"Agreed, I would rather see this thing destroyed than in some unknown being's hand. We've suffered enough for it, let us end this." Ráslim begins walking towards the entrance of the room, watching suspiciously for any sign of the ghoul.

[Deadly]

As Ráslim steps back into the hall, several things happen at once. The shadows of the hall seem to come alive all around Ráslim, while behind him the massive doors begin to move as if of their own will, threatening to separate him from his friends. Meanwhile a roar rises from the corpse of Iokua as it stumbles back on its legs by the altar, unholy power burning in its dead eyes.

Móea

Móea dashed from the room as the shadows appeared around Ráslim, fearing the sight of what was happening behind her. She had seen enough death in the last few days to know that Iouka would have risen, and she couldn't bear to fight one of her friends. Not again. Instead she threw herself at the shadows, her previously fluid and graceful fighting dance replaced by coordinated anger as she lashed out at the shadows as they closed around.

As the shadows swarm them, Ráslim freezes for several crucial seconds. Not again. Will this ever end? Instinctively, he teleports away, leaving behind a shockwave that blows through the shadows. Channeling the magic in the rod he found earlier, he teleports again, this time taking Móea with him.
