Aw, don't stop on my account. That's pretty. What was it? Alex balances two plates on his heands as he heads over to the table.

Just a song I heard when I was growing up. She shrugs, smiling. Didn't realize I was humming it.

It's beautiful, almost as much as you are. Alex smiles and pulls out a chair for Alexis.

She kisses his cheek before sitting. Smells wonderful.

And he kisses hers back before sitting next to her. Thanks. I just hope it tastes as wonderful as it smells.

She digs in gratefully. Very good. And nothing burnt. She teases.

It's hard to burn noodles unless you boil the pot dry, Alex teases back, smiling and slipping his arm around her as they eat.

Pretty soon they're finishing up. Alexis sits back with a grin. Very well done.

Thank you, dear. Alex blushes a little at her praise and smiles. I think there's something you might like for dessert.

Oh? She gives a sly grin, wondering what it could be.

Susan's in the great room. Sitting. Being bored.

Alex chuckles, winks at Alexis, then stands and goes to the fridge - returning with a large apple pie topped with whipped cream.

Hold that thought. She kisses his cheek and goes to answer it unless someone beats her to it.

Susan rolls over to the door as a drone opens it for her. "Hello?" She says.

Alex goes to kiss Alexis' cheek back with a smile.
