I've spent the last four days feeling dizzy and cottonheaded. Like...every time I turn my head my brain scrambles and although it's usual for me to see stars when I stand up too fast - I have a low blood pressure - it happens every single time lately.

Either I:

1) am getting sick
2) am sleep-deprived - I've been sleeping 12-8 or so, when usually it's 10-7, so that is an hour short...but it's never happened before
3) some other bizarre ailment

I also haven't left the house in six days. I need to get out more. It's REALLY HUMID here, though. I'm glad I'm going home tomorrow.

Everytime I stand up faster than your 140 year old great-great-grandmother I get incredibly dizzy, my vision slowly narrows until I'm literally blind, and then I stumble around a bit.

I have no idea. Not being able to fall asleep.

Exercise...I suppose...I've been doing so at least six hours a week for the last year and a half (at times it was 21 hours a week, when I was teaching tennis, playing tennis, doing karate, and running). This is really the first month I've done nothing. I LIKE doing nothing.

I'm probably just catching a cold. It's not a NORMAL dizzy feeling (which, as I said, I get standing up frequently). It's a...fuzzy dizziness.
