I'm sorry, but recent events have proven that Imprison is better than guns AND swords: permanent removal of a creature except for Freedom, but who the hell casts Freedom anyway?

T_T bus schedules are hard to figure out. Especially when you're having to figure out what stop you would be heading to and you hardly know anything about the town.

Wow, one round of Team Fortress 2 just took an hour and 15 minutes. That's too damn long. Most of the time my team had to capture only one command point anyways, but it took us that long.

I didn't know you played, DP. You ever check out the Valve thread in Gaming (Other)?

I've studied species Turian, Asari and Batarian,
I'm quite good at genetics (as a subset of biology)
Because I am an expert (which I know is a tautology!
My xenoscience studies range from urban to agrarian,

TF2 is really popular at my college, in fact there are sometime LAN parties that support the game. I really should get the Orange Box so I could join in.

Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
I'm nervous, Playgrounders. Todays the day of the Checker of the Year competition that I'm in. We gotta be able to show off our awesome customer service (Easy), look presentable (Easy again), and scan 30 items, including one that won't scan, in 50 seconds (Not so easy).
I wouldn't be so nervous if it was just a thing in the store I work in, but it's with a bunch of other stores, and we have to be on stage.Last edited by Vizen; 2009-09-29 at 07:52 PM.

As some day it may happen that a victim must be found,
I've got a little list--I've got a little list
Of society offenders who might well be underground,
And who never would be missed--who never would be missed!
There's the pestilential nuisances who write for autographs
All people who have flabby hands and irritating laughs
All children who are up in dates, and floor you with 'em flat
All persons who in shaking hands, shake hands with you like that
And all third persons who on spoiling tete-a-tetes insist
They'd none of 'em be missed--they'd none of 'em be missed!
He's got 'em on the list--he's got 'em on the list;
And they'll none of 'em be missed--they'll none of 'em be missed.
I do so love sirs Gilbert and Sullivan.Last edited by Phase; 2009-09-29 at 08:04 PM.

Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
On the subject of recharging things, I remember that I got this super cool Wii Remote charging station, that came with two battery packs. But they had to be charged once overnight. I set it all up and went to bed, but my dad turned off the Wii while doing his rounds that night. I didn't notice, so I played with them, and their battery life slowly trickled into nothingness, until the point where one wouldn't charge and the other didn't hold a charge long enough to be worth it.
