I'm pretty sure it's the attacker who rolls their miss chance, actually. You can roll to confirm critical while you're at it.

I think that's that then. Crit confirmed. Feel free to look in the spoiler. I switched my Law devotion to AC mode. It's just as well really because if I hadn't all three would have hit.
