hesitantly, reaches out to touch the sheets, running her hand across them.

And pushing gently, checking for a waterbed.

The bed is comfortable and soft, but not a water bed. Low technology here.

Matt looks at her in concern. Something wrong? If you're too uncomfortable, we can sleep in another room...

Oh, it's a straw bed, then.

Patty looks over at Matt, her eyes sparkling. Something wrong? No...not at all...it's just...it's overwheming. It's almost too wonderful. I don't feel like I deserve something like this, Matt...

Matt looks away in embarrassment. Yeah, welcome to my life.

[The Bushranger]

Matt... Patty steps over and goes to slip her arms around him. Don't ever think you don't deserve me. If it's anything, it's the other way around. And this is...this is the most incredible place ever...

His cheek, kiss it she does.

Matt decides not to bring up the fact that he was referring to the room and his other royal trappings and not her. So he just hugs her contentedly.

Patty rests her head against his shoulder, and sighs contentedly, letting the moment last for...well, a moment...before stepping back.

So...I presume this being the royal bedroom and all, the super-special paladin squad keeps a sharp eye on it...
