Val glances over at the deadtimed Daisuke in the pool and blushes, and then nods slightly.

[The Bushranger]

More giggling. Awww! That's too sweet! He needs somebody. Just be careful, he's kinda impulsive at times! Dani grins broadly.

The scurrying of little ferret feet can be heard...

[McBish]

Yeah, and there is the age difference. Though I'm not really sure how much of a difference there is.

[The Bushranger]

Dani giggles. There can't be as much difference as there is with me and Sammie! Trust me, if you love each other that doesn't matter!

She glances over, hearing the approaching ferret...

[McBish]

Val shrugs. She doesn't really know how old Daisuke is, but she knows it is old, since he was a samurai a long time ago. She glances around to see what Dani is looking for.

[The Bushranger]

Dani waves cheerfully at Meridian, as, alas, deadtime ooze glomps her.

Alexis shakes off her deadtime in the rose garden.

Daisuke starts to undeadtime. Ah, that felt good.

[McBish]

Val has apparently moved to the hot tub while he was deadtimed and waves him over. If you think that felt good come in here, it's great.

[horngeek]

Daisuke grins and slips in.

Ooohhh... it does feel good.

[McBish]

Told you. She smiles as she lets her legs float in the water, and leans back relaxing in the pool.

[horngeek]

Yeah, it does feel good...

ah, I could probably stay here for a while.

[McBish]

Val nods in agreement. Yeah it's nice to just relax in here.

[horngeek]

Mmmm.

{{Quick, ask him!}}

[McBish]

((Ask him what? Val has no idea what you are talking about.))

Val floats over to sit next to him in the hot tub.

[horngeek]

Daisuke smiles at her. How you feeling?

[McBish]

((Nope she isn't going to ask.))

Pretty good. How are you? She smiles back.

[horngeek]

Oh, I'm good.

Want to go and do somthing today?

[McBish]

Yeah sure. She replies a bit eagerly. Any ideas what?

[horngeek]

Hmmm...

we could go for a picnic, or something?

[McBish]

That sounds good. She stands up in the hot tub. I'll go get changed and meet you in the kitchen to get some food?

[horngeek]

Daisuke stands up as well.

All right.

He grins as he goes into the change room to get back into his standard clothes.

[McBish]

Val hurries to her room. She goes through her closet and pulls out a simple tan dress and a light blue top. She throws that on and puts on the belt of freedom, and then hurries to the kitchen.

Daisuke is there already, in a light shirt, pants and with his sword buckled on his belt.

Hey. So, what to get?

[McBish]

Um... sandwiches, something to drink, some fruit, a dessert, and a basket. What kind of sandwich do you want? She says as she goes to make them.

[horngeek]

Suprise me?

Daisuke grins as he starts organising the basket and mat.

[McBish]

Val makes some turkey sandwiches with a bunch of stuff on them. She wraps them in bags. Then finds some grapes and packs them as well. She looks over what to take to drink.

[horngeek]

Some water, maybe some juice.

I'm not one for any other stuff on a picnic.

[McBish]

Val finds some water bottles and some juice boxes and adds them to the pile. She looks around some more and finds some store bought cookies, she puts them in the basket as well. Right, I think we are ready.
