Stew-type foods, anything that was slow-cooked to death in the first preparation, are better when reheated. The next day's red beans and rice are divine. (Note to self: find decent sausage, cook this.) (Note to self #2: Not in the food budget until the end of the week. Christmas presents went a bit over budget.)

Though actual microwaveable food can be good, despite how bad it usually is for you. I had a microwave BBQ sandwich for lunch today. It was actually pretty tasty.

Now, a thick curry is heavenly when reheated. And I have to say that proper pizza, properly reheated in an oven as opposed to a microwave, is better on day 2.

Yes it was clever, but I don't think toast counts as re-heated since it's more of a cooked again thing.
If you try to warm up bread it will taste nothing like a just made right-out-of-the-oven bread.

I enjoy reheated soup and Japanese curry. As for frozen meals, those are also enjoyable, not to mention that most of the ones I eat are pretty healthy.

but it can be delicious when partially burned and with jam on it. i used to eat 4 pieces of toast every night before I went to bed. good times.

I think i'll go and make some toast now.

If you try to warm up bread it will taste nothing like a just made right-out-of-the-oven bread.

And if you microwave bread it goes kind of weird and floppy.
Of course, if then microwave it more, it goes kind of crisp, which can be nice.

I'm definitely in the 'Leftover pizza should be reheated' camp. It may not taste as good as it did when first cooked, but it tastes better than it does cold.
Also, if it's leftover pizza, this means I didn't eat it originally so I can't compare anyway.

The one thing that was supposed to help me relax after the festivities* of today just made me more frustrated. Just beat Twinmold in Majora's Mask, after flipping the stupid temple who knows how many times just to get all of the fairies. As soon as I walk through the blue portal, the game freezes.

That is so totally nonsensical I'm bemused. Cookies are made from delicious cookie dough and supposed to be cooked almost identically to toast: browned, but not charred.
