I can understand not playing Yu-Gi-Oh, Monster Rancher, Digimon or Magic: The Gathering, but Pokemon and Metal Slug are games that NEED to be played.
Pokemon is awesome, and Metal Slug is awesome.

Pokemon feels too much like grinding TBH, and I loath games that require grinding. Actually, if a game I play ever gets to the point where I have to repeat the same action for more than 15 minutes, I just hack it then go through the story.
I've never had the pleasure to be exposed to Metal Slug.

EDIT: And now I know why. I've never had a gaming console. Just PC.

This Sunday (-8 GMT) I'm going to go experimenting with drugs. Hopefully I'll be able to record something substantial. Yes, I am actually going to perform a science related experiment with a certain type of hallucinogen. If I do get the experience written down (or even remember it) I might tell you guys what happened for me. I'm partially hoping for something inspirational since I'm only doing it once.

I don't get addicted that easily, so don't badger me about nuthin'. (That, and if I did get addicted, I wouldn't have the money or contacts to do it again. )

I'm lucky my friends are hippies. Each and every one of them. Of course, I'm in BC, so it's nothing special.

The irony is that we* expect Yarram's sig to be uninteresting except for a tuba reference, but the self-reference of this one lends it a bit of humor. The unexpected contrast creates irony. Extra points to you since I'm part of your target.
