There seems to be a lack of interest in this game or the players are just unavailable.
I will give it another day.
Another player will be recruited in place of Grithmak since he doesn't seem to show up.
But it is the 2nd day Goreliet doesn't act and the 1st for Shard...

In any case,
Mike_the_Mystic hasn't responded yet. There is another player, dragoonsgone, that is interested. He will play a Hobgoblin Barbarian.

I am thinking to switching him with Grithmak. Like a direct switch. So he will be Goreliet's brother, a hobgoblin chieftain, just with a different name, class, background. In this way he can start right away and there won't be any weird plot like Grithmak dies or leaves out of nowhere

Does anybody have a problem with that?

Ok, I made my character and posted it in the character thread. I will post for next round. I just stole the name Grithmak so it should be easy. I will just switch from a warlord to a barbarian.

I am central time USA so GMT -5 until November when it becomes GMT -6.

Kind of bored to recalculate damage on Goreliet :P
But it should be correct. You say she has 35hp and 9 temp from Grithmak's power. She takes 29dmg, she has 15 hp left. She gains 5 temp for killing another one. She takes 10 dmg, thus she has 10 hp. Well, I have put 11hp, so this is ok. She also has 10 temp for fiendish ressilience

So, now there are five heroes. Since there is generally one or two posts per day, I don't think there will be any added delay.

Currently it is Shards and Cilanders turn, btw

A small note on rules: as said I roll automatically arcane checks to detect magic when the party is not in a rush. These rules will apply:
1) Everybody aids for skill checks. They take the Aid Another action. Though, when it is "trained-only" check in order to aid another you have to be trained in that skill. And practically be able to aid the other.
2) You can take 10 on Aid Another, so it automatically succeeds.
3) Detecting magic is not a mundane task, so no taking 10. Taking 10 on search checks is allowed, if you notify that you will do so in advance. Note that when saearching you automatically get a +8 bonus from Aid Another, provided you have a few minutes to search the whole area.
