    Quick draw allows you to draw a weapon as a free action, not a potion. It's been discussed before from what I gather, and only items whose primary purpose is a weapon can be drawn via Quick Draw. You don't have your potion of Faith Healing out currently.

    I don't know why I thought you had Quick Draw, sorry. Drawing a stored potion is a move action by itself, so you still don't have the potion.

    You can draw the potion while prone, and drink it while prone (a move and a standard action, respectively). However, you're currently disabled, which means your move speed is halved. How did you get to M-10 from L-5 with 15 feet of movement?

    You cannot do either of those things. A disabled character moves at half speed, and may take either a single move or a single standard action in a round. As such, your turn as stated is invalid.

    You must be reading some rules that I haven't seen.

    What I get my basis from is in your passage, right after the bold part, in fact, by making both a move and a standard action, it is strenuous, and I take -1HP damage. I'm absolutely certain this is legal, as I've seen it done in several other matches, don't have the patience to look up which though.

Taking move actions doesn’t risk further injury, but performing any standard action (or any other action the DM deems strenuous, including some free actions such as casting a quickened spell) deals 1 point of damage after the completion of the act. Unless the action increased the disabled character’s hit points, she is now in negative hit points and dying.
    Does that clarify things for you?

    If not, then let me make it clear. You may make a single move action while disabled (at half speed). Or you may take a single standard action while disabled (and lose 1 hitpoint.) You may not do both.

    The part I bolded was what I was talking about, so it deals one point of damage, I still see no problem, the wording is a little odd, and I see what you're getting at, I just think I'm right.
