[4e] A Few Shaman Powers
I'm playing a level 3 shaman, and I honestly dislike the Level 3 and 5 powers available, and so I designed these two powers. Seem Balanced?
(The Level 5 power makes use of the fact that they have long spear proficiency)

Re: [4e] A Few Shaman Powers
The spirit of the blocking stone feels a tad underpowered. maybe you can increase the damage on the melee attack by a bit, like a d10

Re: [4e] A Few Shaman Powers
I'd make call of the earth hunter temporary HP, as a general rule (which 4e designers don't follow) that healing should either take a healing surge or be a daily power.
For the stone, I'd make the attack deal 1[W]+Wisdom + 1d10 acid damage, or +10 acid damage instead if the target is immobilised. Gives it a nice twist.
